Wow, what a great meal today. A friend brought me here today and told me that she is going to take me out to lunch. I was surprised from the beginning. New place, new food, new memories. You will not be disappointed. Pricey, but, worth it. The waitress was on point with keeping us hydrated. Have to try it at least once. You'll be back. Delicious Mongolian restaurant.

Were looking for asian restaurant so thats why we came here to try. Food is great, tasty and delicious. Staff is very friendly, entertaining and accomodating. We comeback again soon, highly recommended to all. Genghis Grill Las Cruces New Mexico.

If you’re in need of a great drink then Valerie will take care of you. She’s the sweetest and most attentive person. Other than that I don’t suggest eating at this establishment. It turned out that the GM, I Manuel, cooked our food and we were the only customers in at that time. He burned two of The char overpowered and couldn’t taste anything but char. When Manuel came to our table it was a surprise that a GM would approach the table with attitude stating I don’t know what else you want me to do for you? To which my response was first by dropping your attitude, lower your voice and apologize. He denies burning the food, never apologized and just took the ticket to charge. He acted like he gave a huge discount but in actuality he didn’t because we were charged for 6 bowls instead of 3. We had a coupon for 50% off our ticket and paid more. Manuel also gave a bogus number on the receipt when I asked for his manager’s info. What’s worse is that while he was charging our card, Manuel was talking about us like we were doing something wrong and the employee kept staring at us. This person, Manuel, is clearly in the wrong field. He doesn’t know anything about customer service, how to cook or take accountability for his actions. We will never again come to this location ever again.

I would not recommend takeout at this location. I ordered three medium dinner bowls. I received almost empty medium dinner bowls. I ordered these meals to take home in El Paso for dinner to be surprised in the amount or lack of ingredients. I don’t think, what I received would be worth $59.54. For now on I will order in and take it to go.

this was $12 dollars not only that we waited for an hour for it to be ready and my boyfriend had the tofu bowl that was around $15 within 3 bites he was done and with the same little portion when we should be getting what we’re paying for. do not recommend. this is horrible! so disappointed

Took 10 minutes to get seated, we were 1of 4 couples in the entire spot. Food was ok but abit bland. Only saw our server twice. Had to hunt down check and to-go boxes.

I personally hadn't had this kind of dining experience before, so that definitely played a part. Being able to choose from a vast number of meats, veggies, and sauces was great, and the finished product was pretty darn good. Split a rum punch with my wife - that was good, too. Service was excellent and I felt the portion size to price ratio was favorable. Recommend!

Not terrible but won't order again. If you like the charred style you might like it here. Personally, no. I found it weird they skimped on the rice considering it's the cheapest ingredient. They put plenty of charred meat and veggies in the bowl if that's what you're looking for.

Sweet waitress & I realize it was an hour before closing time... but cook would not even look for fish, and decimated my bowl :/ it tastes like charcoal & red pepper. I ordered egg fried rice & double noodles, got double steamed rice... for 25 bucks, this really should have tasted better.

Ordered on doordash. the farmhouse was NOT as advertised. it did not have the bacon, the fried rice (just white rice), no bell peppers, no yellow onions, no green onions, AND no sauce. it was literally a spoonful of white rice with some dry chicken on the side. the kimchi bowl also had no vegetables except a little bit of cabbage, no sesame seeds, no egg, no fried rice (just white) and also no sauce. These bowls look NOTHING like the advertised bowls. Also did not get the dessert we ordered and paid for. I DO NOT recommend this place and will not order from them again.

Valerie was our server and she was amazing! This was our first time and she went through how to do the build your own bowl and it was great! It was a fun and tasty experience that both my husband and I throughly enjoyed. Our cocktails were totally on point and so refreshing. We will be back!

I always wondered why there was few cars here when I'd drive by in comparison to other restaurants in the area, the others were always packed. While this place isn't bad, it needs improvement. The portions were small, but we ordered medium size portions which came in different bowl sizes, and for 2 people it was over $50 with water and 1 appetizer. I think we expected more for the price and have had better for less at other establishments. Thank you.

Bryelle is a gem! She’s so sweet and checks on you frequently. Our bowls were so yummy, the make your own is the way to go.

Natasha was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was super friendly & super patient while me & my family took forever to decide on what to order, due to so many delicious choices. She kept our dranks filled and had a sincere smile that made our experience even better!!! So glad we decided to eat here!!! Would highly recommend!!! The food was excellent! Just what I needed while on travel. Reason I chose this restaurant. It is my 1st time here. Very healthy. Well cooked. I have leftovers to take home ❤ The waiter Christopher gave me excellent service from the get go. He was on top of my table of 1. Making sure my drink was away full and if I needed anything. They like to serve their customers. If you ate in the area, I recommend it! The ambience, furniture, bar and restrooms look great. Thank you!

All of the staff were very nice to us. It’s prepared right in front of you so it’s clearly very fresh. The only issue is the fried rice was pretty terrible. It was not mixed with the sauces you grab for your bowl. It was so over cooked and once you received it it was mostly flavorless mush. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The food was very delicious and our server Natasha was very helpful and attentive. Fast service and great atmosphere.

Food was decent but had to walk around the whole restaurant to find a clean table. After sitting down I realized the floors haven’t been swept in awhile. The restroom is rough. The handle for the sink is broken off. The water deposits have not been maintained. The caulking behind the sink is rotted and making it look worse in there. The wall looks filthy. The ceiling above the meat has water damage which happens but repair it. That simple. Really to sum it up…the place was not clean. When you spend $44 at a restaurant you at the very least want it clean.

I had an amazing experience today , I would love to thank the manager yesterday she was so helpful and so kind to us and made us feel so welcomed . The food was so good I will definitely be going again definitely a10/10 for my first time there !

Oof. The first time we attempted to try they sent us away because they decided to be “online only” with their existing orders for the night (probably 2-3 hours before close. Tried again tonight 7/1 and were able to sit. After 25 minutes we still had not been offered menus or drinks, let alone be acknowledged. After this we decided to move into a different section and we’re able to speed up the process. By time we finally got to the build your own bowl line, the line was empty, messy, and the food that was left was not at proper health code temperatures. I don’t believe it’s right to publicize other experiences, but we watched many upset customers waiting 30+ minutes for an online pickup number and 2 tables that closed their tabs before even getting their food. Mind you there was enough staff and hardly any patrons. The guy on the grill was keeping up just fine. So disappointed. Luckily we were great moods and waited it out through the end without having an attitude with the staff. Sam was sweet though and we were happy to have moved into her section. The food was good, so it was a shame the rest of the experienced lacked in the customer service arena.

Val is an amazing server. Even when things are going not as planned at the restaurant she is very professional and understanding. We love seeing her when we come here, and she helps make the experience better. It does take some experimentation when figuring out what combines well. However, they also have pre-made bowls for those (like me) who have trouble crafting things on their own. The service can be a little slow as they many times only have one server, but it is worth the wait. I recommend trying it out!

Service was awesome! This was my first time here and we were greeted immediately. Our server was very attentive, our food came out fast, & was delicious. Loved how you could pick your own ingredients & customize everything. The manager came to interact with us & was very friendly. Definitely coming back!

I enjoy the food. Really need to work on cleanliness. That's only thing that keeps me going there. The bathroom was disgusting. Table not clean, silverware dirty, the staff seems angry and slow. Concept is great, enjoy the food. Agree with other review they could be more generous with rice especially cause it's a cheap ingredient.

My family loves eating here. My girls love that they get to chose what is in their plate and they have so many healthy options.
