Came there with 3 kids and ordered a lot of food, but the waitress told me I have to go outside because I have a coffee from Coffeeberry with me. Seriously? Nice playground but REALLY awful service/policy

Nice in photos, strange and bad in real life. The bad: Dirt everywhere on a not so busy day. Can't imagine how it is in the weekend. Entrance is 5 EUR / child and they say the will charge you at the table. Ok. Lots of pay extra games strategically placed around so we fell for it... The Crazy: Saw a kid choking with food. For a few seconds he was in REAL trouble. Later he started coughing so he could breathe finally - vomit was next. The staff were not doing anything when he was choking. Only waited to clean the floor and placed a slippery floor sign. Would like to think people working there have first aid training and can save a life if needed. Overpriced food and drinks. 4 EUR coffee... The good: Good maze and slide games to explore. Good trampolines.

Perfect place for adults and kids. Kids can go wild, and adults can enjoy decent food. Service needs work, as they are changing waitresses constantly, but apart from that a decent place to relax with kids

We went for a kid's birthday party. They had a funy time there. Enjoyed it. The elders ordered delicious food. As I saw the plates. Mine was amazing GOAT CHEESE SALAD. Highly recommend it. About the prices - I think are normal if I compact with other similar places.

Great place to take your kids. Since we have school on Saturday it's our new spot to go! 5 euros and your kids can entertain themselves! Also for mam & dad there is space to sit and have a drink (or even work, when needed) Great place, easy to find and there is parking around :)

We found the staff to be very unhelpful and unintelligent. We ordered one waffle and it took them half an hour to prepare it. We ordered a second one but it never came. My 1.5 year old daughter was playing in the football/basketball court. One of the staff took the ball from her, lifted her up, and removed her from the court. She didn't ask us if we allow her to lift up our baby, she just proceeded to remove her from the court without offering us any explanation. Seriously very unintelligent.

They force you to buy overpriced socks to use the facility. Of course no one tells you anything when you pay to enter the place, only afterwards. They have no site, so the information in unavailable. Overpriced = starting from eur 6.9 for adult socks, plus eur 2 more for the kid. Also, one of the employees shouted at our 3 year old because he didn't have socks, that no one told us about. This caused him to cray and shake. Other than that the air conditioner is way too hot

Brilliant place, my son loves it sooo much! Staff are very polite the place is very clean. Very happy that our relatives told us to come. Highly recommend if your child is 1 to 7 years old. This review I wrote 1 year ago. I have come 1 year later, does not seem as good as it did! My son of course still enjoying! BUT it’s my 2nd visit in 2 weeks 2 of the trampolines are still out of action! The greens balls in the ball Pitt have vanished. No u updates or replacements on the play kitchen, talk about cut backs! They do have 2 new recruits I have not seen before called Alexander and Eirene who are very friendly and passionate about their roles.

Good soft play, lots to do for bigger and little ones, very clean. Food is good and staff were friendly.

Place is very secure for children, prices are decent, and there is a huge variety of facilities in the playground for the children to play, with great staff that look after them. Parents can keep their eyes on their children while enjoying their drink/coffee, until it's time to convince their children to go home :p

Facilities are ok. Got a smile off one member of staff the rest didnt acknowledge we were there and the place was very quiet so not like they couldnt see us. A review said its free Tuesday. Waited over 5 min at front desk. No one came went in no one said anything. Went to buy over priced bag of sweets which were sweaty and not fresh. Manager bluntly said shall i add that to the 5 euro per child. Dont mind paying at all but attitude was not good. All products food drinks, games expensive. On way out girl on desk was on her mobile door needs to be opened by pressing button. We have not been before so did not know. Girl on desk eventually looked at us mumbled something while looking like we were troubling her by wanting to leave then released the door. Would not return here. Customer service is poor.

Very good playground with options for all ages of kids. One positive is that some tables are next to the activities so you can watch yours small kids while playing. However, in some activities the supervisors where not there all the time. Also, the food was average.

Good experience throwing my child's birthday party. Some improvement in service is required during rush hour. Children enjoyed it thoroughly, which was the goal!

I attended a child's birthday party at Fun Factory. The staff I saw was so positive and pleasant, was greeted upon arrival by a friendly hostess. The entire atmosphere was incredible! I highly recommend this fun children's venue.

I am so thankful for helping me yesterday when I was completely dizzy from the sun, such nice and helpful caring employees. Nice Indoor Playground. Its not that big but enough to keep the children busy. Food end Drinks are ok. Entrance costs 5 Eur for each child.

Great place for little little kids to burn some energy off. Reasonably priced and staff and attentive and keeping a watchful eye if the little ones are getting a little over zealous.

Have to change my review: How can you show on the TVs MMA and MuayThaj, im a huge fan of this sports but is this the right place for it on 3 or 4 screens ? 18+ content shouldnt be shown where 1-8year old childs are playing...

Nice playground for children,its approximately makes the child bussy for two hours, very approachable, a little bit old but clean and well organized

Not very clean we only ordered a drink, baby drank 2/3, leave it on the table , after some times it wasn't They may be decide we finished :(

A kids-friendly place where children can have a really good time. I wish the place had more varieties of games.

My sister took my daughter today to play. The woman at the front desk refused to let them in as the park was "full" and she sent them away. I called to complain and I informed that the woman said "we don't have tables and it's full I cannot let you in". It's a big park but there is no more space for one 3 year old little girl? My sister didn't want to sit down my daughter wanted to play for an hour and that was it. Plus the tables outside were empty. Disgusting behavior, my daughter was crying as she's been waiting for a whole week to go there. Will never visit again. I Do not recommend this park.

A great place for kids to spend an afternoon or celebrate a bday party! Will definitely visit again and again

Don't believe the negative posts. This place is fantastic! Free entry for everyone on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Different play area for the various ages. They even have a summer school running for €11 a session where the kids can play, do arts and crafts and watch a movie before enjoying a delicious and filling lunch followed by Ice cream. There are plenty of activities to partake in: bouncy castle, swing set, climbing frame, soft play and lots of games/toy machines (€1 to play on these). There is a sweet and candy floss bar where children can choose what sweets they fancy. Snack machines are also available. The food is tasty and fairly priced. Drinks are a little on the expensive side. Air-conditioned and there are TVs playing anything from football/ music channel/ news. Wish we had one back in England! Look forward to visiting again.

I have been a regular Dad here taking my children , and all I can say, this Play Ground for Children is A great Fun for them and also lovely food doe children Menu, and adults. Also they do Birthday Parties for children and other events...Friendly Staff and very Clean! Well done guys for all the Effort You guys did for our Children!!

Clean, big, safe, friendly staff, bright and wonderful play area for kids to enjoy. They have healthy food and drinks for adults and kids.

Fun place for kids to spend some time

We visited early October everything went well until we went to the ice cream stand. As we were looking to choose a flavor we saw cockroaches in the ice cream!! Told 4 staff members and no one removed them. They were still there when we left 🤢
