I had a fantastic time on my tour on July 14th! Our guide and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She absolutely made the experience amazing! The tour is honestly one of the best way to experience the sites and sounds of Cyprus along with the tastes! We visited 3 wineries and in all had four different tastings. The wine was amazing and well presented at each stop. The winery locations were gorgeous. The lunch was the best meal I had in Cyprus by far and one of the best meal experiences I have has in all my travels. This tour is worth every penny and then some. This is the one tour you must take when visiting Cyprus!

Wow!! This was amazing! We went on the The Grape Escape excursion. Anna, our amazing tour guide, took us to 3 different wine tasting, showed us the most adorable village named Omodos and took us for a great lunch. Everything was so well organized. From being picked up at a location that suits you best, to making you feel comfortable and feel like you're out with local friends. Also the founder, Louisa, made sure we were able to enjoy the tour as best as possible and answered all of our questions and requests. Truly amazing. We definitely recommend booking with Cyprus Taste Tours.

Today I had Helena for my tour 💖 she was the best introduction to Cyprus I could have asked for. We tasted a lot of wine and had the best local food, I’m also a vegan and was very well catered for. Thank you so much Helena for sharing your home knowledge with me, I will never forget this experience. Lots of love from New Zealand :)

Our tour was arranged and carried out with the utmost professionalism throughout. I highly recommend Cyprus Taste Tours. Everything from booking through to the thoroughly enjoyable 9 hour tour, in a small group of 5 people, was excellent. Panico, our driver, guide, raconteur, local expert, host and friend for the day, clearly enjoyed introducing us to his country and all it has to offer spanning foods, wines and artisan businesses in the beautiful villages of the mountains. A true taste of Cyprus.

My partner and I did the ‘Halloumi heaven: cheese making class and & Troodos mountain villages” tour which was hosted by Aikaterini & Theodora who were absolutely amazing. We started off the tour by visiting the monastery of st Thekla the healer which was a gorgeous monastery, lots of beautiful plants and flowers. We headed from the monastery to the halloumi making place, got to see the process of making halloumi and anari Cheese from start to finish while also helping out, sadly there was less cheese eating than expected but got to taste the halloumi we made which was delicious. We also saw the farm and fed the goats that are used to produce the milk for the cheese. We then made our way to pano Lefkara which is a small/medium sized village located within the mountains, the views were absolutely stunning and we visited a local embroidery and silver store where we learnt about the history of embroidery and silver within Cyprus. After the village we stopped at a Bee farm which produces local honey, very educational and amazing tasting honey! Finally we stopped at Golden donkeys, we got to feed and pet a variety of animals such as baby goats, donkeys and chickens. Personally I’d say the welfare is lacking a little bit but that is out of the tour guides control. Staff at the Donkey farm were very informative and provided a range of samples containing products produced at the farm. Overall it was an amazing tour and would highly recommend to others, hopefully when we are next in Cyprus we can find another tour with Cyprus Taste Tours as the guides were very helpful and provided a lot of information on the local areas.

My first time in Cyprus and just a day after i arrived in Larnaca. Tour was perfect introduction of Cypriot Gastronomy. Evie (Tour Guode and Safe Driver) took us around the area. Tour was fulfilling not just for the amount of information they provide but also the amount of food we have tasted and eaten. I would greatly recommend this tour for all foodie lovers to experience the food beyond we eat in restaurants. We manage to see a lot of things plus tasted everything 1.) Halloumi- we saw how a goat/sheeps milk turn into an everyday cheese (though i prefer the Anaki which is a byproduct of halloumi making process ; 2.)Wine- visited one nice vineyard and dranks 7 different wines from white, red and sweet wine.; 3) Honey Making- though we didnt go to actual Bee Farm which i believe is dangerous, too much information was given on how honeys are produced also great info about bees in general. 4.) Olive Farm- tasted all derivatives from olives and tried different oil from different age trees ( for me all same) 5.) Visited Leftaka which is lovely small town and a break from all the food we took especially after a lovely lunch 6.) Visited Donkey farm- feed them and new experience for me to try is Donkey Milk Ice Cream.

