Go somewhere else. We had one of our employees stay there for one night and we chose this hotel because there were a good amount of the ratings and reviews. The staff was not helpful. A lot of the light fixtures did not have bulbs in them. Everyone had dogs next to him who was barking all through the night. When we asked to move rooms to the other side of the hotel, they refused. Overall, this was a very poor experience.

So, this isn't a Hilton or some extremely luxurious hotel, but it is a place that has staff that actually cares. We got in late, around 9:30 pm, and the pool was still open for a bit. I let my kids swim to unwind from the drive, and the pool was very nice! Towels were provided and the kids got to splash around in for about an hour. Rooms were about average, nothing too high end but also not trashy. Clean, and well maintained, but the only gripe would be the bathroom light and the bathtub; it didn't get very warm, and didn't seem to fill up very fast at all. That said, the rest of this place was great for a quick stop, one night stay. Lastly, as we were leaving, we were sort of hurrying out of town to hit the road again and right as we're about to leave, my kids need to use the bathroom. By this point we've already checked out, and so I take them inside and the staff gladly show me to the bathroom! Then when we came out of the facilities, a very nice female employee brought us a huge handful of bite-sized blueberry muffins! It was just so thoughtful! If I find myself in Laramie again, I'll be definitely staying here.

I stayed here for a week. The room was clean and the staff was great. Typical hot breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, breads, and ect. I didn't swim in the pool, I did soak in the hot tub though. The hot tub water smelled very, very strong with chlorine. It burned my eyes just sitting in the hot tub. It was not pleasant. That is my ONLY complaint about this place. For this price range, it is exactly what you should expect. Vicki, thank you and your family!

We broke down on our way through Wyoming and I chose the Days Inn after calling a few places because the gentleman was so nice that I spoke to. We were stuck for 4 days and I can’t believe what a great experience this was! From the staff, to the food, to the cleanliness of the rooms and the hot/clean spa and cool pool. Also there was a small workout room that had a treadmill, weights and fancy weight machine and it was always clean. Everyday they checked on us to see if we needed anything. It was a nice area with an RV park next door and a short walk to a Pilot gas station with a Wendy’s inside. That was a little sketchy but I never, ever felt uncomfortable at the Days Inn. I absolutely recommend this place!

Tess upgraded me without even asking if one was availiable. Room was spotless, water pressure in the shower was perfect, heat and air conditioning worked flawlessly. plenty of outlets to charge my stuff, great mattress. cant wait for work to take me back out this way! But seriously, Tess was awesome and I'm sure deserves more than they are paying her.

Staff was very helpful and even walked me out to show me my room and where to park my trailer. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of choices, but everything else was great. Would recommend.

With the I-80 westbound closed front desk lady @ 4pm was extremely kind and wonderful very accommodating rooms were clean, warm and accommodating, We were able to get food delivered to the hotel by Pizza Hut. Great customer service, wonderful selection for breakfast, handicap accessibility, pet friendly, indoor heated pool. Only downfall was the HIGH price gouging because of a soccer ⚽ event overall ample parking easy access to the I-80 great customer service .

super clean room! Room even smelled good. Bedding and pillows were as nice as any high end hotel we have ever stayed in. And the price we paid was super reasonable! Friendly staff, especially the lady overseeing the continental breakfast. She had a great sense of humor. 100% recommend this Days Inn !

The workers were nice; however, that was the only thing nice about this place. I didn’t last 2 hours before I checked out and spent extra money to go somewhere else. There was an abandoned car in the parking lot with 2 flat tires, broken glass, random shoes and trash in the grass so I couldn’t bring my dog in that area, the room smelled HORRIBLE. It was suggested by the staff that it was just the cleaning solution… Don’t fall for all of the awards dated 15 years back that they have draped over the front desk back drop. Also, I don’t know whom are writing these reviews… Seeing it rated fairly high was one of the reasons we booked our stay. The 5/4 star reviews are NOT ACCURATE

This place was great! it was clean the room was VERY COMFORTABLE, very quite, the fridge worked well shower had pressure. The best part was the EXCELLENT breakfast, Stayed at many hotels and have had many free breakfasts, got to say this one is in the top 3, well stocked and they kept stocking it when it would get low, lots of choices coffee, juices, waffle's, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausages, pastry's, cereals .. I've bought breakfasts that were not as good as this free breakfast. keep up the great work! I will stop at this place again ..just for the food!

My stay was very pleasant. Jacki at the front desk is welcoming and very helpful. A great hearted person. The hotel I exceptionally clean. Room was clean and spacious. There is hot breakfast served. Only thing bad from my experience is the dryer took a few drying to dry clothes. I have no reason not to return if I need a place to stay when I’m in the area.

Continental breakfast, hot tub, and swimming pool were great. The room was very clean upon arrival and the cable and internet worked. Perfect place to stay on our ski trip.

This location is run by a nice Indian family. Unfortunately, my room smelled very bad, they need to airate or shampoo the carpets. The building is at least forty years old and has not been kept up much. Cracked plaster molding or drywall around the shower. Breakfast is cold cereal or English Muffins and juice... I booked this place to save a few bucks, will probably head to the Hilton next time. I wish the owners well, the place just needs a facelift. About 8 minute drive from downtown Laramie. Close to the interstate without the traffic noise

Clean and spacious rooms with large bathroom. Front desk staff was friendly. Nice spread for breakfast. Great for a night’s sleep after a long day of traveling.

At $150/night you would think that the evening staff would at least attempt to deal with loud guests partying in their rooms. It became so bad that I asked for a refund because we were going to go to a different motel. I was told that I was welcome to check out, but would not be refunded. I will never stay here again.

