Sisäänkirjautuessa hotellin henkilökunnan käytös todella törkeää. Huone todella likainen, pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet tahraisia myös niiden vaihdon jälkeen. Yhden sängyn rungossa myös veritahroja. Hotellin ja huoneen yleinen ilme likainen ja erittäin nuhjuinen. Alemmissa kerroksissa myös joissain huoneissa torakoita. Huoneen keittiönurkkauksessa/olohuoneessa todella paha haju, ihmiseritteiden sekoitus. Katolla sijaitseva allasbaari kiva.

Kirjautuessamme sisään todistimme yövuorolaisen törkeää kielenkäyttöä muille asiakkaille. Toisten majoittujien huoneessa oli ollut torakoita ja tämän tilanteen yövuorolainen hoiti todella huonosti jonka takia enmme menneet mainitsemaan oman huoneemme kunnosta. Avattuamme sängyt, yhden sängyn lakanat olivat aivan keltaiset hiestä, yksi pyyhkeistä oli ruskeissa tahroissa ja kaikki verhot kauttaaltaan ruskeissa läiskissä. Sängyn rungot olivat todella likaiset, näytti veritahroilta. Koko viikon ajan siivous oli huonoa. Ilman kenkiä ei kärsinyt huoneessa kävellä, kun jalanpohjat tai sukat oli heti tummat liasta. Siivoojat pesivät lattioita vanhoilla lankamopeilla ja liian voimakkaalla pesuaineliuoksella, eli käytännössä lattiaan jäi vaan märkä likavesi pinnalle sekä liika pesuaine. Roskis käytiin vaihtamassa ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin 1 kerran vaikka vaihtoja piti olla kahdesti viikossa. Ja kun vaihtoivat lakanat tai pyyhkeen ne olivat valmiiksi jo likaiset. Ei ilmeisesti uusita tekstiilejä koskaan? Loppuviikosta siivouksen jäliltä huoneessa oli todella paha haju, virtsan ja muiden eritteiden sekoitus. Huoneessa oli muutamia perus astioita, mutta mitään välineitä astioiden pesemiseen ei ollut, eikä siivoojat näitä pesseet käynneillään. Siivoojat tulivat myös huoneeseen, vaikka siellä oli henkilö suihkussa ja lainasivat meidän latureita puhelimiensa lataamiseen siivouksen aikana. Hotellin käytävät olivat yleisilmeeltään todella pimeät ja hiekkaiset. Toinen hotellin hisseistä ei toiminut kunnolla ja pöntöt vetivät surkeasti. Katolla oli tosiaan perus kiva allas ja baari mistä sai pientä syötävää ja juotavaa. Wifi ei toiminut kuin aulassa ja katolla. Ilmeisesti wifin olisi saanut lisämaksua vastaan huoneeseen, mutta hinnasta en tiedä. Ilmastointi kaksiossa kahdesta laitteesta maksoi viikolta vähän alta 70€. Tämä selvisi vasta kysymällä, hintoja ei siis lue missään. Sijainti oli hyvä, lyhyt matka rannalle ja lähin marketti heti tien toisella puolella. Huono maku meille kolmelle jäi ensimmäisen illan asiakaspalvelusta, siivouksen tasosta, yleisestä ilmeestä, ja emme koe hotellin olevan kolmen tähden arvoinen. Kuvia hotellista..

Very bad, rooms were dated. Staff were rude, especially as our flight got cancelled and we was put in this place for 3 nights, only to be woken up the next morning to ask for me to check out so I had to get my wife and 3 kids up early after only coming in at midnight because of the airport mess to repack and get out of this hotel. Manager then made a call to Wizz air to find out where we needed to go. I made my own arrangements after this as my kids were distressed.

Atrium Hotel provides a clean beach, fresh rooms, flavorful meals, friendly staff. Wonderful experience!

WiFi for 1 unit only! Have to login every morning. Codes not in Phone memory so you have to keep them close at hand Very slow WiFi 0-5 Mbit/s... Usually under 2! I had a phone and a tablet.. had to chose 1. Sad and cold breakfast dining room. No windows, very plain with plastic chairs. Absolutely 0 effort put in to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Large TV on with Greek channel even though no Greek guests. Why not simply an English chanel. 0 effort. Unhygienic bed.. Only sheet rest is touched by every guest. We stayed here for 4 weeks and chose this hotel because it has a good pool area.. Very helpful reception staff. Rooms very tired looking. Comfortable beds. Mold in the bathroom. Very noisy location with constant traffic on side street, but handy to Finnicoudes beach. Also a restaurant downstairs had extremely loud live music every Friday and Saturday nights until about 1am. Would not stay here again.

Apart for the outdated decor this hotel is great. Got send here after our flight cancelled. Arrived at night so first impressions were that it felt very 80’s. Room was very clean but decor was very dated but it did the job. The only real downside was the Aircon turned off once you left the room so you couldn’t get the room cooled down easily when it was 40 degrees outside. We found the pool on the top floor and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was and the outside terrance area was huge. Staff were all really friendly and very helpful. The buffet style breakfast was great. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and the location was perfect for shopping. Airport was only a 15 euro trip away.

The rooms are a bit dated, the hallways are eerily dim, and there doesn’t appear to be any WiFi beyond the lobby. But, the hotel is in such a great spot in Larnaca (one block from the beach, right in the middle of lots of shops and restaurants) that you probably won’t be spending too much time in your room anyways, which makes most of the hotel’s issues irrelevant. The price is reasonable for what you get, too. If you’re looking for a nice hotel to relax at in Larnaca, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a place to drop your stuff and rest your head while you explore the area, this is a fine option.

This hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes from the sea front, plenty shops and places to eat nearby. Room was cleaned every day, friendly staff. Lovely roof top swimming pool.

Things like air conditioning and Wi-Fi is not included in the price, so you have to pay more than expected. There was also a lot of misunderstandings and bad communication between the staff, which led to us paying more. There was also crumbles in our beds when we arrived.

The rooms are absolutely terrible, in desperate need of a refurbishment… but the location is perfect, AC on the room and the staff is very friendly!

The hotel is in a good location however, the staff are not friendly. They tried to triple charge me for food and other other things I have paid for already. Also, WiFi per device policy did not help. The WiFi was so slow and was not working most of the time. The room is outdated, TV and air-conditioning unit were not working. The additional beds for the kids were terrible. My children couldn't sleep on them. Cleaners only change tissue but do not clean the bathroom.

Other than a great location, it was horrible. Luckily i only had to spend one night since my actual hotel was fully booked that single day.

Very run down. The pool tiles are leathal when wet, they are not anti slip. I fell down the steps by the pool and got serious bruising and other injuries. Another guest fell down the same steps and broke his ribs. I mentioned to the owner about how dangerous the pool area was and he basically shrugged his shoulders and implied what do you expect me to do. Also the dining area was in disrepair paint falling from the ceiling onto the tables. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it.

Extremely old premisses, carpet, rooms, lifts and amenities. It is stuck in time, looong time. Beds are mostly broken or uneven and stiff. I hope i would never come back to that place. The front desk was kind enough but the hotel really need to improve

I asked if I can change the dates and was declined and my room was already sold to someone else. They gave me another room type when I actually showed up but asked to pay extra. I declined but had to argue. This behavior should tell you all you need to know.

I went to the rooftop pool with my friends and had a great time - super nice place to be on a hot day! There is also a bar which sells food and drinks.

Excellent location for everything including the beach wich is a stone throw away. Rooms are not modern but they have everything you need for self catering. The pool on the roof and bar area are stunning . The food on site is quality. And it's very family oriented. 5th time I've stayed and we love it 🥰

Fantastic hotel, great service. We were very satisfied. High level hygiene. Spacious rooms and well equipped apartments. Good stuff, catering to guests for everything they need. Air conditioned everywhere. WiFi is good quality, free of charge in whole hotel area, and for 1 device per room. In a perfect location, just across the promenade, close to the city center, in a quiet area. Rooftop pool is great with a good bar. The beach is amazing, just across the hotel, as well as the bus station where you can take a bus to every part of the island. All recommendations, we will definitely come back again!

a/c did not work in 2 rooms we stayed at. impossible to sleep during hot summer days. make sure if breakfast is included in the price before having it. they will charge it as you check out and it is not worth the price.

Affordable hotel with fantastic service! Large rooms, the rooftop pool is appreciated, we got to park the rental car for free in the hotel parking, cleaning every day and the reception was open 24/7 and the man who worked at night was super nice!

The hotel in is not very fancy, got a bit of that 70”s feel to it, but its clean, the staff a very kind and helpful, they have free parking the location and irw is great - just one row behond the beach and in walking distance to everything in the city.

Was sent here late at night after a last minute flight cancellation (easyjet). Hotel staff friendly enough, rooms are extremely old fashioned but were clean and served it's purpose of a comfy nights sleep. Breakfast was very basic with toast, eggs, ham, sausage, cereal, juice/tea.

Rooms clean and simple. Unfortunately the breakfast was not included and expencive. Staff not very polite. But good place for a short stay. Nearby too airport. And quiet.

It's expensive - €5 for a glass of wine when the whole bottle only costs €10, €3 for a 'pint' of lager served in a 35cl glass... The staff are miserable as sin and the place is just really unwelcoming. (Note that we were not staying at the hotel so don't know about the rooms. We were there for an event)

A good 3 star hotel. Very close (2 minute walk) to the beach and bus stop to other destinations. The accommodation itself is very basic. There is WiFi in the lobby but not the rooms. There is no lock on the safe or balcony door, but I did not feel unsafe at any point in time. Good place to stay if you only plan to use the room for sleeping/showering.

Stayed between 28/6 till 1/7. I booked 2 rooms and somehow they managed to think it's a duplicate order even though I wrote the names of guests on the reservation. After more than an hour they found us a solution for the first night in different hotel for the first night. Also gave us a complimentary free WiFi for the first day and late checkout. The rooms are fine not fancy at all but the value for money are pretty good. The parking the hotel offer is very convenient. Breakfast is OK. Location is perfect in the city center. Also there is a swimming pool on the top floor with great view. If you don't plan to stay a lot in the hotel then this hotel is perfect choice. If you are looking for something new renovated etc. then choose other place. This is a budget hotel.

Great location, lovely rooftop pool and bar and really helpful staff. Rooms are in need of updating and the WiFi is unreliable but that didn't matter too much.

I highly do not recommend this apartment. It looks good from the outside, but inside it is a full trash hotel built in 70-80 years and renovated there as well, and the reception does not show the rooms before checking in. The furniture is old and the same repair. The beds are very hard. The toilet is a separate story after flushing, the water is filled in 20 minutes. The Internet is only in words, in fact, nothing opens.and the culmination we learned that it turns out that in a 2-bed room the Internet is only for 1 person so that both of them have it, you need to pay extra. Do not waste your time on this hotel there are many decent apartments nearby and it is 20% cheaper. One of the advantages is free Parking and then if there is a place.
