The bartender and the young woman putting the breakfast food out on the morning were very nice. Good and drinks were good, but my room had bugs. Some little knat like bugs and ants. By morning there were 100s of ants. Mgr. did not seem too bothered by it. Would not stay here again

The service and rooms are good and what I expect from Drury Inn. At this location, my $500 yeti cooler was cut and stolen from my vehicle. That cooler had been all over the country and had no problems. If you stop here, please secure your stuff. Even chains didn’t work in my case.

Awesome staff at this location. Yolanda was especially helpful and caring when my wife had some altitude sickness and we had to check out a day early. She checked on her and offered a late check out if needed. Very clean and good kickback food.

First time ever staying at a Drury and the experience was quite pleasant. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I recommended it to my daughter-in-law and we would stay again.

I love this hotel it's such a treat to stay there especially in the suites!! I like how they have Happy Hour and amazing breakfast and also they serve dinner on certain days it really is an enjoyable stay. I had the suite all to myself and I enjoyed it so much I didn't want to leave. I like the area it's in and the staff is very helpful and courteous.

I came for a work trip and was rather disappointed with my stay. The room itself was mediocre and the door had to be pulled to shut completely which feels like a safety concern. I was in room 215 next to the gym where someone decided to start working out and playing music very loudly at 5:30am. I tried contacting the front desk to ask if the volume could be turned down at all or a request for the person to wear head phones that early in the morning and the front desk worker Jesse told me there was nothing that could be done as the gym is 24 hours and they don’t have a noise policy. It was frustrating knowing there are no type of guidelines for common courtesy or respecting noise volumes at specific times. Staff was less than accommodating. The experience was over all very disappointing

I absolutely love this hotel. The service was wonderful, the room was clean and nicely decorated, and the best part was how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I didn’t want to leave my room because I was so comfy. They offer a full breakfast and a kick back hour from 5-7pm with food and drink tickets for adults. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The showers come equipped with Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. My husband used their products and said it was good quality. I became a member to this hotel and plan to stay here in the future. I will also take advantage of this hotel in other cities as well.

I paid $160 for a room with two beds and it’s the best value for my money I’ve got in a long time! Not only did we get a nice room with a desk, coffee, fridge, and microwave but it also came with free dinner and breakfast. The food was very good, the sodas unlimited (until end of dinner) and you also get 3 FREE adult beverages per adult! Not to mention a pool, spa and other amenities. I’ve been to many hotels all over the world and for this price, this is the best value I’ve ever had. Staff is great and area is nice, I will be back every time I come through Las Cruces

Great place for a base camp while you explore the surrounding area. Free breakfast and lite dinner were good. A few free drinks for each adult and snacks until 9pm make it a great value with exceptional customer service.

Update on the following incident: You can read the complete story below. I called the hotel and asked for the manager and I was told that she wouldn´t be there until Monday and today is Wednesday, there is nothing wrong with taking days off, but you must assign somebody in charge for such incidents. Since they didn´t even care about the issue, I decided to put another review here. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel on Nov. 20, 2023 at room 214 right next to the elevator. Now read the rest of the story below: We stayed here and I experienced some wild incidents I'd never faced before! Don´t be fooled by the reviews! The rooms are spacious but not clean! When we got into our room, I checked the toilet and the color of the toilet seat was off due to germs! So I sprayed Lysol and used a towel to clean it and I saw yup, the side of the towel I was using just turned darker! A big sticky patch of germ/mold was even in the washing sink. Also, it was 5:47 am and I heard somebody knock on the door then tried to open it and get in. At first, I ignored it, but then it happened again in 10min. I got up and saw who was doing so, and I figured out a homeless got into the hotel and made it to the second floor! How hard it is to give access to only those who have the keys (new guests can ring and somebody can let them in). This is a routine in the Holiday Inn! Let alone that the sink was clogged and the toilet paper was yellow!!! We are paying you for this?? I don't recommend this hotel at all.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. We found a pillow with blood on it on one of the beds. Management said they don't change all of the bedding if it appears that one of the beds hasn't been slept in. So they don't automatically change all of the bedding in the rooms unless the bed appears to have been slept in. That is disgusting. They compt us the night of our stay but to find a pillow with blood on it is a safety hazard to say the least. I will never stay here again and I've been telling everyone I know about what happened so they don't stay there either.

