I wasn't sure if there would be a shop like this in Larnaca! I was very happy to find there was one!! We needed some gardening bits to tidy up a grave near by and this place had exactly what we needed. I would go back here. I couldn't tell you everything they do, but if you need something for work in the home or garden, or just something to brighten up your home or garden, it's well worth a look!

Excellent in store service. Excellent delivery. The delivery guys were super friendly and helpful. Even though we received one damaged product. The Larnaca manager and staff were quick to resolve the issue. Very professional service which is not often seen in Cyprus. Thank you guys.

They can be better. I am talking about the customer experience inside the store. Its is not about the people is about the absence of the people needed on every swift especially evenings.

Nice place to have a browse around. Plants could be better but then again it is very hot now. Staff willing to help. Nice things for home, DIY jobs and presents. I did notice some solar lights and bits are available in jumbo for half the price.

I mean I know the customer service of this place is on the floor even if there are one or two helpful shop assistants, but usually I expect to find a couple of women on the tills/cashiers who as usual don't know how to work the system and they always cause delays with price-checks and phone calls etc whilst the customer service desk just sit there, who I may add are also very unhelpful but what I found today on Monday 11th December morning I couldn't believe it. I approached an lady in Superhome uniform who was doing something near the DIY section i.e the drills and I very politely asked her in English and Greek (I speak both) if she knew where an item was located in the store, she spent about 30 seconds looking at ther store re-stocking advice because she was doing something and didn't acknowledge me, and then waved me away in such a rude way and told me "I don't know, I don't know, go and ask customer service", so not only did you talk to me in such a rude and disgraceful way with such bad attitude, you want me to go to the customer service desk to ask them in what area the store the vacuum cleaners are? Don't worry, I found another member of staff who just about managed to answer me at least in a polite way after she got over the intial confusion or complication of actually being asked a question. The first member of staff needs to be disciplined and brought back down to earth.

Zero respect for their clients, they close the doors hald hour earlier!! If you post the store close 20:00, why close the doors at 19:40? I drove from the other side of town to visit your shop for a small item I needed urgently!! Never visiting your store again.

Great items to choose. Be careful to check the prices before asking the personnel! I was promoted to buy the most expensive items without showing the choices i had regarding price. I had to ask if there are other choices and they answered grimly. Would want better servoce on that department.

Been there many many times, no one is ever available to help at all, Lots of products, but no one to guide you, or help in finding what you need, I don't recommend going there, however there's a place across the street called Mr. BRICOLAGE has similar good, and the staff are very helpful

Good selection of all DIY and household products. Been looking everywhere for fasteners so I can cut the cord which is too long on our kitchen blind to the correct length.

I always shop here...but the customer service is appalling whether by phone, online or in person...they seem to be very short-staffed. I noticed many customers while i was there feeling annoyed and frustrated at having to wait so long, not finding staff to answer your questions about products and ridiculous returns policy! We like the store generally. The staff are friendly. Really hard to get refunds and support for things you buy at the store. They don't back up their products, in my experience. Make sure you keep your receipt. Staff around the store are very helpful and will show you where to find the item you need. It is fun to see the new season's products changing. Lots of parking, usually with music playing outside.
