Just picked up a to go order….$18 for ten piece boneless wings and side order “curly fries” with cheese….I got stale tasting waffle fries with a few curly fries…the shape of fry doesn’t matter, it’s the fact that it tastes like the fries had been reheated several times or sat there forever. Same for the wings. Always been a fan but they should definitely check to go orders better.

Waited over 20 mins to be seated. Another 20 before getting our drinks and that was after my husband asked for a server. They were short staffed and did not have a hostess which is understandable. Once seated we could see our server and another one both hanging out with a male customer at one of the tables. Food was amazing and came out quickly once ordered, but service was so bad we will not be going back.

I never write reviews but I’m only writing this in hopes that corporate sees this and gets this guy out of there business. Mark, “the manager” is a terrible asset to their company. We were waiting 2+ hours for our food only to receive poor service. We love hooters so this was honestly such a let down for us. We kept asking for our food and finally the manager Mark came. Instead of being understanding and helpful he told us too bad and to never come back.

The food was good, the service was horrible, slow as heck, waitress did not check up on us much and we had to ask another to get a refill, every time we saw our supposed waitress she was hiding in the back ducking around like she didnt wanna work, well dont quit girl! I believe her name was miriam

We got here around 9ish, not too busy & a party of five. I’m not sure about your turnover rate but the server was either juvenile or incompetent. The app was the last thing to come out, they attempted to charge me for excess drinks I did not receive. Obviously dissatisfied, my party waited over 10 minutes to get our check while waitress flirted with a new group of patrons. I definitely showed my not being satisfied to which I saw the waitresses remarking to the manager at the cash register. Looked in my direction, never came over. For a lack of words my visit was hot garbage & I was the one who suggested coming here! Ironic

We were looking to have some dinner and see then Oregon State and USC game. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings and also The Game, But neither place was playing the game we wanted to see. I would have to say that Buffalo Wild Wings and The Game had some awesome waiters that treated us very nicely we even stayed and had a beer while they figured out if they could get the game on for us. But when we came to Hooters, the greeter, Trayson Was clueless. We asked if they were playing the Oregon State game and she said she didn’t know. Then I asked her what cable networks they have and she said she didn’t know. she didn’t even attempt to find out for us and started treating us quite rudely, so I asked her who runs the TVs so I could ask that person. She said the guy was in the bathroom and she had us wait in the lobby. After about 10 minutes past we left because the guy never came out from the bathroom and I’m sure we got lied to. If they didn’t have the game on we were ready to give up anyways and just sit down and eat some dinner but we decided not to eat there because she was so rude.

Last time here I think the resterant was semi new had a great time. This time around not so much. Food came up seperate feom rest of the group. Though staff did a great job to make the best of it. Probably just a off day.

Went during NFL Sunday afternoon games. These ghost pepper sauced wings were no joke! 🥵 They wouldn't let us order them without us trying a small sample of the sauce beforehand. Unfortunately, we were surprised by the 3 extra charges for the ghost pepper sauce on our different entrees. (we ordered 10 traditional and 10 boneless wings as well as a chicken sandwich, all ghost pepper) Service was kinda slow, but I'm sure it was due to the packed dining area and limited servers.

Came in after the UFC fight so everyone was leaving and there was nobody at the front. About 15 minutes in, someone said they would seat us. Our party waited and waited. Finally they sat us down and did not look happy about our large party. Our waitress took all our orders at once. Since we had been waiting so long, we all knew what we wanted already. Another lady came to deliver the drinks, which also took forever to get. She asked who had ordered a lemonade... nobody had so nobody answered and she got upset and just "Well!" as she set it down and walked off. Really?! To top it off, the waitress forgot to put orders in. I ordered the salad and my bf ordered 30 wings. When we asked where our food was she let us know she totally forgot to put our orders in and the fryer was closed already BUT she wouldn't charge us for it. Wow! So the manager came and got us 10 of the 30 wings and I got my salad. Honestly, the food isn't that great for the hassle.

This chain used to be a welcoming place, but at least this one had the hostess, waitresses, and the manager trying not to make eye contact. Multiple waitresses walked by my table not offering any assistance. Just not friendly.

I came in last week with my brother Shawdail was our server. At first the service was great which was nice but after we finished eating it went downhill. We sat there for a good 15 mins just waiting for the bill/boxes and once we got the bill she sat there talking at the bar for an additional 15-20 mins I’m pretty sure she forgot we were even there we could’ve walked out and it would’ve gone unnoticed . I brought the ticket with my card to her and asked her to check us out cause I had to get my brother home and ready for practice. She scoffed and rolled her eyes as if it was our fault she wasn’t doing her job lol. I have never had an experience like this anywhere and I will not be back. It’s been great service every other time but Shawdail ruined this place for us completely.

Great food and service with a smile! I can't get enough of the fried pickles in their salad. we now make it a routine to go there when we go out of town to the doctors

Their service is great! Their food is usually good. Regular fries are ok. Their waffle fries are amazing. I would not recommend their pink drink or their happy hr marg. Everything else so far is delicious.

Awful quality food. We've had decent blood before, but this time I ordered a fish sandwich, it was not edible! The vegetables were nasty! The fish was nasty!

Just not a very thoughtful place. The AC was blasting full bore down on the bar. Freezing. Very uncomfortable. With a few thoughtful tweaks it would be a lot better place. Food was fine. Hooters girls were fine. General atmosphere was kind of blah.

Great food! It was really full on a Saturday, and the host didn't help. Not friendly and asked we wait outside in over 100 degree weather. I had to point out there was empty tables while she played on her phone.

I went there yesterday and I ate 3 Mile Island and BBQ wings, waffle fries with cheese sauce and a raspberry tea. These are the best wings in town. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

They gave us a free meal because it was Veterans Day. Gaby was our server. She was very friendly and the lemon pepper boneless wings were delicious.

I got the Texas Philly and it was pretty tasty. I didn't realize that the jalapenos were raw when I ordered it and I really dislike the flavor of raw jalapenos, so I removed them. I also ordered some wings to take home. All in all, it was a great experience and I am glad that Jerika didn't laugh at me when she saw all of the jalapenos sitting on my plate.

Britani provided great service. They were having a party for a girl had been there 10 yrs. Was ki da loud but otherwise ok.

Server to server, food took forever about 35-40 mins.( I understand things happens in the kitchen not our server fault) but a little bit of acknowledgement would of been great. In that time our server did not once check on us, or ask if we needed refills... We finally got our food again didn't check of we needed anything else. Had to wave her down for our tab.

Good wings as always. Server was friendly service was great. Problem was the clean tables had a layer of sticky stuff all over it. It is like they cleaned the table with maple Surup! I don't expect a lot from Hooters, but I do need to know the table was clean, in the post COVID world we live in today.

My job keeps me in hotels year round. And i visit a lot of hooters because of the beer selection. Yes there are pretty lady's. But as far as the beer selection, this was the worst of all of them. I like a hoppy IPA'S. I didn't even finish my beer with a meal. The bar tender seemed overwhelmed. But was mildly busy. My apologies but not a good rating. I expected more. I'm here for approximately 4 months but won't be back.

The Wings were great! Had breaded bone in and boneless and the chicken was cooked through. Service was good too!

Went there on a very busy baseball tournament 4th of july weekend and the manager Marc was absolutely amazing to our large party of 40 ! The staff was on point and food was delicious. Its been a while since ive seen a manager actually manage a restaurant exceptionally well and put in alot of work to help his staff ! Might as well just close this location. The last time we went the smoker was broken. This time staff was super cliquey and not serving anyone. We and a table next to us left because there was no service. And the uniforms were dirty. Terrible management.
