The room was dirty... had boogers all over the walls in the bathroom... the rooms weren't very clean and the sheets made me itch. I had exactly 2hr and 17 mins of sleep that night bc i couldn't stop itching. The staff was sweet and friendly though.

Travelling with my wife and our small dog. Very impressed with the room. We just came from a motel 6 in Iowa that was rough. This motel 6 room was very comfortable and clean. No pet smells. Very friendly staff. Laundry room. Vending. All food deliveries came very fast. We stay 2 nights and enjoyed the heating in our room and we love that our hotel isnt in the middle of town but secluded away. Its very quiet and peaceful here. Thank you Motel 6 Laramie. Not to mention the town is beautiful and has a historic feel to it and great food options! We would definitely come back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Parking lot clean of litter. Office is pristine CLEAN and WELCOMING. The young man at front desk is friendly, polite, helpful, efficient... exemplary in every way. We enjoyed talking with him. Our room was CLEAN +. Upgraded bathroom was a pleasure, Black onyx counter with raised basin, new fixtures. CLEAN shower was a corner model with curved front entry. Altogether a pleasurable stay, felt totally comfortable.

This place needs some love. Maybe it was just during my stay, but for a highway-side motel in a sleepy, troubled town, this place was great! The staff were friendly and accomodating when I asked to change rooms, my room was clean, and the other guests were quiet before midnight. Ideal place if you're just passing through and on a budget.

Convenient location to highway. Clean and friendly staff. The bed however was very uncomfortable with multiple springs from the mattress poking through all night. If they got new mattress this place would get 5 stars.

Entire staff was great. Stayed 2 1/2 weeks while our truck was in the shop getting repaired. Clayton from maintenance took care of a light that was out and a blower motor for the furnace that went out in our room immediately. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great.

Honestly, I stayed a few years ago and it was good. Probably just after Renovation. Last night, I stayed traveling 800 miles to relocate. The people were way nice! Good folks, doing the best they can. The room? Completely not pleasant at all. The door was next to impossible to open in the cold, and the dead bolt stuck, so hard to close too. The floor is all screwy and not really something you wanna walk on with bare feet. The headboard fell off the wall while I was just sitting watching TV. Good water pressure and temp, but totally saw a tiny roach scurry out of the dog food bowl when I woke up. At that elevation, that's pretty weird. Yuck. Probably won't stay again.

While the gentleman manning the front desk was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, the room and the general property was extremely subpar. We had a room on the 2nd floor, and the balcony did not appear to be sound, as it slanted hard. The room had NO AC and was stifling hot. (The HVAV unit in the room had no option for cool/AC, just fan). The temperature outside was in the mid 50s, but in the room it was unbearably hot. It was hard to sleep with the heat (and the very hard bed). The room was clean, but small. The property as a whole was quite dilapidated. I would expect that for an $70-$80 hotel, but it was a "deal" to get the room for $131. If you are passing through Laramie and need to sleep, please go elsewhere. You will not sleep well here. Motel6 needs to demolish this building and start over.

Terrible hotel. Out dated, stairs going up to the rooms on the 2nd floor have been patched with concrete but not repaired. I am pretty sure it is a code violation. Rooms are out dated, no coffee maker, heating and cooling systems are from the 70's. It's a rip off for the price to stay a night. Needs major updating to be good again. Should be negative 5 stars

I’ve stayed in a lot of budget hotels for travel. This place was even low tier for that crew front desk woman was a really kind older woman. The door to our room didn’t work to the point we had to change rooms after getting the front desk woman try to get it open multiple times, the bathroom door didn’t close, and the walls were so paper thin we heard everything in the next room. The rooms smelled musty and old. For somebody just passing through town it’s fine but I’d drive another little bit to get to Cheyenne if this was my only option here going forward.

People were very nice and it was easy to find. The room smelled and the air conditioner was in the ceiling and made a horrible noise. It was so loud we couldn't use it. The floor needed a better cleaning. The extra lock was loose, coming off the door.

Friendly, clean, accommodating. My daughter, granddaughter and I were making a move from a Alvarado Texas to Rawlins Wyoming when a blizzard hit that closed I80, these kind folks at Motel 6 in Wyoming were very pet friendly, gave us a great rate for us and our fur babies. I want to thank the staff for making this situation that could’ve been a nightmare into a very enjoyable and hospitable one.

Check in was easy and quick. Recommend calling before booking they do have discounts for Wyotech & truck drivers. Clean, quiet, great location.

Well! This place seems look a good deal when your traveling and looking for pet friendly hotels, but it was the dirtiest motel I have stayed in. Firstly, our keys weren’t working. When we got in the room it was FREEZING. The heater had already been turned to the highest warm before our arrival, but the one vent was blowing cold air. Front desk lady kindly let us use a small space heater and that kept us warm for the night. The TV wasn’t working, but that was due to cleaners knocking the cord out of the back of the TV. So we got that working. Bathroom had no locks, no hair dryer. Very outdated floors, dirty floors and walls. Would not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. If I could post the pics of the uncleanliness I would