If you are considering staying here you should know that the employees who work at night will allow noise at any hour. We asked for the man at the front desk to do something about the running and banging at 12:30. We were informed that our new neighbors had checked in recently and we should "just wait 10-15 minutes for them to quiet down and go to sleep". The entire time we were calling priceline to get our refund (until 1am), the banging was fully audible at the front desk. It is nutty that a hotel employee has no regard for noise at 1am. There is no way all the 5 star reviews are real.

We were held up for 2 nights using 2 rooms, due to road closures from bad weather, in the midst of our move west. The staff were all absolute angels to our family. We have 3 adults and 2 small children, who were fussy and loud and yet everyone was so kind and helpful. Vicki was one who really took us under her wing and went above and beyond to take care of us in every possible way, even with a hotel full of guests held up and waiting for 2 days. The staff helped us have anything we needed and enjoy and feel comfortable using the lobby, kitchen, pool and workout room. It would have been much more difficult a time without their kindness. The rooms and public spaces were all VERY clean. The staff was constantly keeping things clean throughout and making sure we were all well attended to at all hours. The pool was nice and enjoyable. I give 4 stars only because the hot tub smelled bad so I got in and right back out. That needs attention, but everything else was kept very clean. I travel often and will definitely be making this where I stay on my route. They even gave me the lower online pricing just by asking. Also the breakfast was great! 2 kinds of cereal, yogurts, fruits, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, different breads and sweet breads (bagels, white and wheat bread, English muffins, muffins, danishes), 4 juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It was the most bang for the buck in town. Bravo Days Inn Laramie!

While the customer service is very good at this Days Inn, the room needed some updating. The beds and pillows were very nice as was the large refrigerator. The plugs were questionable in fact we kept the microwave unplugged for fear of a fire. Most outlets were so loose nothing stayed plugged in. The towel rack was broken and very few lights in the room worked. For the price it was a good value.

Good hotel with a decent breakfast. They have an indoor pool and extra parking on the back side of the hotel that is easily accessible. Small issue that online was only able to book a queen room instead of a king room. Upon arrival, I learned that the queen room was two beds. Small language barrier with owner, but no big deal. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Construction on interstate makes it a little difficult for GPS to follow.

I've had to get the room Keys reprogrammed four times now. That's twice a day. The receptionist isn't very nice either. There is a rip in the blackout curtain. If you don't get breakfast as soon as it opens then you go without as they don't restock it. There's a hole in the bathroom door. I'm guessing that all the five star reviews came from a good time ago but things have changed.

Such a friendly staff, make you feel like family! They work extremely hard and always have a smile for you. The breakfast is delicious! Lots of choices and again they work very hard to keep it stocked and fresh. I left a pair of shoes there, and they are shipping them back to me!

The beds were super comfortable. The pool was shut down and there was much chemicals in the hottub it was burning our eyes and our skin was itchy. Overall the hotel feels dirty and rundown. The front staff was nice and helpful.

I don't usually review or even complain. But we had a horrible experience at this hotel. I would leave a single star, but breakfast was amazing and we got a $30 refund off our $200, two night stay. My husband and I came with some friends for a snowboarding weekend, we paid full price and got cold showers, a filthy pool (in a freezing cold pool area with slimy floors) and a hot tub that didn't work the first night when we tried to run the jets. The hospitality was sorely lacking, there were no apologies when I brought up our complaints, just excuses and I was made to feel like I was stupid for bringing any of it up. Not to mention, my friend caught the lady at the front desk complaining about me on the phone. A simple apology would have gone a long way. I don't recommend staying here, we just were on a cheap trip but we wanted to be comfortable and use the pool, we were fairly miserable the whole stay.

Room was clean and staff friendly. Good value for what we paid. Only negative was pool water was in bad shape and the parking lot is awkward at best.

Our stay was good. Friendly staff and Tess was amazing during the power outage that lasted our entire last day there. I’m giving a good review because the stay was good and the people are nice. The owner was very helpful as well when we needed a ride into town. So here’s the downside, i was a housekeeper for a lot of years so i noticed a lot of things. A spider was on the underside of the toilet paper when we first got there, stains on the bed spread and a couple of towels. hair all OVER the bathroom and a jet was broken in the tub in the room. I’m sure the people already staying (like us) could have used a better deal after the outage since we couldn’t even take a hot shower. But that wasn’t their fault and no complaints on my behalf, a lot of people did tho, and Tess handled it superb! The breakfast was lame and no one was in the dining area to keep it clean on our first day. All in All it was a good experience. love the hotel and staff and love the town.

Was very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, spacious yet thoughtfully furnished. Pool was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful. Yes, great place to stay

The room was clean and bigger than we expected. The bed was very comfortable. We were not disturbed by noises or other guests. The breakfast was beyond what we expected. We will stay at this hotel on our next trip to Laramie!! There is a lot of value for the money.

Four of us stayed one night in two separate rooms each with two queen beds. Safe, Hotel style building with room keys needed to enter any entrance. Friendly and helpful staff readily available. Clean rooms and quiet atmosphere. We didn’t utilize the indoor hot tub and pool but it was open. I took a 30 minute walk on the treadmill in their economy size fitness center. Free continental breakfast on a weekday was from 6-9 am and delicious! They had everything from cold cereal, oatmeal and waffles to hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Several types of juice, milk, coffee and breads, bagels, fruit, etc. I also enjoyed the water dispensers available in the public areas. We had a fridge, microwave, and mini coffee maker in our room. We were very pleased to have such a lovely experience all for less than $95 after taxes and fees.
