Stayed here for 1 night. Decent room, but there was hair on the pillows. Forgot my jacket in the room and mysteriously they didn't find it. Do not stay here if you value honesty and your valuables.

Location is terrible It's out in the back 40, 130 bucks for a room that was maybe two stars. The room actually was cleaner than I expected it to be. But the whole building look like it was falling apart. carpet coming up everywhere, it was very low budget everything. Lower than a motel 6, actually I've seen motel 6's look way better than this. We were trying to sleep and there were people walking back and forth, slamming doors, talking really loud. Even standing right outside our door talking We could hear everything they were saying. There's kids screaming as well. When we went to get our receipt, The man behind the desk couldn't even stop his conversation on the phone long enough to say thank you to us for staying there. He basically just ignored us and handed us the receipt. 😡 The only reason we ended up staying there is because we only had 4 hours to nap before driving through the night. It's worth it to pay more money for a better room, and better service. Step it up super 8!!

Stay elsewhere if you can. This place is in disrepair! Parking is sketchy at best. Stayed one night on long MC trip. Needed a luggage cart, the one & only cart had 3 wheels, one broken off and dangling. We arrived 1.5 hrs early due to rain coming in afternoon. Only place on trip that charged us an extra $20 for early check-in even though there was not a sole there and all rooms were already serviced. After complaining they dropped it to $15. Room was booked online months in advance using x bank credit card. However, upon arrive, clerk asked for a card incase incidentals, etc. Handed him Y bank card that was only use there that day. 15 minutes after check-in, my card was hacked and over $700 dollars was charged on my account. Not sure if desk clerk was responsible or a coworker or system was compromised but it obviously resulted from this hotel. Run Forrest Run!

Ended up not staying due to bad reviews that I looked up after a terrible experience at a different Wyndham the night before. No refund was issued even though it was a holiday weekend and no rooms available in the whole town. I was certain they would be able to fill the room, and probably at a higher price than my early reservation. They said they could not cancel my reservation. Then they had the nerve to call me at midnight and wake me up from a deep sleep at the hotel I ended up staying at in a different town. They claimed they were calling to remind me it was non refundable, but they were really fishing for the info of if I was still coming. I could tell they wanted to rent it out to someone else even though I had it reserved. They ended up getting double payment on the room that night. Terrible customer service to call me at midnight just so they could pull a fast one!!!

The man who waited on us was very nice but lied about the price and discount. After being told the room was 89. .with a 20.00 pet deposit. I was charged 129. The sheets were dirty. There were gaps in the floor from the planks which made it difficult to keep my socks from catching. There were ants in the bathroom gaps in the shower wall from pieces being replaced. The hallway was stained and the floors stained and smelled bad. The popcorn ceiling was very discolored. The tv was very small. Security lock was broke. The lights were very dim. I never took a shower as I was constantly itching and the breakfast , didn’t eat. No cereal and the waffles didn’t look appealing. If you’re tired and just want sleep this could be the place.

Very, very run down. Hair on the sheets. Weird odor. We were not comfortable staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was gracious and gave us our money back, so we appreciate that. But would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean and the shower, micro, refrigerator worked fine. But that's about all the good that I can say. The outside of the hotel was a mess. The inside was dreary. We were told that the hotel is being renovated. Recommend not staying here until renovations are done. Right now, it is a disgrace to the Wyndham name. 😕

Pleasant stay. Quick and easy checkin. Room and linens were clean. Good location for staying off I80; not great for University or seeing Laramie. Ground floor has working ice machine, coin-op washer and dryer, breakfast (waffles, cereal, coffee). Lots of parking.

I would go somewhere else. The good reviews can’t be true. At least do yourself a favor and check out the room before booking. There is nicer places within a mile. It’s a little out of the way (aka sketchy parking). Renovations are under way but very poorly executed. Rooms are clean(ish) Free breakfast is stale cereal with milk in a crusty carafe or make your own Belgium waffles via an 80s waffle maker. Probably not cleaned since the 90s No juice and coffee was blah. Snapped 2 pics on way out of beautiful new flooring and the nice “new” dresser that is all warped. That gives impression of what they call quality work.

When I arrived, the receptionist was very welcoming but there was another guy there that was staring at me in creepy fashion, which is why I gave the “Service” 4 stars, but aside from that service seems nice. Not sure about the other rooms, but room 105 was pleasant. The floor seems to have been recently redone. The room is spacious and the bed and bedding were comfortable. The fridge, microwave, alarm clock and air conditioning unit all worked as expected. Best of all, there were no pests. Therefore, I have saved this location for future use!

