This place was awesome! It's all outdoor seating under a huge white tent, they have hand washing stations and I saw what looked like a mobile restroom on site. The parking is in a dirt lot across the street, free. The food was delicious! Had a 3 layer hot caramel latte and a cappuccino, both were light flavored. We tried the Breakfast special and Corned beef hash, so good! Bacon was nice and crispy, the corned beef had so much flavor! Now the waffles..the size was disappointing at first glance (used to Texas sized food) but the batter was dense and that was the perfect amount of waffle I'd want and they were soo good! Highly recommend!

There was a bit of a wait, but the food and service was amazing :) I had the eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. My boyfriend ordered the breakfast special with ham (huge slice!!) and the liege waffles with Bavarian cream and said it was beyond amazing. Staff were friendly and environment was clean. Great spot in Las Cruces, I highly recommend coming here with friends and family.

The food was cold. It tastes bad. The waffle was old, dry, and stale. The hash brown was frozen!! The menu was fantastic and we were so excited for our food but it was awful. We spoke to the manager and he didn't care. We left the food. They didn't comp us on any of the food. He did offer a possiblity of a gift card but that's stupid since we won't be coming back so we turned that down. We left the food mostly uneaten. So disappointed.

Came here for breakfast from out of town, got the waffles with the chocolate ganache (amazing), and a mimosa flight. We got a bottle of champagne and 4 flavor syrups. Really good! Sat outside in the tent and it was lovely. Our server Jewell was great 😊

This place is legit Belgian. The waffles are the real deal. I know this because I've been to Belgium several times. Brittany was pleasant and nice. She asked me if I wanted coffee and when I agreed she asked me if I wanted medium or dark roast which is what servers are supposed to do. They make their own corn beef hash and it was delicious. The food is fresh and perfect temperature. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is in Las Cruces.

The food was excellent! Beyond what I expected. The waffles were so delicious, the lemon and Bavarian creams were worth every calorie. The service was great. Mimosas were decently priced. The chicken avocado sandwich was good. The atmosphere was okay, the decor and construction could use a facelift. The services was excellent and only a short wait at peak times on a Sunday afternoon. Will be making this an often place for brunch.

You haven't had a real waffle until you've eaten here, unless you're from Belgium, that is. Owners bring in fresh ingredients from Belgium. The flavors are amazing and taste delicious. It's like having dessert for breakfast or lunch. I had the "menage a trois". Three leige waffles with Bavarian cream, lemon curd, fresh fruit chocolate ganache, and whipped creme. OMG.

Belgian here. This place has OK deserts but is so confusing to me. Waffle was stidf. Dried mangoes from trader Joe's shouldn't be in this dish too. Why all the Mediterranean decor? All the "paintings" are of Sicily and other Italian locations. Tapestries? Hanging plants? Where's the frutuur? Disappointing for sure, I do not recommend.

Amazing food and excellent service! I had steak and eggs with regular waffles on the side. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. Great food at a fair price!

Everything here was great! The food was delicious! Our server was very sweet and helpful with recommendations since this was our first time here. It was busy but was still quiet. There was an issue with another customer who was being very difficult with an employee and a few of the other staff members, but all of the stuff handled it very well. They were all trying to be very respectful even though they were being treated very rudely. The employees and the manager/owner did come up and apologize to us since we were sitting very close to the whole ordeal. The food and drinks came out quickly and the presentation of the food is delicious. Will definitely be visiting again.

They know how make their dishes. I travel often and it is extremely difficult to get eggs Benedict the right way. The eggs huge and perfectly poached, the bacon was the perfect size, with paprika which most places forget was just right This place knows how to make this dish and i suspect all others...i will definitely be back to find out. It's been years since since I've had this dish this good! The place is spotless, indoor and outdoor seating in a very nice atmosphere with minimal deco.

You'll be surprised by how authentic this place's waffle and Belgium baking dishes are. We ordered Waffle Breakfast, BBB (Belgium Breakfast Brioche), and their famous Pain Perdu (basically every table had one), all very nice !!!! Especially the Pain Perdu, you can totally taste the EGGY richness, while the Pain Perdu still somehow fluffy, not too heavy at all. Their Lamb Sandwich is also worth mentioning!

