Just perfect! A representative was waiting for us at the airport and took us to the car. When return, a representative was waiting for us and within one minute checked the car and greeted us. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. Super recommended!

Very simple and efficient rental car company. They waited for me at the airport, explained and gave me the choice to pay 300 euro deposit by any card or cash. I paid by debit card and got the money next working day. Got a very nice automatic Nissan March for 108 euros,3 days, super economy and easy to drive and a well maintained car. Also easy process to return the car.

Very good communication, they told you everything what you need to know, all questions you can ask by phone if you need and they are really nice and professional. We order a car by web page and before we come they prepare the car so we don't need to wait. When we come to office it takes maybe 10 minutes to fill the paperwork and they come outside to check the car with you. All damage or little scratches you can point to and they add this to papers. After 15 minutes you have your car and you can go with full fuel. Car return is even faster, we wait maybe 2-3 minutes they start the car, then check the car from outside and it was done, they give us a deposit back (100€ if you apply damage insurance (it's about 5€ per day) if not you need 300€ for the car). So the conclusion is best customer care and they really do a good job. They don't want to scam you or make some problems with small scratches to take money from you.

The best car rental experience ever! I wish there would be a car rental company like they in every city! They brought the car to the airport and were waiting for us. They pre filled the contract, we needed just to double check it and pay the deposit. They walk through us on every single step, showed us the car and we were good to go in 5 minutes. We've rented a car for the weekend with them while we were in Larnaca. The price was very low, we paid a just 87€ for an automatic Nissan Note for 3 days. The car was basic but fine so no complaints there. As always with rental companies you need to know the fine print when renting a car. Note they do block a 400€ amount from your credit card as a deposit which they release when returning the car, and the Minimum you pay even for a small scratch is 100€ so be aware.

Very professional and accurate, we didn't have any problems. They will wait for you at the airport and on sight you will finish the paperwork and payment (we did it by card). You got the keys and full tank (you need to return it also full), you have a short inspection of the car. When you turn it back another quick inspection, and after 3 days they will return the deposit of 300 EUR. We drove Suzuki Alto, beautiful car in all its ugliness :) Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend Cosmos as a choice in Cyprus.

I rented Nissan March in late November at this rental. The car was in great condition, had an automatic transmission making it a lot easier for me to drive on the left side of the road. The staff was very responsive and helpful, they prepared the contract beforehand so picking up the car was very smooth. The return was also easy, they returned the cash deposit on the spot.

I rented a car from this company in Larnaca airport. I sent all my detalis before I came, so the rental procedure was easier at the airport. A nice representative waited for me, and I found him very quickly after the customs. In a few minutes I got the car and started to drive. The car was fantastic and served me well. When I returned it, a lady from the company waited for me at the airport near the dapartures area. She checked the car quickly, and after that unblock the deposit. In the buttom line, the service was really great, the car was clean and good, and we are happy to do business with this company. Next time I will rent a car again just from them! I reccomend!

Warning!!! They tried to scam us! When signing the rental contract, they send you car photos via email. Upon delivering the car, they claim everything is okay, just like in the photos. It's my habit to take photos and videos before leaving, and that's what we did. Upon returning the car, the lady tried to blame us for a scratch not in their photos! Luckily, we had a video proving the scratch was there when they handed us the car! Without evidence, they would have kept the €400 deposit! Be very cautious! Regarding the car, we give it 5 stars – clean, fairly new, and they provide a kit to charge your smartphone along with a car mount for using it as a navigator. Plus, no need to wash the car upon return! Truly a pity, it could have been a good review!

It was really nice experience. I am always a little bit afraid of renting a car, but Cosmos is the best. You can see everything on their website, and they communicate very well. Deposit is possible with cash or any cars (including debit) and it is very small with full insurance. I got it back just in one day after the car return. I must change a return time because of flight, and there was not a single problem with that at all. The final checking was really fast and nice. 100% recommended, Thank you once more

Possibly the best, straightforward experience I've had for a long time. Had a really bad time in Spain with easy car subcontracted to goldcar. (Which they left us with my baby and child to fend for ourselves in Barcelona airport, never again going to use easy car or goldcar, they did not care at all we had small children). Savva was great answered all pre questions via Google chat before booking and delivery of car was very good, even when our flight was delayed they met us at the airport 4am, baby seat was a bit too small and they went to exchange to booster. Everything was great and went smoothly. We hired class d car, nissin note. Great spacious car. Overall fantastic experience.

Absolutely amazing service, the best we have ever experienced for years in Cyprus. Despite early morning the lady from Cosmo rental car was waiting for us by arrivals, sorted all admin on spot, added extra driver with no problem, walked us to car (with full tank) which was waiting by the drop off point right outside the airport, gived us the keys, extra bag with USB car chargers, wished us good holiday and we could go. Communication and instruction on return were amazing too with no problems, gentleman from Cosmo was waiting at the same spot we left on agreed time, checked the car and signed us off. The BEST car rental company I have ever used! I booked online and paid in advance for the rental. Upon our arrival, the representative already waited for us at the airport exit, she was very friendly and helpful. We quickly filled the paperwork (on an ipad :)) and paid the deposit with card. After this we looked at our car, and marked the small damages we found. The car was in mint condition, very clean inside and outside as well, has a perfect mechanical condition. Done the job very nicely over our holiday. The AC was very cold, and the car has a good smell. After our rental, another representative waited us at the airport drop-off zone, they checked the car and drove away, and that's it! :) The whole drop-off procedure was not more than 2 minutes, awesome!! After a few business days the deposit has been returned to my account. I wouldn't ever choose another rental company, COSMOS CAR IS THE BEST!! Thank you guys, hope to see you again.

Great car rental company, you are greeted by a representative at a place you chose to pick up your car (We landed at Pafos Airport). Deposit is either cash or card when you pick up the car. We rented the smallest car (Suzuki Alto, category A1) as it was the cheapest and it might look small but I am 190 cm and was driving with no problems. Good fuel consumption and easy to drive (automatic). Only don't rent this type of car if there is more than 2 of you. Very polite staff, good customer service and terms& conditions which are straightforward.

I had my best experience with a rental car company. I made the reservation online. They expected me at the airport with all the paperwork prepared. It took me few minutes to leave with the car. When I returned the car everything went even faster. The car was great. The people were polite, they offered me advices, we communicated well. My deposit was returned in one day. I totally recommend!

The service works like a clock, it was the first time we hired the car at the company which does not have office in the airport, so we worried a bit about timing of car delivery. But everything was great, the car came in time, we were met by the company representative, the document issues were completed for several minutes and the condition of the car was absolutely great. Great communication, Easy pick up of the car, they will wait at arrival with your name, we came at 23:30 PM, easy drop off the car at departures drop off, already waiting for us at 6:00 AM. Friendly staff, great sevice, great price, will use them again and again. 5* really deserved.

Rented a car for just less than a week. The pick up process was very easy, our flight was delayed but they were there when we arrived in the airport. You can send your driving licence details ahead, making it much quicker than a normal car hire- I think it must have only been 5 minutes until we were in the car. I chose the cheapest car option, but actually ended up driving further than I thought and wishing I’d paid more for a better car. But it was still perfectly fine and no issues. Drop off was also very easy and took a few minutes. All in all a great company, but choose one of their pricier cars if you are driving more than an hour!

A good service. Waiting for us in arrivals and car was outside. Theo made the process very simple and was on hand during the hire if we had any issues via WhatsApp. I was very impressed with the customer service.
