Best Pilates studio! Instructor is extremely professional, and friendly, and tailors the workouts to each person's needs - you feel a transformation in a very short time. The studio is exceptionally clean and the perfect size to give you that more personal feel. Would highly recommend Alignment Pilates to anyone who is interested in taking up pilates, and also exercise in general!

We just left an apparatus pilates class that was excellent!! On the one hand, the class was not easy and challenging. On the other hand, the professionalism, smile, and kindness of Nicoletta and Maria made us give 100% of ourselves and have fun at the same time. We left the class satisfied and even stayed to talk to Nicoleta, who is such an interesting, attentive, and sensitive woman. In conclusion, everything you would want your coach to be. I have been coming to Nicoletta for over a year and half and she is without a doubt THE BEST!!! The most amazing energy and programme - I have found my zen place in Larnaca!!! What gives someone the right to criticise and badly rate her here when she has NEVER even been to the studio just because Nicoletta would not give her (and RIGHTLY so) access to a PRIVATE members platform!!! Bear in mind that English is not her first language so what was deemed “rude” was most likely her trying to communicate in English. She is the gentlest soul and is never rude! We don’t need bad energy and negative vibes at Alignment!

I never got to attend a class here but I did want to share my experience with others. After calling multiple times and sending messages I finally got a reply two weeks later on Facebook about my interest in classes. Getting information from them was like pulling teeth! I asked three different times for the class times and schedules and was answered; “schedule is online” (but they don’t have a public website and you have to fill out an application to even be able to see wherever/ whatever space they are saying has the online schedule???) or “start 7am end 20:00”. The person responding to me seemed very unprofessional and not at all the kind, supportive energy you would want from a fitness studio. I was so excited and hopeful about this studio and am really disappointed about their clear lack of good business practices and inability to communicate in a efficient and professional way. I would steer CLEAR of this studio they don’t seem like a fun or reliable place to work out, at all
