It was very easy to get to this location, no confusing streets and well lit streets at night. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Good parking options. Good location near gas station, restaurants, fast food, department stores. Close to the I-10 is a nice park. Despite being close to the freeway, noise levels were low. Would recommend staying here, reasonable prices.

Hotel is quiet, especially for being so near the highway. Our room was on west side of the building and there was no traffic noise. Was disappointed to see the slide is no longer there. That's pretty much the only reason we booked a room there and were very disappointed to see it has been removed. $174 for a basic 2 queen bed is a bit to much for the condition of the building/room and amenities offered. Breakfast was pretty standard, my wife and I are coffee drinkers and would have appreciated a darker coffee option instead of just a light roast which was very weak. Rooms look dated and the desk chair is what I think does it. They look like chairs from the 70's. The beds are comfortable though and the pillows ate good. Towels felt hard and stiff though. Overall it feels a bit pricey for what it is.

This is one of the cleanest nicest places you can stay. The service and cleanliness is second to none. Very spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet. And you will get a great night sleep!

We’ve stayed several times. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel’s location is convenient for those traveling on I-10 and close to Mesilla Avenue for visits to its restaurants. I was especially impressed with the service, and I laud the desk clerk, Jaime, for his assistance with our reservation. He took care and time to assure that we had our room. I recommend the hotel.

just now New Met up with family members here. Hotel was VERY quiet. I didn't hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent room. I could not hear any noise from I-10 which is right outside the hotel. The view is not very nice, but what can you expect from an interstate hotel? The room was exceptionally clean, except for a stain (I hope it was a stain and not fresh) on one of the pillowcases. The bed was comfortable and each bed had LOTS of pillows. Dogs are allowed, which is great for pet people. The parking lot was clean and well lit. The breakfast room was very clean, with good, hot coffee, and a decent variety of food offerings. The young man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again

Outstanding service, cleanliness, and facilities during our stay. Checked in after 11pm following a long drive and was greeted by a very cheery front desk agent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only gripe is the A/C unit is loud when it’s operating but it’s super strong which is appreciated during the hotter months. Morning breakfast is filling with many choices for all tastes. Staff keep the dining and buffet area clean and pleasant. Outstanding value. Wish we were staying another night but sadly need to press on home!

I do not recommend anyone stay at the Hampton Inn at Las Cruces I-10. The staff over billed my credit card and when I tried to discuss the situation they blamed me. The manager and assistant manger were very rude and not helpful. I will never stay there again.

This was the most Horrendous Hotel stay that I have ever had in my life. Upon arrival the Room location was incorrect, I was supposed to have a room next to my child who had just had major surgery or adjoining rooms whichever was available, DID NOT HAPPEN, The hotel manager Jiovana tried to change the room rate to an outrageous amount upon check-in claiming I was given an “incorrect room rate “ even though I had confirmation of rate, The manager then double charged the room stay twice once to my CC and once to someone else’s, The room had No Toiletries whatsoever not even a tiny hand bar soap, No Toilet paper. The manager Jiovana was the must Unprofessional, Rude, Dishonest person that I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. So much more to this story but I think at this point in the review that I receive a phone call from The Franchise Owner or Hilton themselves , as Jiovana refuses to give me any contact info or even an email. BEWARE of staying at this Hotel

Stayed in a King Suite. While going thru the closest to find some sheets for the trundle bed (which there were none) we found a used meth/ crack pipe. Management came up and put gloves on and removed the pipe. Told us not to touch anything and to leave the room. There was also an empty Dr Pepper case and another dirty food bag in the room. They changed our room and we went down the hall. In the next room we had no towels and there was feces in the toilet. Management was also told about this. After a long day of driving a hot shower would have felt nice but the water was barely warm. No compensation was offered or given.

The carpet between the stank like unwashed feet, hundreds of unwashed feet. And the beds were lumpy! The staff were nice. But the smelly feet thing was too much to overcome. The room Name was under Charles L Hobbs, plus one. That would have been me.

Fairly new hotel with easy access to i10. Very clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was standard for a Hampton inn, but good.

It was a good overall stay. It’s around 50 mins to 1 hr from white sands. We wanted to leave early due to health reasons and tried to update our booked stay one day prior to its end but were not able to get hotel to refund our money for unused day. We ended up checking out early anyway but I just wish hotel was little considerate and would have refunded our one day stay. We tried even through Expedia agent but was of no use so plan accordingly. You probably can extend if needed.

Very unfriendly staff, pool closed on day 3 of our 5 day stay- we were not given any reason why they close it. We were with a group of 13 year old boys playing in a 5 day baseball tournament …it was 106-108 degrees - no pool was a huge disappointment. Would not stay at a Hampton Inn again.

This hotel was clean, quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Flow! Breakfast was great with a wonderful Asian buffet right next door! I highly recommend

Very clean with nice carpet in the halls and rooms. The bed was too hard for me. Pillows were good. The man at the desk was nice and helpful. I don’t like the price gouging on special occasions. If noise bothers you, pick a room away from the interstate.

Went to this location and had boat vandalized. Beds were very uncomfortable and staff had no extra pillows. Maintenance of pool was questionable. I can not recommend this place until they get their property secured better.