My husband and I reserved a room at Motel 6 in Laramie Wyoming for Friday 10/20/2023. We requested a Handicap accessible room, which we received, checked in at 1330 and was given key to room. Proceeded to attempt to unlock the door which was near impossible for both of us. Once in the room we discovered that it was unbearably hot so we turned on the air conditioner and left for 6 hours. Upon return to the room we found it to be even hotter than before, there was hot air blowing out from the vent and the cool air settings were the same as we had left them. My husband is an insulin dependent Diabetic and we discovered that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room as was advertised, and we could hear smoke alarms beeping in the other adjacent rooms. The floor in the room was some kind of wood tile that was buckled and warped so badly that it was a safety risk for handicapped persons. At this point I attempted to call the front desk... no answer. Went to the front desk to attempt a resolution/request another room. The “female assist manager” told us that it was a boiler issue, stated “the smoke alarms are beeping again”.... clearly upset at having to deal with these issues. She followed me back to the room, after she went to the back and “changed the boiler settings”. She brought a large black dog with her who lunged at me twice and I was becoming terrified that it was going to bite me or my husband. She proceed to go to the rooms with the smoke alarm issues, took the batteries out and disconnected the wires so they would stop beeping. We were never offered another room... had to put the insulin on ice, which is a no-no,... the room NEVER cooled off... slept with the window and door open, was awakened at 0100 to someone trying to steal the gas cans from the bed of the truck. Got up at 0400 and left... We are asking for our money back and would like the public to know the problems at this hotel.

My HVAC was not working correctly when I first checked in. It was fixed just in time for a cold snap and snow that came. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly. Overall I thought it was a great value. I would stay here again if I needed to.

For the price, I expected a clean, fairly updated Motel 6. Heater did not function. Floor was damaged and coming up. Beds were pretty comfortable. 1st hotel I've rented that did not offer coffee. Dog poop all over yard outside room. Very poorly maintained grounds. No food or services within walking distance. Price was ridiculous for a room that hasn't been updated in years, about 65% of the price I paid for luxery hotel in Colorado Rockies the day before, but no comparison in quality and service.

(Nov. 2023) I fell in love with the rooms! The shower is awesome; lean on the bar and let the water relax your back! The best part: the friendly, down-to-earth assistant manager!

Location is the #1 thing that a guy w/trucks, looks for in a motel. The room that I was in, must have been remodeled the day before I arrived! Spotless, new shower, new paint....NEW is the word!!

Cheap! No fridge or microwave in room. Rooms are outdated and small. Vinyl floors and an archaic climate control. Took 3 hours for the room to warm up to an acceptable temperature. Would be fine for most people doing a one night stay. Not recommended for multiple day stays.

CROOKS! HORRIBLE DISAPOINTMENT! I Looked up hotel earlier in the day saw the price for a room listed at $47-55. Arrived just before 1am and the attendant informed me the price was now $173! insane bait and switch!!! maybe the attendant was getting his own share, I dk but its not right. No motel 6 on the planet is worth that price to begin with but given that it was listed at $55 it certainly felt like a slap in the face. I chose to continue traveling. The billboard sign displaying the price happened to say $0.00 of course...

It's a Motel 6. Could use more space, renovated rooms (especially floors), bigger showers, better mattresses but overall it provided what we needed, shelter. Friendly staff, secure rooms, and desk space made this a decent stay.

Driving from Oregon to Connecticut. Very long trip and I don't want to rush, so I have been stopping every night and Laramie Motel 6 was one of my stops. The room was clean, the front desk clerk was very courteous and responsive. I also liked how conveniently located this property was. I was back on the highway in no time flat.

I've stayed at this location before. For the price, I got a descent deal. Was ready to warm up some leftovers for supper, but found no microwave (or fridge). I have to say this place was better than a few I have stayed at (are all motel 6 locations under consistent renovations?).

First, I'm not a picky person whatsoever, but this was definitely not good. We had a non smoking room that smelled so much like smoke we had to buy air freshener in town. The ceiling was coming apart by the air vent. The air filter hasn't been changed in lord knows how long. Very gross and dirty. The TV did not work and was actually loose and almost falling off the stand. No discount given for the TV and the room cost well over $100 a night. Stayed in much nicer for less.

After looking at the other hotel rooms close by Motel 6 was the best we found for price. It is not new by any means but it was clean and comfortable and smoke free. We like the floor level rooms that have no steps to get in the room. If you just need a bed to rest this is the place to go. No breakfast. Everything else we looked at was at least $50 more.

Staff is cool. Room was good except the shower. Whoever thought that was a good design must be new to showers.

This Motel 6 was fantastic, me and my black lab Daz, stayed here for 3 nights and was very enjoyable. Room was clean, had working wifi, and several others staying as well but totally quiet and peaceful. Was concerned I-80 traffic would keep me up at night but, NOT AT ALL. Fenced in for extra pet security from interstate. Staff was awesome and Door Dash delivers. Would definately stay again, love the elevation being so close to the summit. Was a great stay. Wont disappoint.

Arrived around 2:30 in the morning and the clerk was fast at checking me in. Beds weren’t great as I like a softer bed. But I just wanted sleep as I had been up nearly 24hrs. It was quiet and clean.

Two stars is generous actually. Our room (137) is a dump! We are traveling with our 2 dogs so we didn’t have much choice as we traveled through. The room has a pet smell. The cheap laminate planking on the floor is peeling all over, there are stains on the bed spread, it appears a male dog may have been peeing all over the entrance door, the bathroom mirror is cracked, the beds are uncomfortable and the room is tiny. Also, there are cigarette burns next to the toilet (in this supposedly non-smoking room). Things seem run down and so-so in cleanliness. In addition the motel is located in a dirty industrial neighborhood. We are next to a Highway so it is a bit noisy. The things that were fine: the outside looks ok, the office was clean and painted nicely, the girl who checked me in seemed nice, and there was a pet relief area with bags. If you have a choice I advise you to stay elsewhere.