Absolutely amazing! The croissant French toast was amazing and fluffy! The waffles were delicious! The parfait was great and had fruit that tasted super fresh. The coffee and cappuccino were really good too. My only negative of an overall great experience was that it took a while to get the food, in particular the cappuccino, when it didn't look all too busy. Wasn't terrible though and the waiter apologized for the wait. Definitely coming back! Oh, also, the bacon is some of the best I've had.

We ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving this year from Bite of Belgium. In my lifetime (thus far) of 74 years, I have never had a more tasty, perfectly cooked turkey than this one. The apple wood flavor was evident without being overwhelming. The meat was tender and juicy. Instructions provided for further preparation were easy to follow and very useful. Also, when we went initially to pick up the turkey, the team members of Bite of Belgium were uniformly courteous, customer-centric and immediately responsive to our arrival. Our dinner guests were as impressed by the turkey as we were. A superlative experience for all! Highly recommende, for sure.

Day before Thanksgiving, we waited for 10m, waited for our order another 10 minutes, Heaven was our server, she was attentive. Food is good, Cajun crab with egg was not fishy and I substitutes ham with mushroon with BBB. Pretty good with lots of cheese.

This place is absolutely amazing! They have a large selection of entrees that cater to food allergies. Made from scratch and fresh! You can taste the difference and freshness! From the nice and calm ambiance to the fast and friendly service I’d recommend this place for a delicious breakfast or lunch!

We have been wanting to try this place for some time now and we decided to come for our anniversary breakfast. Lots of dishes to choose from on the menu including breakfast as well as lunch dishes. I chose the Southwest Eggs Benedict on an english muffin, Christmas style, with home fries (potatoes) and it comes with a salad (comes with vinaigrette on it already) I asked for ranch and it was pretty much water, needs to be thickened up quite a bit. My husband ordered the Bavarian Creme Waffle plate. Overall, the food was good but sadly, we both were not blown away with any of it like we were going in thinking we would. Our server Martin was very knowledgeable about the menu. We may give it another shot some day and try something different on the menu.

Definitely get there before 9:30 on Sunday mornings! We got there about 9:15 and were seated Immediately. When we left at 10, there were a lot of people waiting outside to be seated and the restaurant was bustling. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our breakfast here. We tried 4 different menu items and all were very tasty. The Ménage et Trois was really delicious. Definitely get the lemon cream on it and fresh fruit side. It was a filling portion. The Corned Beef Hash was heavy on the corned beef, which we appreciated. Eggs were cooked over easy instead of over medium, as we had ordered, but it didn’t deter us from eating it. The Bavarian Cream Waffle was a slightly smaller portion but my son was very pleased and kept talking about how amazing the waffle tasted. The Croissant French Toast was very yum, my other son said. It was simple, but also a good portion size for a 6’, growing teenage boy. 😂 Coffee was better than expected. Definitely better than diner coffee. Cream came in those little packages. Service was prompt and friendly.

Very nice spot. Chill and relaxed atmosphere, not rushed at all. A little chilly so bring something if you get cold. Our server Monique was awesome, thank you. I got the BBB. Biscuits were on the dry side but tasty, more gravy would have solved that east because it was delicious. My only issue was with the waffles. Hard and dry. Otherwise I’ll definitely be returning if I’m ever in the area. 👍🏽👍🏽

I was looking for something different than the typical breakfast u get everywhere else n I definitely satisfied my craving with a full belly. They even had sugar free syrup for my friend. I also liked how almond milk was a non milk option which u rarely see. Trying their corn beef is a must. I tried my friend's pancakes and they were awesome too, way better than the typical waffle. Even with a lot of customers dining in the Food came out fast as well. Looooove it!

If I could give six stars out of five I would. This was the cutest establishment with the most convenient parking ever. However, nothing compares to the food. Like WOW, it was out of this world! My wife and I shared an eggs Benedict with steak instead of ham and Bavarian crème waffles along with our own double shots of espresso. It was to die for!! Thank you Bite of Belgium for giving us the best breakfast of our whole trip here in New Mexico!!

Dining was outside in what appeared a wedding venue. Busy place though. Food wasn’t served together, they had to find my wife’s food 5 minutes later and the food was served cold, some warmish at best. My sandwich, Reuben, meat was all to one side mostly, enough meat but presented like someone cared and cheese was cold, one side of toasted bread soggy, meaning it sat too long in kitchen. Never offered a second cup of coffee, had to ask for it. Honestly, if wet lived near here, would go back for a second chance.
