Would DEFINITELY! not recommend the stay. My boyfriend and I stayed there Nov 05 and he parked his semi truck there. Next morning we come to find someone stole the fuel off of it. We have footage and all however I have been nagging the hotel for time stamps and they so not cooperate. The other trucker who stole fuel refused to respond to his employer which obviously means someone from hotel most likely was colluding with him. So everyone but mostly! TRUCKERS. Be ware of this. Times are tough but to leave a trucker stranded. Despicable!

I'm a Choice Hotel member and stay at Comfort Inn Suites whenever possible. The over all appearance of the hotel was nice until we got in our room. There was trash on the floor next to the bed. Then I went into the bathroom and there was long black hair all over the floor and in the sink. Plus there was some brownish red substance in the sink. I ended up cleaning that out with a washcloth so it didn't appear anyone spent anytime cleaning. I requested to speak with a manager and the young woman at the desk advised she was the assistant manager. I advised her of the issues and she said she would address them. We left for the day and when we returned still nothing had been cleaned in the room. I spoke to a new young lady at the front desk and she advised the cleaning staff was gone for the day. She offered to move us to a new room but when I went into that room there was hair all over that bathroom as well. I was highly disappointed in the lack of care about the cleanliness and the fact the assistant manager did nothing.

I have never written a bad review, but this was definitely worth writing. It’s important. For safety reasons. But the treatment from the owner and his wife was appalling. Stayed in room 211. Hunting trip with 10 other guests, in different rooms, at this hotel…. —-Found a “bug” crawling on head board and killed it, saved it, and showed the front desk what it was. But before going to the front desk I looked it up and it resembled a bed bug. So I checked the mattress and it had black markings on the seam and part of the mattress I had slept on indicating feces from bugs. I do have pictures. Spoke with the manager/owner and he moved me to a different room. I wanted to show him the mattress and what I had found so he could fix this problem… He said he didn’t need to see it and had no interest in it. I told him he should fix the problem immediately because this could spread to other rooms and other people’s things.. He also said that this was not a problem and that he wasn’t sure if this had been brought in by me or not. He told me he would have maintenance check and clean the room. They moved me directly across the hall. No compensation except for moving me across the hall. I went for our afternoon hunt and when I came back they were putting a new couple into the room I had just moved out of 3 hours before. I do have proof of all of this. ——-We have been hunting in Las Cruces for over 35 years. In fact stayed at this hotel last year—- I had to put all of my belongings in my garage and then make sure there were no “travel bugs” on my gun bags, suitcases..etc…. My son found bites on his hands and neck so I called back the day after I got home to ask if they would comp my room for the 2 nights I stayed prior to finding the bug. Because if this problem gets into my house, it will be very expensive to fix. I am trying to avoid that issue. The owner’s wife was extremely rude not allowing me to talk. She said that I brought this bug into the hotel from hunting. I told her that was not possible as bed bugs live indoors not out in the desert… but she interrupted me and said that she found lots of blood in the refrigerator, lots of blood, and she has pictures…etc., etc….and continued raising her voice , never listening or talking to me in a normal voice. Did not even ask to comp me my room or smooth over a major problem. YES, there was blood from the dove that were in ziplock bags in the refrigerator that we had packaged and stored to take when all of us left. Have done this every year with no problems or complaints as I clean everything with cleanser before going home. Of course, I moved rooms and did not have time to clean thoroughly. She told me I was rude to her and her staff and hung up on me. It is true, I was not real happy with bed bugs in my room, or the fact that the owner and his wife were very pushy and did not want to address the bed bug issue. I was a tad bit perturbed. They did not comp my room or anything for me. Just blamed me for their bug issue. WOULDN’T STAY AT THAT HOTEL if I were you. *Front desk staff and all other staff were very friendly.

Nice room, clean living space, comfy bed. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. No complaints, would stay here again. Update: Ended up staying another night on our return trip. Same experience as the first time. Everyone was friendly, room was nice, it was overall clean and smelled good. My only feedback would be for the cleaning team to pay a little more attention to detail. There were some hairs on the bathroom floors, mostly in the corners. Not bad enough to be an issue, but since I noticed it on both stays it keeps me from giving 5 stars.

When you first come in, it smells clean, looks clean and had great service. I went and dropped off my luggage and as I was putting away my perishables in the refrigerator, I found leftover food. I threw it away, it was forgotten, that's what I thought. I went to dinner. After driving 9.5 hours, I fell asleep on the bed. When I woke up, I was looking for the remote and no remote. No remote, as I was looking for it, I saw an open package of coffee, out of curiosity, I took the tray from the coffee maker out and there was an old pod in there. I called and I was switched to a 2 queen room (I had one King) wasn't happy. The person that came questioned me why I hadn't complained earlier. Really? I dropped off everything and went to eat dinner!!! She was rude ! I told her to ask the maid why everything was dirty and she called back to say that the maid said the remote was there and the appliances clean. I told the person (manager?) she is a LIAR! I told her to. One up and look for the coffee cup and see how old that salad in a to go box was. The 2nd room was ok until I took a shower this morning and dirty towels were hanging behind the door. The maid service is bad! Makes me wonder what other short cuts they do. Are the bed sheets clean? I felt very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, the salsa was phenomenal. Best breakfast than any other hotel I've been in. The person that

The front desk was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. A little dated but clean. Water pressure was great in the shower. Overall, a really good experience. I would stay here again.

This would have been a much better rating if the parking lot was safer. The staff knows and doesn't want you. They also don't help if you are robbed and don't work with the police to assist. Seems like they are in on the scam.