This place is a dump. I ended up there because I suddenly realized I was dreaming while driving...clearly needed to pull over at the next motel. Super 8 used to be okay. Not this one!! And not for $90!!! I had a "basement" (first floor) room. There were two exits in the hallway. One didn't even have a doorknob. My room was a joke. The floor was coming apart and peeling upward. There were no baseboards. The paint was chipped, walls were gouged, floors were filthy and the ceiling light was missing a bulb. I've included a few pictures. Breakfast was dismal. Waffles. Bread. The coffee urns had weak tepid liquid that I assumed was coffee. As I cautiously sipped at my cup, I realized it was full of grounds...so much that almost a quarter of the cup had grounds after I dumped out the drink. This place is a disgrace. Unfortunately, most of the Super 8s I encountered this summer in Wyoming and South Dakota were quite similar. Super 8 used to be a reliable, decent, clean hotel no matter where you found them. Breakfast was always good with many choices. Not any more. I won't be staying at any Super 8 again. They've lost me as a customer permanently. This terrible dump with horrible service was the last straw.

This place is a real dump! All rooms have a wall unit A/C if the temp is below freezing it will NEVER get warm. Rooms are outdated and falling apart. First room I was in the lights didn’t work because the light bulbs were burned out in all 3 lamps. Second room I was moved to the toilets leaked continuously at the supply line. If you plan on watching TV you might as well use your phone. The TVs in the room are 32” or smaller. If you plan on trying to check in before 3:00pm the owner charges $5 an hour for early check in. This hotel is living proof of you get what you pay for. HEY WYNDHAM CORPORATE I THINK IT’S TIME YOU PULL YOUR NAME ON THIS ONE.

Decent little out of the way place if you want to get out of your truck for the night. Had coffee and waffles in the morning also. Shower drain was a little slow and couldn’t figure the TV out, but everything was clean and the guy at the front desk was nice. Would stay again.

Was charged 100$ without our knowledge, called and they told us someone peed in the bed. We had a 12 and 9 year old in which one kid slept with one parent each due to bed size. No one peed in the bed. One of us would have noticed. They would not refund the money. They wouldn’t give us adequate towels, we had to wash our own each night. All in all an atrocious hotel. Only reason for staying there was the hotel we booked prior heater was broke. I am curious if anyone else has had this problem with them?

My toilet was soaked with yellow stuff from the bathroom above leaking. The room floors very sticky. Breakfast was unhealthy with few options. I read bad reviews before I went but thought it couldn’t be that bad. This is USA but it was terrible.

This is a very old place, but it looks like they are updating. Paid around $200 for the night due to last minute. Way over priced!! Bed was clean, room was clean, shower was hot and drained well. Toilet flushed slow but was fine. TV a bit small and would be better on a taller dresser. Floors were vinyl flooring…. Glad there’s no carpet. Bed was hard…. Sore back. Needs a lot of work

The room we stayed in was fairly clean, only one useful plug for charging things by the bed no usb ports to charge other devices that don't have a plug . The beds were fairly comfortable but the pillows not so much . No pool or gym room to use and no elevator to go upstairs that I was aware of.

I gotta get this out of the way first, this is a very rundown property. 80% of the photos are not of this hotel. The toilet didn't work. The entire bathroom looked disgusting, especially the shower. Very few of the lights worked, and the ones that did were not very bright. It was a very dark room throughout our entire stay. The TV didnt work. The sheets seemed pretty clean. The service seemed very understaffed, took a while to reach them, and then it seemed like it was one guy taking care of everything.

Poor. Phone did work, toliet seat was not attached to the toliet, 1 rag, 1 towl for 4 people, no coffee for the early risers, did not shovel the snow so the sidewalk was very icy and my list goes on and on. Don't stay here it's dump. I will never stay in a Super 8 again.

Very nice n helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. Price wasn't bad. Room was good. The only thing I had a problem with is the window a/c heater. It was freezing cold outside n heater didn't quite warm as much as I would have liked. But I like it scolding hot so my expectations could have been a little high n not met.Nice convince to 80 freeway n pilot/ loves truck stop. Although close to other useful businesses like pizza deliveries.

Booked online. Should have read reviews first!! Room was very outdated , remote control didn’t work, hair everywhere!!! I had to remake bed with clean sheets because of all the hair in the bed. No housekeeping after 3pm Disgusting!!!

Smells musty and is not clean. Asked for different room, thinking it was just the one. It was not. Especially if you run the air conditioner. Staff is not overly accommodating, and "breakfast" is a waffle maker, 2 kinds of cereal, and really questionable coffee. Couldn't find another room anywhere, so stuck. Avoid this place.

