Read if you care about what kind of people your money benefits: Not sure how this place for anything over 2 stars, hissing they did some local promoting for reviews. The front desk is awful. The woman told me they were “supposed” to say it’s full, and then drop a $380 price tag a night if I wanted a room (kinda deceptive they are lying to drive demand). I asked how that is possible (for a budget hotel chain), and she said it was because of a Wyoming homecoming game tonight. I said, “that’s too bad that they are price gouging tonight “ (normal room cost is $71/night average). She said rudely “that’s not price gouging, it’s how hotels operate”. I said, “that’s the definition of price gouging” she got sassy and hung up. It’s a shame they value their own Wyoming residents so little that they raised the rates by over 500%. For the rude gal at the front, here is a definition of price gouging. Price gouging occurs when a seller increases the prices of goods, services, or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. Usually, this event occurs after a demand or supply shock.

Great hotel and was surprised at how nice it was! Well maintained grounds, friendly check in, and the whole place smelled nice and clean. Pool and hot tub looked good, and the breakfast was pretty normal for hotels. Fresh fruit, choices of bread, variety of juices, and hot drinks. I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms where nice and clean.

We paid over $500 for a double bed!! Price gouging for graduation weekend. We were supposed to have a roll away in our room. Not there. Front desk guy wasn't able to get one. Said they would discount room since we were sleeping on the floor. Morning person said nope, too bad he didn't have bed but no discount. Very rude. Horrible, costly experience for cheap hotel experience

Quiet stay despite seemingly busy. Nice rooms with somewhat updated furnishings. Water was hot and breakfast smelled good! Love the dog treat bag they give you if staying with a furry friend. The flyer with vet and dog park information is a step above! However, dogs have amazing noses and will let you know if a room was thoroughly vacuumed...mine found a couple pieces of food under furniture which is stressful because it could be harmful to them. Simply moving the chairs and curtains to vacuum under them would have prevented this.

Nice place. Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk person - Traci- she was very friendly and helpful. My room was super spacious and comfortable. Everything seemed to be very clean. There is a free complementary breakfast which is very filling. This hotel is also located far enough from the freeway to not hear any freeway noise.

Very clean comfortable rooms. Went for the suit and it's well worth the extra bucks for the jetted hot tub in the room. Super spacious, suit came with a mini fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, hot tub, balcony overlooking pool, tv and couch. Would definitely return.

The staff here were very helpful. They were happy to help with recommendations for dinner and they were interested in making sure my stay was comfortable. I traveled with a dog and there was a very large area next to the property for her to stretch her legs. Breakfast was among the best I experienced in the Choice properties I visited during this road trip. Coffee all day was also convenient. The room was very clean and the building is basically brand new. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The surrounding town was pleasant and the people there are super friendly to visitors. Thanks for having me.

I would love to say that this is a great hotel but unfortunately I can't. From the outside it looks good, but the problem happened when I went to check inn. I made my reservation online, and I was careful to search for a hotel that was pet friendly. According to the site this is a pet friendly hotel. Well, when I got to the counter to check inn, I am greated by a friendly lady. She asked me for my drivers license and credit card, which I gave it to her. She found my reservation in the system. At that moment I tell her that I have a pet and she tells me that it's not a problem. Then she asks me if it's a dog and I tell her that it is a cat. Right away she gives me a serious look, returns my ID and credit card and tells me that because the owner and manager are allergic to cats, I cannot bring the cat into the hotel. I know that she is following whatever rule they gave her, but I told her that they should not say that they are pet friendly when they descriminate against cats. She advise me to go next door to the Fairfield hotel which I did. It cost me less and and it seems to be a great hotel. The interesting thing, is that recently I stayed at another Choice Hotels, that was supposed to be pet friendly, and again, because I had a cat, they told me that the cat would have to stay in the car because the owner and manager were allergic to cats. Choice Hotels, if your hotel owners are allergic to cats, then do not post that their hotels are pet friendly, because they are not! I used to stay at Choice hotels. Now I'm strongly considering using other hotels.

I rented a room third party and was charged taxes twice once by the third party and then again by the hotel. I was told by the hotel that they charge me because the third party didn’t. But that is simply not true. I was also told that a manager would contact me and that also had not happened. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to call a hotel multiple times to get money that was unjustly charged to my card returned.

Coffee at breakfast is awesome. Doesn't have biscuits and gravy. Has scrambled eggs and sausage links. Can make yourself waffles. Bed comfy. Pool cold but has hot tub. Staff is friendly.

Check in was fine, staff very accommodating. Day after check out, charged additional $50 stating we broke the sink in bathroom. Three accomplished, successful ladies and we inspected our room and bathroom prior to leaving-no damage. Make sure to take pictures of the room to ensure you aren’t getting hosed along with probably others. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

We have stayed at 4 hotels on this trip so far trying to keep our per night cost below $150. This is by far the best. The were toxic fragrance being used to mask smells when you walk in - better to thoroughly clean than mess up all the traveler’s endocrine systems. Our room had a musty smell too, but we used our diffuser and cleaned the air naturally with no harmful petrochemicals. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were lumpy. Probably more in line with $100 room. The curtains were excellent. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked quite well.

Nice location and well-maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk. There is a fitness room with free weights and basic workout equipment, as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. The complementary breakfast was on the plus side with scrambled eggs, sausage and make-your-own mini waffles. The lemon ice water in the lobby was a nice touch too.

The room was pretty much the same as any other economy motel, maybe a little better because the hot water was actually hot. But the pool and spa were very nice, and the breakfast was top notch! Best of all, the staff were cheerful and friendly.

I was stranded at this place for 3 days a few weeks back because 80 was closed. The two gentleman who work the desk in the Am and Pm are extraordinary! They went out of their way to help us in any way they could. They are a great asset to choice hotels

We had a Fantastic stay! Great service, fair rates, clean rooms, comfortable beds and my girls loved the pool. We had a great stay and got to feel our tummies with good fresh food and coffee before we keft to travel back to Washington State. Next time we travel this way we definitely will be back!

There was an empty cup in the trash (not mine), potato chip pieces behind the chair and an ugly mystery stain in the tub. There was also hair (not mine) stuck to the bottom of the toilet. The tray under the ice bucket was dirty as well. See photos... As a plus, the blueberry muffins for breakfast were very good!

Fantastic. Quietist hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Staff was so friendly and kind. Beds comfortable and all the amenities a traveler could need for an overnight stay on a long road trip. Great value for the money, very affordable. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The lady running the breakfast area on June 30 & July 1st is remarkable. She's busting tail and it's noticed. Rooms/hallways/elevator/common areas were clean, comfy beds, nice pillows, wifi was good, ice makers work well, reasonable prices on the laundry machines ($1.50), and a nice front desk staff make this a positive stay. The all day lemon ice water is a really nice touch.