I had wonderful time on this tour! Panico and trainee Georgina were amazing hosts full of knowledge, with fun and personable stories. I had previously gone on the Troodos tour from Limassol and was pleasantly surprised that the Larnaca tour was completely different (some similar tastings but still a different experience) we walked through Lefkara which was probably my favorite village I visited in Cyprus. I can’t recommend enough! Definitely join a Cyprus Taste Tour! You will not regret it :)

What a wonderful day we spent with Anna! She picked us up at our doorstep and we spent the day traveling into the mountains of Cyprus. She provided a running commentary on the history of the island and of the vineyards. We stopped at two vineyards before lunch, and were treated to excellent tastings and tours of the wineries. She then took us to a local restaurant in a beautiful little village, where we were treated to one of the best meals we have had on the island! After lunch, we made a final stop at one more small vineyard , that was the highlight of the day for us! We highly recommend this tour for wine lovers!

Let me tell you guys... This was aaaaaamaaaazing. If you love food and wine like I do. Take a tour!!!!! Theodora was our host and she was amazing from the first second! She explained so much about the different villages and Cyprus. The traditions and so much more. At every stop the people were very welcoming. You could feel they love they put in their goods. I also very blessed to enjoy this tour with other good and very open people. So if you into food and wine do it! It worth every cent and actually much more! To the Taste Tour Team you guys and especially Theodora are amazing and tank you for providing this opportunity 💖💖

A excellent experience to have a taste of the wine history in Cyprus. We visited three (3) wineries in total, in each winery we have the opportunity to try different wines and also talk woth the host. Also we went to a local tavern to have a delicious Lunch with different local dishes. Definitively a must do experience if you visit Cyprus.

We joined a taste tour to Troodos mountains with the outstanding guide Helena. The tour included a large number of locations, lots of food and drinks, far beyond our expectations. Helena was extremely nice, had many interesting stories and explanations and also arranged a birthday cake for us! We enjoyed this tour very much and in fact, it was the best experience we had during our time in Cyprus. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful day experiencing the cultural traditions of Cyprus, the making of carob products, halloumi cheese, wine and olive oil. We were taken to quaint villages, such as Lefkara, where the ladies make the famous Lefkaritika lace and traditional picturesque Omodos in the mountains. . It was a pleasure to spend the day with such good company.

I did two tours with Cyprus Taste Tours and both were brilliant. I did the Beyond The Grape wine tour which was delightful in the Troodos mountains with lovely wines, and I enjoyed visiting Omodos Village. Secondly I did the Off The Eaten Path tour in Larnaca, which let us try food I wasn’t aware of, and was a really nice experience. Both guides - Andrea and Emilia were excellent. The company itself - particularly Louisa could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Thank you!! :)

The whole tour was very nicely organized. Andrea was very young, cheerful, educated and happy. That's already a plus ! The minivan was equipped with air-condition and frozen water. The tour consisted of visiting villages, wine tasting, breakfast and cooking class (+ picking our own vegetables). The slightly minor disappointing part was going for the wine tasting. We tasted 8 different types of wine at 10 in the morning, before breakfast! Before even taking a coffee. However, the village of Omodos is so beautiful ! Very charming. The breakfast was a traditional Cypriot. Yummy. The cooking class was less interactive than we usually used to. But it was fine, we still got to slice some vegetables and pick out a mint leaf. The final result was delicious: Moussaka + Buklava. Thank you for such a nice experience.

I have taken a “Rural Food tour” for the whole day and it is really a great experience for everybody who is in Cyprus: wonderful nature, amazing people and very well organized tour: door-to-door, very punctual, interesting places like cheese production farm (and very tasty breakfast there with Cyprus coffee), vinery and wine tasting (like 6+ wines and local vodka for those who want to try more:))), bee museum and honey tasting there, local embroidery, dinner at the restaurants in the mountains, donkey farm and walking in Lefkara village famous for its lace and silver. We were lucky with the weather as well. And the car was very clean and fresh👍. And there were just 2 people in our group so it was a kind of personal tour as well:). Louisa and Marina, thank you- you are a great team! A part of your wonderful island is in my heart forever😍😍😍

Excellent tour in a small group of up to 5 people, nice caring hosts and very interesting wineries visited and we tasted a big variety of dry and sweet white and red wines and also some spirits. (this was the monday tour to Troodos named "Beyond the Grapes"

This review is more so about their customer service. Due to last minute health complications I was unable to attend the tour and Louisa and the team were very responsive and understanding in managing the cancellation. I look forward to joining the tour the next time I’m back, I had a great experience communicating with the team.