The rooms were very clean and smelt so fresh. The breakfast served was omelets, sausages, potatoes, waffles or pancakes, choices of breads & fresh fruits. Their coffee was very fresh. Several staff were respectfully attending the breakfast line and guests. Our OK family of 5 elders/2 nieces were very pleased with this hotel from start to finish. Nice work Las Cruces Comfort Inn & Suites.

Needed a dog friendly hotel, this was great. Nice room, and the AC worked the entire time. was clean upon arrival, and no hiccups with check in, dog, or wifi. Breakfast provided, and staff was polite and patient the entire time. Bit further from most of the city then would like in a perfect world, but that's about the worst thing I can say about it. Will definitely be returning here in the future

Great friendly check in after long day traveling. Leti, front desk clerk was very personable and friendly and gave us suggestions and directions where we could go eat for late night dinner. Breakfast selection was very good. Would recommend this location and would stay again if in the area.

Overnight stay while on a road trip. I found the room & bathroom clean, smelling fresh, bed was comfy, very quiet, and conveniently located, 1/2 blk off the freeway exit. The 6 am. breakfast had everything I needed. Some of the offerings were fruit, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cold & hot cereals, assortment of bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt & toppings. Orange juice, milk & coffee. All at a reasonable price for a Friday night. I highly recommend Comfort Inn & Suites.

Very nice employee's. The night shift was great, and helpful. Most night shift crews are not up to par. But everyone was very helpful, and courteous. Close to food, and delivery as well. Well done. Ps..they except dogs also, a big plus. Clean, clean rooms!

My family and I have stayed at quite a few choice hotels in the last three weeks while on vacation. This location by far has been the best. Wonderful staff, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros-Super friendly and polite staff they help you as soon as you enter the lobby. Easy access to amenities such as pool and gym(clean). Ice machine on both floors. Rooms are super clean, comfortable beds, bathroom clean and have plenty of spare towels and toilet paper, tv is easy to manage, room comes with microwave and mini fridge 👌🏼they will clean your room upon request which is good. They have a variety of delicious breakfast every morning 6am-9am. Area feels safe and quiet at night time so you can get a good nights rest. A/C works great it could get really cold quick or warm. Cons-Air conditioning machine is sort of loud for me personally and the extractor inside the bathroom as well. WiFi lacking in room.

Super clean, spacious, well lit. The king suite, which is one large room, has a full sized sofa and armchair placed in a corner with two leatherette footstool which double as coffee table, and an end table in the corner. Unlike many hotel rooms, there are plenty of outlets conveniently placed. The bathroom was actually appointed with an authentic cast-iron tub, not a cheap fiberglass one, so the water stays hot longer. There were plenty of fresh towels and an adequate supply of the usual toiletries. There is a luggage rack thoughtfully placed next to the closet. There is a wall unit on the wall opposing the bed/lounge area with a small fridge, microwave, coffee station and large new TV. Next to the wall unit is a work desk with office chair, lamp and outlets. The WI-FI in the room seemed speedier than most for streaming media. One may need to re log-in periodically if too much idle time passes. Parking is plentiful and hotel is situated close to i-10. There are quite a few restaurants and stores nearby.

Room was nice and beds are comfortable, but the "cleaning" prior to arrival was a bit of a let down. Morning breakfast was great, lots of selection and a good overall mix. The pool was clean and the hottub was at a good temp. All in all it was a nice stay.

Our stay could have been better, as the room needed a serious cleaning. PRO: Nice size room, bedding was good, breakfast was better than advertised; CON: This is an older property, and our room was in need of a good cleaning. There was dust everywhere, and the table in the room was covered by a sticky mess, the size of which made it hard to believe that housekeeping could miss something of that sized. The bathroom was dusty, had fingerprints everywhere, and the grout has clearly not been cleaned in months. The bathroom also was in need of a complete refurb; there was rust all around the bathtub, and there were tiles being held up with blue tape.

Honestly a godsend for every cross country trip I take from California to Georgia. This always ends up being my first night, and the location has been absolutely perfect every visit I've had. Great amenities, and I'm very happy with how professional and kind the staff are in my visits. Would highly recommend this location to anyone, I'm so glad I chose this location again.

Great overnight stay. The staff were exceptional in every way. Leticia (Leti) who checked me in was an above and beyond kind of person, super friendly and hospitable and quick to answer (or find the answer to) any questions I had. Carlos who, I believe, was the maintenance person was also extremely kind and helpful. On check-out, Hetal was equally incredible, as was B. who was cleaning the dining area. They were all so engaging and understand what great customer service is all about: kindness. Incredible staff. It made a huge difference after a long drive in the extreme heat. Clean, quiet rooms and facilities.

As OTR drivers our biggest need is a safe clean place to lay our heads and a place to park our truck and trailer. This hotel checks everything on the list. Room was clean and fairly modern. Breakfast was hot, eggs, bacon, sausage. And parking for our rig was accessible. Nothing to complain about. We always stay here when traveling to TX. Would recommend and will return.

Pros: Good lighting, enough pillows and towels, beds and pillows comfy, very efficient customer service and early breakfast service. Cons: Wet carpet area on one side of bed, small bathroom counter and the water smelled like rotten eggs.

My daughter found 2 beer cans tossed in between desk and ac unit. The AC unit had a burning smell once in a while while using the cool. Bathrooms are a good size. Lots of extension cords plugged in. The fridge doesn't get very cold. Walls are pretty thin, heard a baby crying all morning long.

A beautiful hotel, but no hot water in the shower. Apparently the hotel knows the shower valve is broken but it’s too much trouble to replace it. So they rent it out anyway. I’m a Choice Hotels Diamond member and won’t accept a room without checking the shower, air conditioner, refrigerator and hairdryer.
