This was literally the nastiest bathroom I have seen on a road trip. It smelled like those park bathrooms that you do your best to avoid. There was toilet paper all over the floor, not to mention the actual dispensers were all out of toilet paper. The trash cans were overflowing with feminine products and dirty diapers. It was absolutely disgusting!!!!! There were empty boxes all over the store like no one worked there. The employee was nice, that’s about the only positive I can say about this place. I honestly feel bad for the employee. The fact that people actually eat there is disturbing. Call me a Karen if you must, but YUCK! If you have to pee, do not, I repeat, do NOT stop here. Lol. Okay that’s all. 😊

I attempted to purchase a lottery ticket and pay with a debit card, as I believe that you can in the state of Colorado. The female clerk (very rudely) told the male clerk that it had to be cash only, and told me to use the ATM. I did not want to pay a fee which would cost more the ticket so I declined. She then told the male clerk that she didn't know why he was being nice to me since it would cost them money. It seems the rest of the comments are right in line with this place. I pass through many times a year, and I guess I'll just keep passing for fuel. Judging by the other reviews, I think a manners class and general health guidelines would be in order for your employees. "Per Colorado law, all lottery purchases are limited to cash, DEBIT cards, check or money order. Each retailer has the option of what they accept for method of payment using these four options. Please check with your favorite retailer to ask what they will accept". Sounds like its your choice anyway.

Absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms were unbelievably bad. This was not a case of not having been cleaned for the day.... it hasn't been cleaned ever in my opinion. It's a literal petri dish. There can't possibly be anyone really overseeing anything here and whoever is in that position should be fired.

I would give negative stars if I could. If you are expecting pleasant customer service this is not the stop for you!! I was here last night getting gas and supplies for the road on my way through. Rude people. Ended up at a nearby hotel and stopped here again this morning for coffee on my way out. I am handicapped and have a placard displayed. I am also pulling a trailer so I went to the end of the building and stopped. Was checking my balance and getting ready to go in when a young woman came out and told me to move because it is a handicapped spot. I pointed to my placard and she didn't care. She said her boss told her to do it and she was doing what she was told. In the 10 minutes I have been sitting in the back leaving this review not one person has tried to park on the end of the building where they made me move from. Dozens of parking spots in front and they tell a person with a handicapped placard to move for fear that a handicapped person wouldn't be able to park. Good job folks!

Tonnes of missing price tags on drinks. Got a drink that was underneath a shelf labeled for $2.79 and it came out to $3.35 after tax. It's extremely frustrating budget wise when you don't know what things are priced at until you get to the register, and having to walk back to the drinks section because the drink you wanted was outrageously priced isn't fair to the customer. PUT PRICE TAGS ON THINGS. Employee implied I was "having a bad day," because I was flustered getting the correct change for the drink I ended up buying. No. The only "bad" part of my day was having to walk back to the drink section because I didn't even know the pre-tax price before I got to the register. Won't be coming back unless I have literally no other options.

What a horrid place. Place is disgusting, overpriced, and the associates have such a nasty attitude. Love how a lot a reviews have a response from “Shell (Owner)” talking about correcting issues, but the same exact issues from a year ago persist. Place needs to be shut down. Stay away.

If it were possible to rate zero stars, I would do it a thousand times, and not because of the business, I think it is in an excellent place and very close to our neighborhood, very convenient for many, but the staff that serves the public is chaotic, extremely rude, they are very bad character and bad attitude with customers, and I mention it because not only have they treated me very badly, on many occasions my wife too, the last incident in the middle of this month, July, we decided not to visit the place again to avoid just unfair, hopefully they can fix that problem.

Lady was rude to me just because she wouldn’t accept my cash out of the top of my bra strap. I ran out to get more cash and she gives me an ugly look and puts on gloves. I told her it was new money and she said I was getting an attitude and she could just not let me buy anything. She was accepting everyone else’s cash perfectly fine without gloves. You know all money isn’t clean right? Focus on cleaning the bathrooms.

No paper towels or toilet paper, broken air dryers. This place gets slammed at noon so expect long lines and difficult check out. The kids that work here seem to just sit around and make the older employees do everything. They could at least try and keep up with the bathrooms.

Stopped for coffee there was little coffee and it tasted burnt. The creamer bins were empty and dirty. The lids for the cups fit poorly so when i was paying and tried to pick up my coffee, the lid popped off and so i spilled a little. I apologized and offered to wipe it up. The lady at the counter literally rolled her eyes and rudely directed me to the bathroom. She seemed inconvenienced that she hat to deal with customers and had to wipe up a little spilled coffee. She is the reason for my low rating and if i could i would leave zero stars just because of her poor customer service.

Need to stop here for supercharger. Each time we stop I dread the need to use the facilities. There are so many poor reviews this place needs serious renovation, dirty, understocked products, poor customer service. Employees seem zoned out. Remodel of exterior of Wendy’s will not help this place be more appealing.

Couldn't break a hundred at 10 pm with the entire lot full. Yall lose money because your register didn't even have two twenties and a ten. Weak

This place is gross! I stop here regularly because of the a Tesla Supercharger, but that’s the only reason I stop here. The bathrooms are always worse than a roadside rest stop, and the rest of the place isn’t much cleaner!

Bathrooms were dirty. No hand soap and no paper towels. This is the same for womens and mens bathrooms. Store inside was pretty empty. I was the only one waiting to be helped at the register and the could not get any service.

The lady at the register has a very poor attitude and needs help on customer service. She literally yelled at my dad asking what he wanted when all he was asking for was a receipt. She also told my mom and I to get back in line because we had let someone go in front of us because I was getting another drink. She rolled her eyes at us and was just very rude. This was on today (11-27-22) around 11:00 am.

I must say I’m impressed, for all the wrong reasons; i’ve never seen a gas station employee threatened to fight a stranger on the clock for being called “man.” being told “you’s better watch your tone with me, I’m a sir.” Was just icing on a fecal cake that this gas station presented as. From a restroom so uncleaned inmates Woodshire, to a hospitality and atmosphere second only to legitimate hell. Excellent selection of low brow liquor in a can and beers though, and at least one out of the four toilets weren’t clogged.

We have to stop here frequently for the Tesla charger and this place is consistently rundown and dirty. Every stall in the women's bathroom was broken and my husband reported that the men's bathroom was disgusting. There is a Wendy's and a convenience store so I want this to be a nice place to stop but I've decided to charge my car and then stop somewhere else in Trinidad for food and bathrooms.

My daughter sprained had a sprained ankle, so I asked for a plastic shopping bag to put ice in, and the woman working, when she knew what it was for, offered a large zip top bag instead. She knew our needs before we did. Intuitive, gracious hospitality is my favorite kind of customer service.

I'm giving this 2 stars bc the store appeared clean. The bathrooms... NO. I don't know if they need to hire more people so staff can have time to clean the restrooms or if the people (women) need to do a better job aiming... There was toilet paper (used) sitting on one of the toilets. Used toilet paper stuffed between the toilet bowl cleaner & wall... and there were bodily fluids on one of the stall's walls (I didn't look at the other stall walls). Hopefully this store can get some cleaning help.
