Just went to pick up some Wendys and ordered 2 baconators, one bouble and the other single, and one had 3 small pieces of bacon and the double had 1 folded piece of bacon. And the 2 four piece nuggets were stale and cold. When I called the manager said I needed to bring back the food so I could get it again. Then when I went to take it back he said he didn't see how they went wrong and then asked if that was all the bacon that was on the burger -.- like really? Im gonna take out bacon and drive all the way back just to wait longer for food. I'm not going to be buying her again. It's ridiculous.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was raw in the middle. Just threw it and left...

Staff is so incompetent. They Use every excuse in the book in order to make things difficult for customer.

Mobile orders have no quality. Poor in providing barbecue sauce or ketchup for drive thru orders!!!

These location has the worst service. It took 40 mins on drive thru. Like hell. And then they still got my order wrong. Never again. Plus the employees are like ghetto land. They dont even know the menu. Bye

I stopped by the Wendy's on Saunders, ordered a salad, and went home.. I open the salad bowl just to realize my Cobb Salad was frozen.. the chicken pieces were warm, ut everything else was frozen.. Question??? What happens to lettuce when you freeze it.. it gets soggy and translucent.. I tried calling back multiple times, but like every single fast food place here in Laredo, they never answer the phone.. and I live too far to go back.. thank you for taking my money wendy..🖕🤦‍♂️

Hot and humid, equipment not up to date as has lost orders before, noticable wear and tear. Would recommend any other Wendy's.

I typically only drive-thru at this location since it's in my residence area. I only really order the same thing. It's seldom I try other items but will try new specialty type burgers. It's fast, it's good 9 outta 10 times.

Drive thru it's always close before 10 pm even though Google says they are open until 1 am, the few times they had answered they told me their system was down and it would take 30 minutes to restarted. Never had this issue at the Calton and San Bernardo locations

They just have to keep it up. Most Restaurants start to slack Off. Cleanliness Must be Done every Day.

Wrong order given...I got off to tell them about the error.. They told me the order was right according to them and if I wanted something else to get in line

It's 2:30pm, lunch time, and I didn't appreciate the attitude, tone nor service offered by the employee. The young lady at drive thru could've had a more friendly, professional approach to it or at least smile during the transaction, but I don't think any customer deserves that type of poor service. I go often to this location, thus look forward to a better visit next time.

Apple Salad, wife's favorite. At this location they special order made he salad, other locations, "no we can't, they are pre-made" at this location a worker asked the cashier, " no cheese", little details bloke this go a long way, thank you Wendy's on Saunders/Meadow 👍🏼👍🏼

Love the burger's meat quality from here and the fries are never too salty or less salty. Have a decent amount of salt on the fries without overdoing it. Love this place! My only suggestion would be to work on their kid's toy meals.

It was a long line in drive thru but they were moving the line fast. It was good correct order and nice when was in the window repeated the order. Overall it was good!!

Need to make sure customer gets what they order and offer cup carriers for drinks of 3 or more.

Food was good, staff was very and the restaurant wasn't really clean. I understand that maybe they were short staffed or a huge rush of customers came in before me.
