    All the negative reviews make sense. If you didn't know, I found out today, the manager is the same of all 3 restaurants... so good luck. I'm not allowed to go back to either of the 3 because they messed up my order and I had to go back 3 times....

    The so called store manager is rude. She always has an attitude! Ruined our dine in experience. A few days ago they forgot my sister’s wings and they only gave her her Buffalo fries; she went back and the store manager told her she could come back another day and get a meal as she had no time to wait for her wings since she had to go to work. We come again for her meal, and the manager is being rude from the start. My sister asks if she’s getting Buffalo Fries because that was on her original meal, the lady asks if she got her fries the last time, my sister says yes but continues to explain that she ordered Buffalo Fries the first time. Manager rudely interrupts to which my sister says, “ma’am I’m not done talking.” Anyways, the manager said she could only give her regular fries and my sister says , “okay, then can you charge me the Buffalo and ranch, but put it in the fries?” and the lady rudely replies, “if we are giving you the ranch and Buffalo, we are giving them to you on the side.” She was rude from the start; it’s not the first time we experience her bad attitude. I feel bad for the other employees, they look miserable:(

    Bad customer service wings and fries cold too dine in asked for extra wet boneless they gave me dry boneless no flavor what’s o ever wasn’t even original hot fries were supper oily manager super rude I even witness a customer came in asked for a cup of water they told him straight up no even when he told them he was walking and felt dizzy water should never be denied to anyone

    I ordered the combo eat on site but it was very much after I was full so I went to ask for a box to pack to take home, the lady who gave it to me had a very bad attitude, she glared at me and didn't want to go get it for me

    Order some wings and fries to Take out and had to wait almost 40minutes. Ask if my order was done and end up that my order was ready for almost 30minutes ago and food was already cold. I ask for a new ones and Manager was really rude with a bad attitude for asking for a new order.

    As everyone else who was in front of me, they made a line to pick up the orders they placed ahead, whether through phone or online. Two other people came in after me and one guy cut in front of me to pick up his order that wasn’t even paid for. The team member didn’t do anything about it especially when I asked him, “So I didn’t have to wait in line to pick up my order?” (Since mine was already paid for online.) the team member ignored me and just gave me my stuff. I just think that if we’re all picking up and you don’t need to make a line for it then I guess they should have a different area for that OR have any orders placed ahead to be PAID FOR to skip a line. I’m never coming back to this location.

    Like always my favourite place to go for quick bite place clean friendly employees high scale service. Every order is cooked fresh, so it takes 18-20 minutes. Choice of french fries, veggie sticks, or other side. I asked for the veggie sticks (carrots & celery) out first and ate them as an appetizer. I ordered boneless and my wife ordered bone in and both were very tasty. Not much of an atmosphere, although they do have TV sets on the wall for sporting events. They do a big take out business. The food is good and the help is very friendly.

    Attitude is the worst, coming from the manager who is the one who’s supposed to be an example for all employees. Not sure why they’re working there if they’re really unhappy with their jobs.

    So sad to say.. no longer my favorite location. I had a bad customer service experience! Veggies were in bad shape (like they have been in the fridge for way too long), the manager said that all veggies look the same, did not agree to exchange them for fries and just left the veggies on the table!! After being closed to the public for so long, they should definitely have a better attitude! 😕😠

    Ordered on the app. Fast service and we'll cooked. Great tasting wings. Social distancing followed. In my opinion the atomic sauce has been slowly changing, it's a little less hot and better flavor.

    Manager is the worst, I asked for a specific request that Another employee ran past her ( I just wanted dry rub no sauce for my tenders , she told her to put them plain and add the seasoning on the side) . I heard her over the phone tell her how to input my order ( really like I’d order plain anything here might as well buy regular tenders else where ) . When I get back home said item is missing. I had to drive back for seasoning. I called back and she cut me off an was grosera. “It wasn’t on the ticket”, I don’t care what the ticket says because I didn’t input it I am not employed there and failed to do so. See and my issue isn’t the seasoning, my problem is that a customer is calling in because not only do I now have to drive back you are giving me attitude and now my food is cold an drink watered down. I honestly drove back ready to tell her off. But I witnessed that no one had a clue what was going on. Wasting my time and money on this location won’t happen again especially when it’s a paid service I should get what I asked and paid for . Do away with your unnecessary attitude lady . You shouldn’t be trying to argue with a customer and lie to my face because you forgot. Never had this happen to me before at any other location. It shouldn’t be a big deal.

    Terrible service ordered wings for delivery and sent me just fries no wings called to see if they can deliver them and send i would have to go pick them up. It’s gonna be five days already and still haven’t gotten a refund they said I was getting. Literally paid over 40 dollars and got no food. Such terrible service from Wingstop never coming here again.

    The manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful refused to give me service even tho the order was already paid for the location was Wingstop the one in the south of Laredo tx by zapata highway. Never coming here again that manager should be fired she has various complains for being rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame never going to Wingstop again.

    I loved everything really ,wings and fries were amazing I also got to watch tv so that was fun I loved it all you get your food you can take it or you can eat there whichever it's a good place if you want some food on the go or just to rest and relax

    Manager ASHLEY was rude and disrespectful, she told me that I could not have my 4 year old encanto cup with her water, that it was not allowed. Later when I ordered my food 15 wings combo with two dips she said that only ranch was allowed that I could not get another dip. I walked out and left to another restaurant. Never going back to this location.

    I have been a client for over 10 yrs always order the same thing. Never had an issue and if I did manager’s will be attentive. But this time Manager Elsa didn’t take responsibility for getting our order wrong and was rude about it. Went back to change my order and from a self employed critic she has a very low costumer service I q nor never apologized. How rude 😑

    Ordered food online. Got to store and store was slammed. Got inline to pay for what I ordered. People were trying to cut to the front of the line. Employees were nice about letting them know where the line was and sending them to the back of the line to wait like the rest of us. Paid for my food. They stated it wasn't ready. Waited due to them being slammed. I was early to pick up anyways. Figured food would be out later then what the time I was originally told due to the high volume of customers in the store. When they called my order to let me know it was ready it was out on time. Food was awesome. One of the reasons this is my family's go to wing place

    Called way before they closed. They got my order and came to the store to get rejected and no order done. I understand they are trying to go home, but why even take an order if they won’t do it. If there was a Zero rating, that’s what they would get.

    This place is always missing something on delivery today the fries and the ranch was missing last time the food was cold and missing wings. This can't be mapping every time we order and the employees and manager are very unprofessional very rude and can't handle the truth about their service.

    i asked a cashier for assistance to where the lids are located in which she helped me with. that’s when a male employee walked up to the cashier and whispered “pinche chiflada”. i reported it to manager Ashley in which she proceeds to go to the back with the male employees and start laughing with them. Poorly response from the manager, did not take my complaint serious at all. will not be coming back to this location at all

    I placed an order for boneless and went to pick them up, they were about to close since they were washing everything, the wings were very dark and hard, they tasted very bad for the same reason, very salty, very overcooked, I dialed but they didn't answer me, the next day I spoke and they answered me badly as if I had been to blame and that I couldn't do anything if I didn't bring them everything, very bad because I had already bought before without problems
