Horrible service and no respect for customer. We bought a Nerf toy and without using it one time it broke. Because we were abroad, we brought it with receipt back after 4 weeks. I just wanted to explain and they did not care at all (spoke to the owner - he was busy with writing instead of speaking to me). Even said we (my son is lying), were very rude and disrespectful. Not even looking at me when I was speaking to them. Imagine how sad my boys were...

I am really impressed with the service from Mavros, I was unable to find an item to use as a centre piece for a party next month in Paphos so searched online. I found the Mavros website which was easy to use ordered my item and received it within 2 days. I was emailed updates as to the progress of my order. I will certainly use them again.
