Being a Best Western hotel customer more than 10 years, unfortunately now I have to share a very bad experience with this branch at Laramie WY (1767 N Banner Rd, Laramie, WY 82072) that I had an issue with my truck lefted at the truck shop right next to the hotel so I walked down to sit at the lobby with my dog (service dog) the weather was extremely Cold and once we got there the manager asked me to leave if I'm not a customer!!!! I explained to him about my truck issue he was like (you can stay for 2 minutes) !!!! It's really disappointing moment and thinking not to stay at best Western hotel anymore!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Their rooms were very clean. The entryway was very welcoming with a lobby the breakfast in the morning almost tasted homemade, definitely recommend staying here also because of the scenery and it was fairly easy to find, other than the road work that we had to go through to get here.

Best Western Laramie was a wonderful place to stay for one night. I felt safe and very comfortable. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. Included was a hot breakfast. Which was a good jump start for a road trip.

Chlorine over load in the hot tub. Room was clean but the bed was not great. Staff was very kind and accommodating! If you're stuck out in Laramie, it's a very solid option for a semi cheap hotel room

Wonderful experience. Comfortable bed. Room was absolutely spotless, even the filters in the Heat/AC unit. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I intended to stop for a nap, ended up sleeping almost 12 hours! That never happens to me. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast options and quality. It’s an an awesome spot and the staff are top tier. Clean room! Minimal pet fee of 20$per animal. Small laundry heads up, 1.50$ per machine and dryer dries a little slow, don’t overload it but other then that excellent place to get stuck in from i80 being shut down. Five stars.

Hands Down BEST HOTEL we have stayed in yet!!!!!. Literally from the late night check-in guy "Brent" to the rooms to the breakfast. The staff that worked was truly great to their guests. Rooms were SO clean, Breakfast was a HUGE variety, and the hotel itself was nice. Definitely worth the stay!!!

Staff was very kind and room was comfortable and clean. As we headed out for dinner, the man at the front desk gave us lots of great suggestions of places to go in town and even gave us a map of town with all his favorite places highlighted. His small act of going above and beyond made this place extra great for me! The breakfast was also amazing! Lots of options and the lady working breakfast was very kind as well.

Maria, Lincy, and Pat, thank you so much for you dedication to making our stay the very best. During our stay we asked if we could have a late night snack and the staff was very kind and offered us plenty of options to enjoy. we appreciate you hospitality and kindness very much.

Very nice quality hotel. It was very quiet besides room doors slamming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very decent. Overall a feeling of staying in a professional and safe hotel. They even let me receive mail here for work!

Upon check-in, the clerk was very kind and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze. The room was very clean and well stocked. The shampoo and conditioner they have is amazing. And to top it off, free breakfast! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through that needs a great place to stay. Thank you Best Western, for a great experience.

Nice overnight accomodations in Laramie. The front desk fellow was extremely helpful and loaned me some scissors to remove the plastic security binding placed around a piece of my luggage earlier in the Denver airport. Another guy behind the counter (the manager or owner?) was really helpful in filling us in regarding the local area. Probably the nicest lodging in Laramie, we would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Nice pool and spa. Beds are really hard and bedding is not comfy.. Good hot shower.

Absolutely perfect hotel, for the price especially. Everything from check-in to check-out was basically perfect. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was certainly tolerable, if not slightly better than average. The only major complaint I had was the space to sit down and eat on a Monday morning. But we took it to our room and it was still delicious. Overall it was amazing. And yes, Brent was as kind and thoughtful as all the reviews say. He needs to be the manager, honestly!

Super clean rooms, friendly service, free breakfast every morning, bacon, eggs, waffles, yogurt, coffee, etc.. A laundry room to do laundry if you need. Pool and jacuzzi! The view was gorgeous from our room. Hair dryer, coffee maker, iron with ironing board. The staff made it an awesome stay!! We were there for 7 days.

You will want to make advance reservations at this hotel. When the Wyoming weather turns bad you want to be in a safe, comfortable place like this hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive to what we need. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast attendant was very responsive to what we wanted. You'll be happy if you stop here for a restful night.