Right off the I-10 a very modern hotel with a great kickback dinner and awesome breakfast. My check-in was wonderful and my room is awesome.

Definitely the place to stop after a long day of driving. They offered breakfast and dinner to their guests. Dinner was penne pasta with chicken, baked potato, chili, hot dogs and mixed greens salad. Seriously a little for everyone. They even offered 3 adult beverage tickets to be used at their dinner bar. The room was clean and comfy! Parking felt safe and the gal at the front told me they haven’t ever had any issues with theft from their parking lot. Overall I am really happy I stayed.

I had a great experience while staying here. I was able to get a room last minute due to a busy weekend. The rooms were clean and food perks were amazing! To top off the whole experience, Gabe at the front desk made such great strides to provide incredible customer service! He was very cordial and always made sure to greet my family and I. 100% recommend giving this family owned business your support.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve been at in a long while. The breakfast and kickbacks make it worth it. You can technically get away with only paying for lunch outside of the room fee if you wanted to do so. The kickback doesn’t have much variety, but it’s still good. The pool is in good order and the rooms are clean and quiet. One thing is NM doesn’t seem to require ventilation. The AC was not very efficient and there was no ventilation in the room so I had to prop the door open because my ASIAN food made the room smelly.

Nice quiet hotel. Could not even hear any noise when in our room during the evening. Friendly staff. Suite size is very spacious. Had three restful nights of sleep. The bed was. very comfortable. I did hear one barking dog when I was in the living room but it was so loud that I would need to complain. Could not hear any noise at all in the bedroom and our room was facing the front lot.

Passing through town and checked all hotels in area and Drury Inn was the BEST hotel we found. We absolutely! Loved it. We will continue to look for Drury hotels along our trip and make our stops there. Keep up the great job you guys are wonderful.

Hot and cold visit. We arrived about 15 minutes after the kickback. The staff were very gracious and accommodating in letting us grab a plate from what was left. Room was comfortable as always with Drury. The big disappointment was at breakfast. Wife's plate was cold and when I asked the attendant if she could pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds her rather abrupt retort was nope, need to take it to your room and nuke it there... I did speak to the manager regarding this. We are regular Drury guests, but there are other hotels nearby.

We have now decided to plan our road trip around finding Drury Hotels!! You will not find a better deal then this. We got in late, but luckily still in time for dinner! The man that was by the food both for dinner and breakfast was amazing. Constantly checking to ensure items were restocked or there to help if you needed an extra hand. The rooms were clean and comfy too! If you drink, you get three free adult drinks per night as well. I don't know how more people don't know about this place! It was amazing!

Everything here was amazing. The service was great, the rooms were amazing, and the breakfast was the best I have seen anywhere with many options. However, the hotel is extremely shakey and when you get to your desired floor it shakes A LOT.

I’ve been staying at this location for the past 6 years. This is usually my half way mark between my house and my destination in California. The hotel is consistently clean and I enjoy their breakfast. The downside is the water pressure is awful, but it seems as tho I’ve had that experience at every hotel in New Mexico. I’ve stayed in Santa Fe and Albuquerque as well and the pressure was awful. I wonder if that’s just a NM thing. I also would suggest new beds because during my last stay the bed was horrible unfortunately. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will return!

Had a good stay with my family. Professional and great service. Offered free food and 3 alcoholic drinks. Our kiddos had fun at the pool. The suite was nice, spacious and comfy. The balcony was a plus.

If you need a hotel in Las Cruces look no further! The place was very clean, comfortable beds and pet friendly. However, it was truly the staff that made this hotel such a wonderful stay for our road trip. We stayed the night of 7/18 and I wish I could remember the woman's name who was working the front desk late night that evening because she was one of the friendliest people I've ever met and so accommodating. In fact all of the staff we met were so pleasant and helpful. We got in too late to try the dinner but we're able to enjoy breakfast. It was a bit nicer than your standard continental breakfast and came with a super delicious hatch green chile sauce! Would absolutely stay here again if I was passing through Las Cruces!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Every staff member went was so kind in every interaction we had. The rooms are a great size. Pool and spa were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the same every morning (could use a little variety). Evening snacks and drinks were fantastic. Comfy beds and pillows. Would totally stay again.