Absolute recommendation! We booked a Taste Tour in the Larnaca Area and had a wonderful day with our guide Helena. We booked the trip two days before and everything was perfectly organized. Helena is a great and friendly guide. She drove us to many different stops and locations and told us a lot about the history of Cyprus. We really enjoyed the day and we would definitely book again when we come back. Thanks for the amazing day!

Great experience overall. Tour is well organized, the places they visit are amazing, the wine tasting and explanation of the wines are great, tour guide is very well trained and professional. I would enhance the following: 1. Some people need more car space. 2. Food can be better.

Excellent day out into the mountains. The guide was knowledgeable, and attentive to each of the guests. Wonderful to visit family run vineyards and hear from the actual owners! Loads of tastings and a lovely time spent in a beautiful cafe in the middle of a stone village. So very glad I joined this tour!

We did this tour at the end of our holiday in Cyprus in July 2021, and it was a great way to get a better feel of the island beyond the typical resort places. We were staying in Protaras, and while there was no pick up from there on the day of the tour, Louisa went out of her way to help us coordinate an arrival by a public bus to the meeting point close to Larnaca. From there we were taken in a small van to the winery and later to a small town called Lefkara. We were shown and explained the wine-making process followed by tasting and an option to buy the wine, honey and other produce. In the town we have visited a local lace and silver shop, a church and a sweets shop (Loukumas). The tour finished at the local cafe where we could try typical halloumi and honey bread and a Cypriot coffee. A short drive later we were back to our hotel perfectly in time for lunch!

Highly recommended. This was a great way to taste Cyprus wines but also an excellent way to see the Troodos mountain region. We stoped at a local village, Omodos, where we walked the old, narrow streets and had a picnic lunch. Tour was well organized with a friendly guide. They took great measures to ensure our comfort and safety, ensuring everyone wore masks in the car and alternating between aircon and open windows to promote good clean airflow. The wineries were generous with their tastings - the Zivania was throat burning fun! It's a long day, about 8 hrs - 1.5 hours driving each way (from Larnaca with a stop to pick up guests in Limassol) - but a great time! Thanks for a great tour.

For years, my spouse and I have been wandering after the pursuit of eating and drinking with various different tours or by ourselves. We know that eating, the food we consume, and the culture of dining are crucial parts of a culture, and we believe that one of the most enjoyable ways to get to know a culture is by experiencing its local flavors and connecting with those who create them. This particular tour was very special to me as it reminded me of my Cypriot heritage inherited from my mother, with all its intricate details. Both our informative and open hearted guide, Helen, and the well-arranged program deserve a solid five out of five stars. The historical background of Cyprus and all the places we visited took me back to my childhood when I used to visit Cyprus every summer to see my grandmother Neriman and grandfather Ali Aylakçı. Throughout these experiences, I remembered my mother ,who passed away 2,5 years ago, at every step. It was a tour worth every penny. Engaging in wonderful conversations with the other participants added an extra layer of enjoyment to this tour. If you have even the slightest interest in Cyprus, I highly recommend taking this tour. Don't miss out. Thank you.

10/10 would recommend! This tour was so much fun and a great way to get to know Cypriot culture. The three wineries we visited all had great wines and great backstories which made the tour even more special. The Meze we had was also amazing and we have never eaten this much in our lifes! Also a big shoutout to our tour guide, Demi, who is an exceptionally good guide and was very knowledgeable about everything we got to know in the trip. Do yourself a favour and book this tour, it’s a beautiful experience overall and you will not regret it.

👍👍 Authentic and delicious Cypriot food - Kletiko! It was such well braised lamb, it melts in your month.
