Great customer service, friendly staff. They have some really good Indian food. I recommend this place to everyone.

We ordered dinner to pick up. The dishes with chicken had chicken that was not cooked enough. We called. They said they would make us new versions to pick up but we had to bring in the undercooked dishes when we picked up new ones. They took my phone number and said they would call when the new ones were ready. Didn't call me back. Didn't make the replacement dishes. Spoiled the dinner for the night. Wouldn't get food from there again.

First time here, did not disappoint. If you're looking for something a little different from the everyday out here in Cruces, give this place a try. I tried everything on the menu and I felt it was a ll well seasosoned. I also tried the masala tea, not sure if I like it though, it having milk. Chicken tiki had the right amount of spice for my palet. Staff is friendly and attentive. I'm coming back! This place never disappoints thank you very much India Hut!!!

Two reasons for the deduction of a star: 1. They still haven’t reopened after COVID. It’s takeout only. Call ahead. 2. The physical location is FUNKY. I’m confident my mom would never eat here. Yes, it’s an old building, but I’m pretty sure it could be cleaner. But the food is AWESOME! Seriously good. I only got side dishes, cuz I was making chicken tikka masala myself. Ordered samosas, garlic naan & mutter (rice & peas) and it was all excellent. Serious flavors. Take the risk & try it!

10/10 recommend! I got butter chicken and asked for it to be spicy. But you can do without the spice! With rice and garlic naan. Phenomenal flavor and tender meat.

We always order from here when we want to treat ourselves to a nice dinner in and it’s always so good. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it’s so delicious every single time. Love this place!

Get take out here often. Consistently incredible! Have not worked our way through the whole menu, but that's the goal. I like hot food but would recommend the medium when it's an option. It makes it easier to taste the other delicate flavors.

Gave this restaurant a whirl today, and SO glad we did! There were 4 of us, everyone had an entree and we had a couple of appetizers as well. Everything was delicious! We thought it was a bit expensive, until we each walked out with leftovers enough for another meal! It’s not a “fancy” space, which adds to its charm. We’ll definitely go back, and instead of medium hot, we’ll ask for hot!

Oh my goodness! The food is incredible. I hadn’t had Indian food in a long time and this may be the best Indian food I’ve ever had.

I ate here years ago with a friend and it was so good. Omg! It was good. We had the buffet, and I enjoyed the food thoroughly. I found myself in Las Cruces again yesterday, and decided to eat at India Hut. I was a little confused when Google said they didn't open until noon. What about the early lunch crowd? When I got there just after noon, the parking lot was deserted. What was going on? Was the place closed? I went to a door in the front of the restaurant. It was locked. I thought to check the side door. There was a sign listing hours and the door was unlocked. Success! Not so fast. When I opened the door, there were no good smells wafting around. The dining room was as empty as the parking lot. There was no buffet and no workers in sight. There was a white board across the room. I squinted at it and tried to read it. It seems India Hut is not open for dining in, so of course no buffet. Bummer. From what I can gather, one can place an order ahead and pick it up when it's ready, but that's it. Bummer. I hope one day India Hut is ready for us to dine in again. I desperately hope the buffet comes back too.

Super friendly staff and great food. It's not cheap, but it is more than worth the price. If you haven't tried their food, you definitely should. All around they're great people and more people should know about their great food 😁

Really really good food and great service. There are a lot of options, both vegetarian and meat dishes. They also have goat and lamb which is not very easy to find elsewhere.

The butter chicken was phenomenal! Ugh I had not realized I was craving such a delicious meal. Plus we ordered garlic Naan to go with it which is perfect.

I was passing through New Mexico and found this little indian restaurant, but it was open only for To Go. Ordered biryani rice and butter naan and didn’t like both of them. Coming from Texas, found this to be way below expectations though.

The food here is very delicious. I had the lamb Tikka masala, and I definitely missed having such a good Tikka masala curry base. The lamb was so tender too! If you're looking for some authentic Indian food that plainly tastes good, come here for take out. Also the picture doesn't do the food justice (I already ate half of it)

I’ve gone many times and I try something new a lot, I’m always so happy with my choices. The samosas are the best!! Sometimes it takes a long time to get your food but you have to put homemade cooking into consideration! I love this place

The food is very good but the price tag for the portion size feels like abuse. I have tried the Tikka Masala, Vindaloo, Butter chicken and all 3 dishes come with very little meat. I am not exaggerating when I say you are lucky to get 7 pieces of meat. For the price it is crazy.

I decided to try India Hut today after being a little hesitant after hearing that they were shut down for a little while after having some food safety issues. We ordered couple entrees and i found a cockroach in one of their vegetable. The photo is attached. I am disgusted that we were eating this food.

Worst experience. Water has bad smell. Restroom was untidy. In terms of food, we expexted more better. I have been eating so many indian restaurants over the United States,but food here was below average. The piece of lime maybe cut more than three years ago (just kidding). But average price was high. They should be more careful with overall restaurant environment

For the price we paid I expected a good portion instead got two little bowls with very little meat and one was supposed to be chicken and one lamb but both looked and tasted like chicken. But besides that the food was delicious

The food was quite delicious. I have tried butter chicken, karai chicken and goat curry. Karai chicken was spicier compared to Butter chicken even with spicy options. So keep that in mind while ordering.

Being vegetarian does not offer a lot of options, in my experience, in Las Cruces. I feel I've hit the jackpot with India Hut. Their food is perfectly seasoned (medium for me) and delicious. The tofu has a good "mouth feel" and is not soggy or tough. The rice is aromatic, fluffy and tender. I'm so happy to have found this place. It is delicious!!!

I don't know what the hell happened to the quality, but all the food was watery and tasted like stale tap water. I ordered lentils. How are lentils watery?? Even the Naan was wet and gross.

My girlfriend and I got food poisoning a few days ago because of what we ate here. We loved India Hut, but we could never eat here again after that experience.
