This
was
the
most
Horrendous
Hotel
stay
that
I
have
ever
had
in
my
life.
Upon
arrival
the
Room
location
was
incorrect,
I
was
supposed
to
have
a
room
next
to
my
child
who
had
just
had
major
surgery
or
adjoining
rooms
whichever
was
available,
DID
NOT
HAPPEN,
The
hotel
manager
Jiovana
tried
to
change
the
room
rate
to
an
outrageous
amount
upon
check-in
claiming
I
was
given
an
“incorrect
room
rate
“
even
though
I
had
confirmation
of
rate,
The
manager
then
double
charged
the
room
stay
twice
once
to
my
CC
and
once
to
someone
else’s,
The
room
had
No
Toiletries
whatsoever
not
even
a
tiny
hand
bar
soap,
No
Toilet
paper.
The
manager
Jiovana
was
the
must
Unprofessional,
Rude,
Dishonest
person
that
I
have
ever
had
the
displeasure
of
knowing.
So
much
more
to
this
story
but
I
think
at
this
point
in
the
review
that
I
receive
a
phone
call
from
The
Franchise
Owner
or
Hilton
themselves
,
as
Jiovana
refuses
to
give
me
any
contact
info
or
even
an
email.
BEWARE
of
staying
at
this
Hotel
