Great hotel- would stay again! Good location near highway and not too far of a drive to go into town. The room itself was nice and I had a good view, especially at sunrise. I really liked the water pressure and the decor throughout the lobby was very stylish. Tried to do the contactless check-in but the digital key wasn't working - the staff was really nice and helpful. Parking around hotel does fill-up fast.

This is an excellent Garden Inn and is made great by the friendly, helpful staff. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The only negatives, and I'm not taking away any stars because we typically don't eat / drink at hotels, would be: 1. Food and bar choices are limited and not of high quality. 2. WiFi is pretty bad throughout the property, but works better in the public spaces than in the rooms. This could be discouraging to business users. But as a place to stay, this hotel is welcoming, the rooms are quiet and the staff are amazing. Our room had a spectacular view of the Organ Mountains.

This is a showplace, but not overpriced. Beautiful entrance. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole experience spoiled me, but i expected that from Hilton. Applause….

It was another good stay at a Hilton for this vacation. We tried one and followed up all the rest of our stops looking for a Hilton to stay at. The price was right, the rooms were all clean, and staff were all friendly and helpful. I think I have found my new favorite brand of hotels.

We only stayed one night after a disastrous experience across the street at the extended stay America. The gentleman at the front counter was very courteous and helpful. He accomodated us with our request to have two rooms next to each other. The front lobby is welcome and the atmosphere and decor was relaxing. They have a restaurant and bar just to the right of the entrance, and though we didn't visit, they looked appetizing. The rooms were clean and temperature was already at a comfortable level. There is a desk to do work and, of course, a television. We did not try the wifi, so I can't speak for its quality. Lastly, the beds are fine, though a bit stiff for my taste. All in all, I would recommend this hotel, and I would visit again.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and the front desk staff is very friendly. The pool is a great size and they can heat it if it is cold outside. The weight room has a good selection of equipment but has little to no air conditioning. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. Has a nice place to buy breakfast on site and free coffee that is fairly good. There is a free to use business area to print things and get online.

We stay here each time we travel to Las Cruces to see our kids at NMSU. Nice staff, clean facilities, and nice pool area as well as easy access to the campus. Tried other hotels, but they were not as nice. Only downfall is no free breakfast. Free coffee, however.

This a beautiful hotel that is centrally located. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious. More importantly, when we checked in yesterday I made a mistake on our dates and had a reservation based on my Hilton points. Courtney and Clarissa went way beyond the call of duty to secure us rooms on my points. Courtney, specifically showed a mastery of customer service skills. She was calm, understanding and displayed excellent problem solving skills. Customer service in the States is frequently unacceptable or ineffective. Courtney and Clarissa are shining examples of people who not only care but worked to solve our problem. A big thanks to these two individuals for their efforts. Highly recommended!!!!

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. I was very disappointed in the pricing of our stay. We were told a price per night which I thought was high but the price for our second night was higher than the first night I was not aware of this until I received my receipt. I was told that the price would vary depending on occupancy. Not really sure I want to do this again.

I made a mistake and placed Hilton Garden Inn Las Cruces in my GPS instead of the hotel where I had booked my reservation. I did not realize my error until I tried to check in. However, the wonderful person at the front desk (Ishmael) did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable so I could find my error and navigate to the hotel that held my reservation. Ishmael's kindness has made Hilton Garden Inn my first choice when selecting a hotel.

I've stayed sevral times and generally love the place. This time the room had the smell of sewer and our kid fell asleep before we could try for a room change. The service for breakfast was great. The server was helpful and friendly.

We did an event there, and the staff was incredible. They were so helpful and friendly. I look forward to working with them again.

Clarissa at the front desk was very helpful! Left 1 star out because dinner was supposed to be til 10 pm and after a long day arriving at 9.40 there was nothing available. Not even a cup of soup or some fries. Oh well.

Amazing hotel with extremely polite and professional staff. Don't let the outside of the building mislead you as it did me initially. The outside looks dated and drab, but the inside is incredibly clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Kind of old and dirty, but great staff and great food. The rooms were quiet. The plumbing has seen better days. It is conveniently located to a well stocked Circle K store.

We had our air conditioner leak. We called in the morning hoping by the time we got back for the day it would be fixed, but it wasn't. They had us move rooms so it was a little annoying but that's about it. Everything else was great. We forgot a razor and went to their store to get one and the worker stopped us and asked if we wanted a complimentary one instead, which we gratefully took. Room was great and clean, we had a lot of fun.

This hotel was completely updated in 2019, so ignore reviews prior to that year. The hotel is fresh, lovely and clean. The staff is excellent!

I knew I would be spending the evening in Las Cruces, and after researching the options I went with Hilton Garden Inn. I am so pleased that I did. The hotel was really beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was easy and there were plenty of available luggage carts to help me unload. The room was comfortable and spacious. I also needed to conduct a virtual work session that evening and the internet was reliable and the surroundings were quiet so my 1.5 hour Zoom call went off without a hitch. There are a lot of food options in the area and I had a great dinner down the road at an Italian restaurant called Lorenzo’s. The amenities were great - there was a heated pool, but I didn’t have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was an additional charge, but it was worth the price. I’d stay here again for sure.

Courtney checked us in and upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. She was super pleasant very welcoming!! The room was very nice and the staff in the restaurant friendly. There was another frequent guest playing his guitar at the bar which made for an enjoyable evening. I spent several years traveling every week staying in Hilton hotels and I would recommend this property.

Magnificent hotel. It might not be the best hotel on earth but the staff was really wonderful and the rooms were really clean, I have never seen a hotel room with such tall ceilings. They had their parking lot redone during my stay but were very respectful to the vehicles in the parking lot. The banquets crew was very helpful and such wonderful people. Hope to be back soon!

Great experience! Super clean rooms, good water pressure in the shower, and comfy beds. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the university. Definitely recommend this place!

Hotel was nice and clean, room was nice, but I do have a complaint, I have never been to a hotel that offers continental breakfast that charges for it. Nine bucks for a bowl of cereal? Seriously? And the hot food was even more. I don’t think so… I went out for breakfast.

Good location, good room. We chose this place because online it said $91, but it was $139 plus taxes, plus a $60 incidentals charge (that will be refunded), etc. We should have booked online. Then the workout room was closed due to renovations, none of the ice machines worked. The wifi is weak. They didn't even offer any form of breakfast for that price. The rooms are nice, but I was disappointed in all that it lacked.

Hotel was very nice and was very pleased with my overall stay. Front lobby and room were very clean. Large pool area & business center available. Building has indoor corridors with hand sanitizer stations conveniently placed throughout common areas. One thing that I noticed and I really appreciated upon entering the building was the air freshener used. It gave a warm/cozy energy that maude me feel more at home than a hotel. Great location right off freeway exit near NMSU campus, Memorial Medical Center, & next to Circle K gas station/convenience store. Surrounding area/neighborhood is clean & safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Great local architecture and nicest staff at check in ( handsome man with a cat tattoo on forearm) and beyond, the bar was fun, restaurant good food n service and the private pool with courtyard wall around it so people driving by can't see in was soo beautiful and peaceful. My only complaint to cook is Caeser salad was too big!

Pretty happy with the stay. Rooms are a little older but the lobby and restaurant/bar area is large. Staff is friendly. There’s a small pantry for food and drinks, and the restaurant bar food was ok. Bar staff was very friendly. Easy to get anywhere in Cruces without taking the freeway, and super quick to jump on it. Tons of parking.
