Ordered
a
coffee
focaccia
wrap
and
item
from
cold
case
from
this
Cafe.
At
1032am,
however
i
didn't
get
my
order
that
was
a
takeaway
order
until
1109am.
And
the
only
reason
I
got
my
order
at
this
time
and
not
any
later
is
because,
I
had
to
go
back
in
to
see
what
was
going
on
as
mutilple
people
who
were
in
the
cafe
after
me
were
walking
In
and
straight
back
out
again
with
bagged
items
and
coffees
similar
in
hand
as
my
own
order.
The
cafe
area
was
busy
when
I
placed
my
order,
so
to
clear
space
I
notified
the
coffee
machine
team
members
both
a
lady
and
a
man
that
ill
wait
just
out
side
then
for
my
order
to
be
ready
and
they
looked
at
me
and
said
yep
thats
fine.
The
congestion
cleared
up
in
10
to
15
minutes
later.
I
waited
for
my
order
just
outside
the
front
door
in
front
of
the
coffee
machine
in
clear
sight.
Both
team
members
constantly
looked
at
me
when
making
coffees
aswell
as
team
members
near
the
grill
which
i
assume
were
for
other
orders.
After
waiting
so
long
and
seeing
no
customers
going
in
or
going
out.
I
walked
back
in
and
spoke
the
cashier.
I
asked
hey,"
I'm
just
wondering
is
my
order
far
off
because
I've
seen
people
come
and
go"
however
before
I
could
finish
my
sentence
quite
directly
I
got"
yeah
it's
just
there
its
been
there
for
a
while"
with
a
point
of
a
finger!
I
then
replied,
a
while,?
why
wasn't
I
notified"
the
lady
replied
"it's
been
there
a
while
and
called
out
multiple
times".
To
me
this
makes
no
sense
and
hoenstly
makes
me
angry
if
you
knew
and
constantly
seen
that
my
order
was
in
visible
sight
why
wouldn't
you
notify
me
?.
Further
to
this
which
made
me
quite
furious
is
if
I
did
not
ask
for
my
coffee
to
be
remade
they
were
just
going
to
give
me
the
original
coffee
that
they
had
initially
which
had
been
there
long
enough
it
cooled
down
and
felt
cold
to
touch.
I
asked
are
these
focaccias
now
going
to
be
cold
also
due
to
the
40
minute
wait
and
the
reply
I
got
after
they
grabbed
the
items
and
felt
it
by
hand
was,
"It's
still
warmish
it
should
be
fine".
A
warmish
focaccia
isn't
what
was
ordered
it's
should
have
been
heated
up
and
hot.
Sorry
I'm
really
not
happy
with
how
this
level
of
service
was
handled
and
how
the
situation
was
delt
with...
As
you
can
see
its
quite
rare
to
give
feedback
to
businesses
but
I
felt
i
had
no
choice
as
this
feedback
should
hopefully
assist
with
being
a
little
more
friendly
towards
your
customers
and
offering
a
better
service.