This establishment was a horrible place to stay. The website and the actual property were two different places. I got bed bugs and the people above us were fighting most of the night. They had dry cereal and watered down coffee for breakfast. The hallway had a animal urine smell and there was a dog barking in the room next to us anything someone walked by the hotel room. The room had torn curtains and I stayed in room 119. I have emailed the manager twice to refund my money and no one has returned my emails

The room was ok at best. There was a small fridge and microwave. The pictures on the wall were nice. The beds were ok but there were only two soft pillows on the bed. The shower had mold on the grout and coming thru the caulk. The shower head was low. The toilet was small, the seat was loose, and it's flush was weak. The paint job in the room was not the best with spots of color having been rubbed off and white showing through. The A/C was a little weak. Housekeeping service was as needed due to staffing shortages which wasn't disclosed at check in. The breakfast was limited to waffles with syrup, Oatmeal, cereal, and coffee with limited seating by the front doors. The stairs to the main parking lot in back felt a little unsafe with the top step being a little higher than the rest and there was a dip in the floor when stepping down from the bottom step which was covered by a mat and no cautionary signage.

Not sure about other rooms, but this one had some kind of sticky/waxy silt on the floor that would stick to my feet - had to wear shoes to avoid. Lamps didn’t work inside. Sink only spouted hot water. The door would not lock from inside - felt insecure. Weird dingy smell throughout the room. Can’t believe I paid so much, but I had a long trip and needed a place to rest else I would’ve complained. So glad it was only one night.

Luckily we only stayed for one night. If we weren't so exhausted from having driven almost 24 hrs straight, we would have complained and asked for a refund. The lobby and stairwells were filthy. The carpet was nasty, and we could see cigarette butts littering the ground. The doors were hard to open, leaving my husband with a cut on his hands. There was no doorknob on the door from the back exit. The outside grounds were not upkept. There were potholes in the parking lot, so we ended up parking on the street. No landscaping whatsoever, just dirt. The smell in our room was nauseating. Upon looking closer, the room was falling apart. The carpet wasn't completely intact, the baseboards were separating from the wall in some spots. The bedding was dingy. The floors in the bathroom were grimy. There was hair in the shower before we even used it, definitely not our own. The price for the location was ridiculous. Not including the $40 (per pet) NON REFUNDABLE fee for our 2 dogs. If there was a continent breakfast, we saw no evidence of it, not that we would have eaten here after our experience anyway. We do not recommend this location!

Admittedly, the outside of the hotel could use work. Theres some trash and the greenery is largely despondent. BUT, as a little hotel, it was nice. The rooms were very clean, smelled nice, and the beds were very soft. I didn't get to check for breakfast because I was so comfortable I slept until 10! The rooms could use remodeling but you can trust it's a nice clean place to stay.

It was good on price but there no elevator my mother has poor health and had trouble going up stairs because the only two pet rooms available at time was third floor. The maid left a used dirrty towel hanging on shower. The smell of smoke is in hallway but driving from few states away just tired and didn't want to go motel browsing but good location to everything I need.

Let me start with this, we are traveling, we have our 2 Rottweilers with us, I check in and the guy at the counter doesn't honor my AAA discount, next he puts us in a pet room, the room stunk like carpet fresh, so strong, it made me nauseous, he proceeds to tell me, the room's for pet's are the old part of the hotel, so now I'm like, ok, we've been driving 10-11 hour's, I'm tired, the dogs have had it, so we go to bed, I get up in the morning, go to the bathroom and the toilet floods all over the place!! I will never be back there again.

I had a stayover due to highway being blocked, plenty of parking, calm area. breakfast was reasonably good. Staff helped me with extra towels quickly when requested. Recommend to stay!

Room wasn't very clean, heater was loud had coffee cups in the room but they didn't have plastic covering them so didn't have any coffee that morning, TV channel selection wasn't good. Young man at the desk was outside the door smoking. Just wasn't a great night there probably wouldn't stay again if had another choice in town to stay.

Budget friendly and staff were really helpful. I was there at around midnight for check in. The guy at front desk helped me with luggage to get in. The room is pretty good and clean. They provided with nice complimentary breakfast to start the day with. They have waffles, oats and cereal with addition of coffee and yogurt. Will recommend.

This place was a blessing for us. Very comfortable. Typical old hotel but newly renovated. The artwork and decor made the room feel very peaceful. Got caught in a snow storm and broke a leaf spring on the trailer. Centrally located near a great repair shop. Thank you guys.
