EDIT: Taking away a star because we’ve had quite a few maintenance requests in the 6m we’ve lived here - mainly about the lack of hot water + toilet problems. Submitted our first lack-of-hot-water request in April. It’s now almost October and our water heater needs a new part (which won’t be here for a few days) since there’s been ongoing issues. Disappointing as this is a BRAND NEW complex so we shouldn’t be having issues with the basics like having hot water + paying nearly $2,000 for a one bedroom. The toilet runs randomly - we’re always having to take the back off and mess with the fluid pump. The toilet straight up started bubbling up one day. So weird (Pic below). We don’t have a bug issue (PRAISE). Only seen 1 roach in 6 months so that’s good! Maintenance is on it with the calls. Jose comes out really quick and is super nice. It’s not his fault with everything here - he’s just the one who has to deal with it🙃 People complaining walls are thin - sure yeah but it’s an apartment. Can’t expect much else. They’re not SUPER thin but we could just have courteous neighbors. Could hear couple screaming at each other nearby for weeks though. The door to the hallways inside are the most “thin”. Any time someone comes in or out, you do hear the door slam, dogs barking, people chatting, the elevator saying, “Going up!” People who live here are pretty chill and nice overall. Parking does suck after 8pm on any given day. Expect to walk a ways away from your apartment if you get home late. The area is convenient. You can walk straight to the Pinellas Trail from the complex then through Belleair. It’s near Morton Plant (if Godforbid you needed it) but keep in mind that means late night sirens from time to time. EDIT COMPLETE. Really excited to live here! My husband and I took a tour of this apartment with Brenda and actually got to tour the apartment we will be living in! The design is beautiful inside and the area is minutes from the Belleair Country Club and the beach. The gym is really nice (even has the tech workout mirror) and they have a ton of office space for the residents to use who work from home. Can't wait to move in!

DO NOT COME LIVE HERE!! I am very disappointed with the Condo management . I've lived here for over a year and since the management changed to this new staff, everything has only gotten worse. Starting with the lack of care and maintenance with the common areas that are increasingly dirty (especially the hall and stairs), lack of supervision with pet owners who leave their dog's dirt at the entrance of the building and now finally, we are no elevator for 5 days! I live on the fourth floor and I have a 2 month old baby. When questioning the staff about when the elevator would be fixed, they informed me that it would only be on Monday (today), because it was the weekend and they COULD NOT DO ANYTHING! And believe me, TODAY, the elevator is still broken. For all these days, I had to go down 4 floors of stairs with my baby, stroller and backpack. I just renewed my lease for another year (because I didn't want to move out with a baby) and the rent was raised! The neglect of this condo only increases and makes me want to get out of here as soon as possible.

When Greystar took over the property, what was once a 5 star property turned to a 3 star. The dog park became a mud pit, the wash station never cleaned. Dog feces on the side walks with no interest in enforcement of the pet policy. Building 4 hall air conditioning only worked on occasion and the smell from what I believe to be prior water damage was horrible. When brought to the attention of management (the smell), nothing was done. The management suddenly wanted residents to be responsible for air filter changes, which are in a locked closet as well as maintain filter in appliance. Management refuses to take accountability. Do not return phone calls, ignores issues. But hey, they do set up food trucks a few times a month. Renter beware!

Been living here for almost 1 year. Always friendly staff, big large spaces, and the service techs are super friendly when you need anything. Additionally- the building is structurally built super well! First time going through a Hurricane here in Florida and we felt safe the entire time being inside. Windows are all hurricane proof. My only complaint is I wish they had a better trash service on site and the ability to recycle ♻️ Otherwise; it’s been a huge pleasure living here, super quiet, safe space since there is always police living here and great amenities for the area. It’s tough finding a better place to live than Solano in this part of Clearwater!

Megan is incredible! I have worked with her twice now at two different complexes, funnily enough. I felt comfortable when I saw her at Solano having previously worked with her at their sister property. She is quick and concise, she never made me feel like a burden when I called with a thousand questions. She has diligently taken care of any requests I've had. I appreciate her patience and understanding in all matters. The property itself is absolutely stunning and the units/design style is fresh and modern. I'm moving in this Saturday and I am beyond excited. Thank you Megan for all that you've done and continue to do!!

This is the WORST place I have ever lived at. You will hear EVERY noise above, below, and outside of your apartment. Every single step, cry, yell, laugh, EVERY thing. Pray you get good neighbors otherwise you will go sleepless. Management is unwilling to offer solutions other than basically, deal with it. Maintenance has sorry excuses for why they can not help even in situations like your apartments A/C going out. You have to jump through hoops to get packages and pay rent. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Management aside the noise in the buildings is unbearable and I would steer anyone away from this place. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SIGNING HERE, RUN!

This apartment complex looks nice on the interior & exterior, the staff is nice and maintenance has fixed things for the apt in a timely manner but that’s not enough to make it worth living here. It was a brand new apt when we moved in & it’s less than 10 miles from the beach so that’s would caught our attention especially not being familiar with the area. Don’t be fooled by the “NEW” …It’s overpriced for the area & not far from the sketch areas & street walkers) & there are NO security cameras. My husband’s bike was stolen the first week he moved in and the bike rack is literally in front of the porch. They cut the lock and stole it in the middle of the day. The complex is located next door to a trailer park and a lot of iffy people are constantly walking by building 1644 and the building next to it. (Buildings closest to street & trailer park homes) The walls here are thin VERY THIN. We can hear the neighbors next door every time they have sex and the lady who claims she only has two dogs but sounds like a damn dog party upstairs all day EVERY day. You can hear the dogs running around and her stomping around. We called the police when they first moved in upstairs bc we thought someone was fighting, that’s literally how loud she is on a REGULAR. (She is also one of the ones who doesn’t pick up her dog poop) anyway the apt was not finished when we moved in ( we were not aware of that until later when maintenance came in to fix something and told us the apt was not like the rest. Missing light fixtures and other little amenities in the home) the corners of the cabinet doors are EXTREMELY sharp on the edge & we cut or scratch ourselves on it at LEAST once a week. They obviously were not sanded down properly and I don’t even know if that’s a thing at this point. Moral of the story is the apt was NOT finished and shouldn’t have been leased out yet. People rarely pick up their dog poop unless you are outside watching. There is a landscaping team that comes out and puts the sprinklers so damn close to the apt porches that your porch gets wet and the water smells like sewer water and spoiled eggs. We used to opt to use our porch door since it leads to the parking lot but now can’t even do that bc of the left over stinky residue water all over the grass and bushes. Do not get a first floor apt here because you will have 0 privacy on your porch and may have dog poop right outside your porch area. I suggest a top floor apt if you HAVE to move here but for roughly 3k a month for 3bdrm 2ba, just go rent a house. Last but not least, parking is a damn JOKE. There is no assigned parking, yet not enough parking for all the residents in the building. Sometimes we have to park on the opposite side of the complex and my husband is a disabled veteran. There are ONLY two handicap spots in front of our building but more than 3 handicap individuals in the building so it’s constantly a battle for the handicap spaces unfortunately. The pool is like 4ft deep and 100ft long… pointless for any average sized person’s leisure. I started to hate living here after the first couple of months and would never pay this much for a fake “luxury” apt ever again. One plus is there is currently a cop living somewhere in the complex bc I see the marked vehicle parked every night.

Amazing experience with all Alta Belleair team, the ladies are lovely. José and Jay are doing a fantastic work helping me with some small maintenance issues (normal on any new apartment). Thank you!
