After few hours all Violet flowers in bouquet is died. It's 20sm shorter from all flowers and under tape! And of course didn't rich water. What's wrong with you? How you can charge that amount of money for this rubbish level of quality your job! Oh, yes, some branches has mold.

Three days later after buying an expensive bouquet of roses, they look dead. The service is bad and they give the flowers that are going to die soon.

Ordered premium version and photos look nothing like what was ordered. Cheap vase, not the heavy square vase pictured and cheap 80’s leaves, not the wide waxy leaves pictured on their site. Talk about an old school old fashioned 80’s arrangement. So disappointed!!!! Called in the complain and the older gentlemen was very lax in his attitude laughing it off saying it’s going to the cemetery - when they were sympathy flowers I had sent it to my family out there which weren’t going to a cemetery. Disconnected heartless individual to be laughing it off and dismissing it by that comment “anyways, eh, it’s going to the cemetery” as in, who cares... He then said next time we’ll be more strict. I’ve ordered cross arrangements in the past for families actual funerals and those were beautiful. I’m not happy with this vase arrangement. It wasn’t done to my liking. They need younger florists who could make more modern arrangements as pictured on their site.
