Dr. Poteet is awesome. I went in with indications of a detaching retina. It didn't show up in the images. He brought me back in, dilated my eye.looked hard and found them. The specialists in Colorado praised him for finding them.

In all the years of eye doctor visits I have never had the most impeccable service from an O.D. like my family received today!! Dr. Howell was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend him for your next eye exam. The front office staff was extremely kind and helpful!!

The front desk person, Sara, or Lisa, absolutely rude when I called for the first time and put me on hold. Called back a second time due to poor connection. Still customer service skills were lacking. I said based on our interaction, I would like to go to a different clinic, and she said that’s fine and hung up on me! When I called back to speak to a supervisor of course she didn’t answer. When I called Albany eyecare, this poor woman was sick, and still gave me a better customer service then whom ever was at the front desk at Snowy Range.

The obstetrician was amazing. They’re very caring and concerned about each individual, and they assisted me in every way to find and fill your needs with answering questions and finding the right glasses for me , The technician was very very helpful and I appreciate him very much .
