I cannot say enough about this place! Friends took me there over the weekend..my mind was blown. Amazing Atmosphere full of amazing people. Staff treats you as if you have been there your whole life. Food was great and very good deal for your $$! Thank you Sonya, Terry and Carry (Kerry?) ...you ladies made my night and I can't wait to visit again!

Atmosphere is phenomenal, and the service is great. I came to try the Prime Rib. As a fan of Prime Rib I’d have to say this one ranked a 7/10. The herd crust was flavorful but the crust was so hard that it wasn’t edible. Salad was a no frills bag type. The potato was pretty good, albeit a bit small. It was loaded with more whipped butter than anything. All in all Id come back to try some other menu items and enjoy the service and atmosphere.

Great place near Cheyenne, Wyo. Great staff, Sonya was our bartender and was super fun! Food was awesome. I hadn't had Rocky Mountain Oysters in a very long time and they were perfect! There was even Elvis outside to get a fun photo with! Thank you!

Great food, friendly folks. Great atmosphere. Need to go back and try the rest of the menu. My friend had the steak sandwich and it looked amazing!

There is plenty of parking for our truck and RV. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. I wish I had gotten her name. Older lady with the big beautiful lashes 😍. Her recommendations for food was spot on and it was one of the best meals and services we had during our two week travel! ❤️

Stopped in while traveling through and glad we did. It was a Saturday night a few weeks ago and had a blast dancing to the band. Great menu, good food, stiff drinks and awesome staff. Everyone was very friendly to us out of towners returning from a ski trip. Will make a special point to visit next time we’re nearby! Thanks for the fun night!

Visited for the first time recently and was very happy. The food was amazing, and portion size was large enough to have leftovers for later (yum!) and service was great. We'll be back!

Took a drive up to Cheyenne on Easter Sunday while visiting the Denver area. What a great place to stop and have a bite to eat! The staff was so friendly and the food was great! Highly recommend! A++

WOW this place is great! We stopped by and got dinner to go on our way to camping and I can definitely see why it was named a top 10 restaurant in Cheyenne. A little pricey, but totally worth it if you are in the area and want some delicious food! Also, they were very friendly and the food was ready in a reasonable time too.

If I could give more stars I would. We were a group of 11 and we were seated immediately. All of our food came out promptly and everyone's food was delicious! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! A very rare enjoyable dining experience post COVID.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, everyone is so warm and welcoming, the food is great and the atmosphere is lively. Sonia is the best bartender this side of the Mississippi. Fridays and Saturdays have live music and the band is excellent as well.

We visited here twice on our trip. Food was delicious. We had just burgers and fries on our 1st visit, and on our second, we had steaks. The decor is definitely western themed all the chairs were branded. Deer, moose, antalop heads are mounted on the walls. Overall a great experience. 👍

Bunkhouse is one of the top restaurants in Cheyenne for a friendly, consistently delicious, enjoyable experience. The staff are fantastic, food is great (love their daily specials which introduce a ton of variety), and the environment is top notch. Thursday night trivia and Fri/Sat night live music are both tons of fun. It is our go-to place to eat whether for a casual lunch or a weekend date night. Highly recommend!!

Had the Meatloaf, very tender and tasty. Service was awesome and it's just a cool place in general.

Awesome place to eat. Small town with a live band! Cindy was a wonderful server, answered all our questions and wanted to talk with us about our trip. Made us feel very welcome!

We moved to Oregon eight years ago from Cheyenne and I can honestly say that I miss the Bunkhouse Bar & Grill most of all. It would almost be worth the fourteen hour drive to eat one of their amazing burgers again. I have found no match out here.

Steak was delicious that I didn't use A1 sauce! Workers were friendly and helpful!

Took a detour off the freeway on our way to Montana for dinner and WOW. Did not disappoint! Prime rib, beef wellington, sides, and salads were all fantastic. We were joking that we should make a special trip from Arkansas to Cheyenne just to come eat here again! Fun energy with the cowboy decor, horse, live music. Service was also wildly fast and we were back on the road quick. If you need a pit stop for dinner or lunch on a road trip, this is worth going out of the way!

Swinging sirloin had no meat behind the batter! Took forever to get drink and food order. Then took a while to get our ticket. Patty melt on toast(not rye) was really good. Husband had the Ruben and he said it was good.

It’s steak night at the Bunkhouse!! My baby and I are having a night out with the family Nick, Ash and Sabrina at this iconic Cheyenne hot Spot. This is a celebratory night as it’s our last full day visiting the fam in Wyoming So Tonight we are sampling everything steak 🥩 we started our night with some cocktails and the combo of any three to loosen up our tastebuds for what was about to happen. Nick had the bacon wrapped fillet with mashed with brown gravy, Sabrina had the top bunk sirloin mashed with white gravy, Ash had The bunkhouse ribeye with sweet potato mashed, my baby had The top bunk sirloin with a baked potato and I had the 16 ounce herb crusted prime rib with sweet potato mash. All in all we had a wonderful night with good spirits and a wonderful atmosphere, if you are lucky enough to swing by you may even catch some great live music.