I had stayed with Best Western exclusively for a time, becoming a platinum member. Recently I have been trying different things after talking to another traveler about their faves. Staying here was like coming home. The gentleman that helped us at check in was warm, funny and so very welcoming. His pride in discussing his Laramie was charming. The king suite was abundant in space a comfort. I had enjoyed using Best Western products but have recently started taking my own not knowing what I would find. I enjoyed the old reliable argon oil products, the coffee, and the large wash cloths. Thank you Best Western!

Super quiet rooms! No outside noise even on east end near highway. Nice grounds and parking, comfy beds, pillows and clean! Management and staff are the best! Kind and understanding, very accommodating. Great super hit breakfast, just wish eggs were real. We will be back to this hotel ANYTIME we are in Laramie!

Dated but very clean and the owners were so kind and helpful! I would definitely stay again if in the area. Be Aware that hotels sell out in advance here so plan ahead.

Rooms were ok, shower sounded like a siren and drywall was cut. Mirror was crooked. Duck Tape on stairway railings. TV was having issues, should have smart TVs, so people can add streaming services. Self check-in & self checkout would be nice. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were nice. Location was decent for an interstate exit. The parking lot was tight and lots of semi traffic. Beautiful trail about 1/2 mile from hotel. Small pool/hot tub, pool was very cold. Fitness room was nothing special, surprised no hand sanitizer or spray to wipe down equipment.

We went to get a room and they had rooms available but the clerk at the front desk stated they were NOT pet friendly and that they do NOT allow pets in their establishment. I searched online and read reviews prior to going there and there is a sight on the wall to the left as you enter that even says pet friendly. Sad that they will lose money for this over no reason and it makes me wonder how many others have been misinformed as well. We were referred to the Days Inn by the clerk and they happily accepted our small pet who is very well behaved.

Had to stop in Laramie for two night due to hazardous driving conditions and had a really pleasant stay. The room was well outfitted and plenty spacious and the bed was comfortable, but it was the staff that made it a five-star stay, specifically Brent. He was the BEST, very pleasant and really helpful. It’s dog friendly and there is a fenced in dog park across the street at the Love’s truck stop, but it was pretty full of poop when we were there so not a great option.

This place was great! Desk clerk was friendly & helpful even though it was late & cold. Room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good for a "fix your own" kind of thing - decent selections. There were gas stations/convenience stores(with fast food establishment attached) so if you needed more it was readily available.

I LOVE staying with these folks. The service is outstanding in every way imaginable and if you have children along you can be assured that they will be treated well by the staff when you send them for some reason. The rooms are clean. The gym is well maintained and they do have an elevator for those of us with physical disabilities or who believe hauling a car full of luggage up 3 flights is for the birds. Mostly I Love the wonderful people I meet here, the local restaurants and unique shops, the college theatre events and the movie theater that shows the big opera companies from the East Coast productions on Saturdays in the comfort of the recliner. I feel spoiled when I stay at the Laramie Inn. Hope to see you there sometime for breakfast!

Friendly and helpful customer service. All services including breakfast. Pool was closed for cleaning, but pet friendly. Clean, good internet and cable TV with actual premium channels with stay. Coffee maker, fridge, air dryer, and microwave in room.

Our stay here was only one night but the service was great, the people were friendly, the breakfast was very tasty and filling and the room was so perfectly set up! Thank you for a wonderful experience away from home!

I left my wallet in room 203 by mistake and was to far to have returned. Ken from the front desk took it upon himself to do the right thing and have my wallet mailed to me via ups. I just want to give a big thanks to Ken for his honesty and integrity. There are still good people in this world and Ken is an example.

The room is clean, front desk was super pleasant, and the hotel is nice. I was very frustrated to find out the pool and hot tub were closed. That's literally the reason I booked this hotel. I really wish I had called first.

Great place to stay. Room was clean and tidy. Front desk personnel were very nice. Will stay again on way home. Price was fair.

A awesome place to stay! Never got the name of the fellow who checked us in, he was delightful. The breakfast was very nice. They had a variety of hot food and drinks. Coffee was very good. They offered three fruit juices. Waffles and biscuits, also three kinds of dry cereal. A great welcoming atmosphere.

