Nice, clean, comfortable. The pool is indoor and heated. Kids loved it! Wish the windows opened in the pool room though. It is very hot and muggy in there. The breakfast was surprisingly edible. I usually skip the free breakfast, too artificial.

Great place to stay. The attendant in the breakfast area was the best ever! She stayed on top of keeping food filled and fresh. The cleaning/maintenance staff were conscientious and so very polite. Location is convenient to 3 golf courses, but it is in a congested area traffic-wise. Pet fee is higher than most places.

Everytime I visit, the staff are exceptionally great, very friendly, polite, clean, professional, just awesome. This last visit was the same, except we had to stay an extra day & the front desk were very understanding , helpful, and happy to accommodate us. The room was on the floor below the one we were in, but thts ok. The rooms are awesome looking,feeling, and clean for the most part, except for the tub drain had a huge - i mean huge glob of hair- i thought it was a cat or dog, and under the beds arent vacuumed to often, which isnt completely awful, just something to be aware, now the drain thing seems to be the same issue at every holiday inn express has, well fr the ones i have already stayed at. So ournew room was a handicap room, which is fine, however there was less counter space in the bathroom, which is frustrating sinnce i like to keep my toiletries in the bathroom. The one thing i was excited about was the removable shower head , sadly it didnt work. 😑 theres always next time

Friendly service clean hotel . Beds are a bit Hard for our liking. Breakfast was fine. But the gentleman running breakfast was pacing by 9:15am and was putting food away by 9:25. So don't be late if you want to eat.

Alexa is amazing!!! Check in was so nice! Customer service is evident and appreciated. They went above and beyond to help us! Rooms are lovely and clean. This will be our go to spot when we visit the LC!

Nice sleep break location off highway 10. would not say it’s a more than 1-night stay. did find the hit tub convenient but it’s WAY too chemicalized and foamy. Also drinking water quality is brutal to non existent but the location is good and there is plenty of parking along the backside of the hotel. and believe it or not, this place doesn’t have biscuits in the morning because “ they don’t make biscuits here” which was weird because 95% of the 180 hotels i stayed at this year did. Long story short, decent stay at a decent value but don’t plan your weekend getaway with your loved one here.

This place is less than hour away from White Sand. We loved stay here. Everything in the room were clean and fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast is good. Staff are nice. The front desk lady is helpful. Reasonable price. Nice location too.

First a shout out to housekeeping. As soon as we walked into the room (and throughout the hotel), it smelled clean and fresh. The front desk staff were excellent. The room is what you would expect from a good Holiday Inn Express and not too worn. The breakfast was also good. The pet fee was not as exorbitant as other stays recently and you did sign a pet form. An aside - if you have a little time, head over to the Veterans Park about 3 miles away. Well done.

It is nice Hotel. It is close to the highway. The rooms are nicht and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything what one might need. The hotel serves classic continental breakfast. Unfortunatly the pancake machine was broken during the whole time. The staff was friendly. Recommended!

Booked through third party and was double charged. Tired to explain this to the attendant the morning of check out and she was completely unhelpful. Tried to show her my receipt from third party and she wouldn't even look at it. Asked for a printed copy of the hotel receipt. It was the wrong name and company info but my company credit card. After seeing this I asked if I could at least get a copy with my name on it and once again she responded, there's nothing we can do. I then asked her if I would be getting my reward points for the stay as I am a diamond member and like earning points. One more time, nothing she could do. I know she could have given me some inconvenience points because I've received them for having very minor problems before, nothing like this. This lady which I think was the manager on duty, was completely unhelpful and pretty rude with me. I don't know if she was having a bad morning or she is always like that but I will never be staying at this location again. Very unprofessional, zero sense of customer service from my experience.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now within the past year traveling from TX to AZ. Each and every time the hotel staff has been friendly, the rooms & lobby clean & the breakfast hot & fresh. I particularly love the mini dove soap bar in the room & the automatic conveyer pancake maker! I would recommend staying here.

Me and my husband stayed in a jacuzzi suite for our anniversary and it was amazing . Room was clean and neat, jacuzzi is set up so we could relax there and watch the TV . Bed was comfy and breakfast was amazing . We will def come back here for our getaways from home

I was disappointed that neither of my reservation requests had been met nor did the night staff member have any info, but she immediately addressed the situation. I certainly appreciate the young lady who was on duty last night. My feedback would be that if you cannot meet a guest's request, reach out and discuss it with them.

Stayed last night when my car broke down. Amazing staff. So helpful and nice. Room was comfy and clean. Slept great. Woke up in a great mood. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