I would give 4-1/2+ stars if I could. The room was very nice. It was only missing a box of facial tissues (which I could have asked for but didn't because it was late and we were ready for bed). The breakfast was generally as expected, but we found the [from powder] scrabled eggs, sausage, and gravy to be extremely salty; they didn't have any hard boiled eggs; the only yogurts they had were lite. The location was fine for overnight stay during travel, but not picturesque.

I'd recommend bringing an extension cord if you plug in more than 3 things. Other than that, our bed had a "slanty side" which I alone had the honor of attempting to climb all night. It was better towards the middle. Decent water pressure to shower. Good breakfast.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Prices were fair, Room was clean, service was great. The biscuits and gravy they serve at breakfast were especially amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in laramie.

Very nice rooms, clean, up to date, and obviously housekeeping takes great pride in the rooms they're responsible for. It is truly one of the standout BW I've stayed at over many businesses and pleasure trips. Put simply, if I was opening a hotel . . . I'd steal their housekeeping staff. There where three of us on this trip, and we all had the same impression. Enough said(?)!

The man at the front desk that checked us in was very nice. That was the only positive. Workout equipment not in use. Pool and hot tub couldn't be used and clearly not receiving proper maintenance. Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs and store bought pastries and cereal. Had problems with our shower stopping and starting. And since we were there for a couple days for a football camp and we just drove 10 hours, I inquired if the pool and hot tub would be fixed and the man at the front desk went from 0-60. He started yelling and waving his arms about the amount of people that were in the pool and hot tub the night before. I told him he didn't need to speak to me like that when I was just asking when it would be fixed. He then proceeded to come out from around the counter to continue to yell at me, even as my two sons and I were getting on the elevator, he continued to yell. I will never stay here again. You can fix all those things but customer service should never be something that needs to be fixed. Especially whenyou are the face of the company at the front desk.

Last minute plan due to truck being in the shop at Loves and they wasn’t able to finish before the mechanic got off work and we wasn’t able to stay in the truck. It is located right beside Loves so we walked over. Check-in was fast, the lobby had a nice clean smell as we walked in, and our room was very clean. We had a room with two queen beds, a microwave, fridge, a desk/chair, and also a armchair that sat in the corner of the room. The beds were really comfortable as were the pillows. When we went to check out the next morning, we were waiting on my husband’s company to call to reserve the room again but it wasn’t done by checkout and we didn’t want to hold up the cleaning crew so we decided to checkout. I explained to the gentlemen at the front desk and he was very nice and told me he’d give us a room as soon as our company authorizes it. That was really nice and very much appreciated. Most hotels wouldn’t do that. Overall it was a nice and quite stay.

Management was very rude, and unaccommodating concerning our reservation and stay. Busiest weekend of the year, hotel was sold out, and would not let us change our reservation, even though we tried weeks in advance. Called the hotel several times, each time was told that it would be no problem. "Breakfast bar" was a joke, and barely edible. Facility and room was very disappointing based on the price paid.

Older but clean. Not as quite with doors from other rooms closing and such. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was great. Nice that it is next to Two gas stations.

Exceptional staff and a reasonable pet fee have put this hotel at the top of my East West travel lodgings list. Employees like Gino who manages the breakfast bar, and Maria, who came sprinting out to my car bringing me my forgotten Tempurpedic pillow, left an indelible and positive impression on this weary traveler.

Stopped in on short notice, after road conditions degraded and I got tired of driving on black ice. Brent was quite possibly the nicest front desk person that I have ever met. It's a fairly basic hotel, but everything seems very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was great, and the few staff that I interacted with were good people. The only negative that I can think of is the morning noise. It wasn't ongoing, but starting at about 6:00am, I started hearing doors closing/slamming repeatedly and people talking in the hallway. Obviously, this is not the hotel's fault. I only mentioned it because it was enough to wake me, and seemed excessive. Other than that, excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

The rooms were very clean. Nice big TV to watch as you relax. Beds were comfortable. My only problems. Parking and the water was not warm in the shower.