This hotel was VERY VERY good, not just for the price. It was very good for anywhere and at most price points. We have stayed at a number of hotels on this trip, and shy of staying on the Vegas strip in the Venetian, this was by far the best hotel. The rooms are very clean, very modern looking, and the amenities are extremely good. People saying that this hotel is dirty or outdated clearly haven't stayed here. The free breakfast is the best I have seen at a hotel like this and better than some that aren't free. No kidding. It was very very good. We wanted to stay a few days more but had to drive back home. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here for sure.

Fine for a night or two but this hotel is not designed for long stays. Decent breakfast. Diamond Members get almost no benefits. Towels are rough. Shampoo and soap smell like chemicals. Bed is hard. Pillows are very small. Limited laundry. Small pool. Shower temp is good during regular hours but only warm in middle of the night.

Enjoyed my overall stay however wished the Hotel room had more safety features when bringing children! The sliding door from the restroom needs a special lock to avoid kids messing with the door. The front door also didn't have a completely secure lock so my child doesn't find a way to open the door. When we called for service to ask for extra towels no one was able to bring it to our room & had to go back to the front desk. The breakfast was kinda good but the juice machine was out of order so there wasn't that much options to choose what drink I wanted. It was a comfortable place to stay but nothing excellent!

**ATTENTION PARENTS** Excellent and clean hotel - great pool - but NO SLIDE! I repeat - there is no slide at the pool. We’ve loved our stay here but there is no longer a slide at the pool as of 1/2023. Definitely a great hotel, nonetheless. Happy trails!

Things I liked: bed was very comfortable. Water was hot with decent spray. Love the bottles of shampoo and soap to save on waste and plastic. Really like the new tile floors. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Check-in was quick and easy. Things I didn’t like: room was kind of small and outdated. (Glad I used a free night instead of paying almost $200 for an older room.) Was not greeted as an awards member or given any water upon arrival. Person at the desk didn’t even look up at me when checking in but she was polite. However, eye contact matters. Room was on the 2nd floor and we heard people running or jumping all night long. Other than the constant thumping/ jumping the noise level wasn’t terrible. I read reviews of people not hearing anything so that’s what I expected but that’s definitely not what I got. All in all, not a bad hotel. Definitely not worth the $$ as it just didn’t have the cleanliness and upkeep associated with its price point.

Great professional staff. Their attention to detail is amazing. Clean room comfy beds, Great caring Staff. ( I booked via my Un-American distress card, which now uses not-so expedia for booking. ) Long story short… the great staff at Hampton helped with the kerfunkle expedia/un-american distress travels errors and made sure our stay was excellent. Barbara at the front desk was delightful and most helpful in guiding these weary travelers to food and beverages. Our room/floor was a quiet peaceful night. A much needed rest was had before we continued on our journey. Comfy-clean beds, the whole hotel is clean and well maintained. Kind caring staff, which is a blessing, in this all too busy World. (I spent the better part of 30 yrs living out of my suite case traveling 24-7-364, ) so, now traveling for leisure and finding such a Great caring staff and a clean comfortable place to rest is truly a gift!

This one is an attractive and well run Hampton Inn. The room was very clean and new feeling and all the towels and sheets crisp and clean. Staff very nice and actually helped us with our luggage when we arrived late in evening.

Great stop off I-10. Close to many travel needs like gas and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Better breakfast options than expected. Very happy with the stay.

Room had ants in the bed. Air conditioner did not cool room down enough. Booked room since it was pet friendly but no worth 365.00 a night. I was moving my daughter to the area since her husband is stationed close. No truck parking! Had no where to park a uhaul and app didn’t not state no truck parking. 80.00 a night to park 2 cars is ridiculous. Staff was not friendly but then again I’m from Texas and southern hospitality is something california lacks.

Frequent visitor here & more often than not the short older woman with gray hair always has a horrible attitude and comes off as very rude. Just calling the hotel, I can tell it’s her by the tone of voice and lack of enthusiasm she uses. At times I’ve asked about items relating to the Hilton Honors program and she either will deny my request / claim that is not how things work. We are diamond members and have been for years. We know exactly how the program works. We also will pull up the terms and conditions on our phone from the Hilton website and she gets angry that we proved her wrong.

Had a great time at this Hampton Inn. Both night and morning front desk people were friendly. It was at a good location and had a great dinner nearby. Had a long day of travel and the beds were perfect and comfortable. Had a decent spread for breakfast. Overall great experience.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly appeared to enjoy working at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. The staff that prepared the food was courteous, friendly and ensured that our needs were met and that we were well taken care of. The hotel was pet friendly and treats were available for our dog. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Hilton used to be a name associated with luxury, but no more. The room was small for the price and very dark. The desk chair was broken, wobbly and unsafe. The only place to sit in the room was a “fainting” couch. My wash cloth was thin enough to see through and yellowed from too many washings. In addition all the linens were a cotton poly blend rather than 100% cotton.

Breakfast lacking, eggs terrible, oatmeal was like glue. Running out everything had to ask person standing around in back room. Come on do your job. Room and beds were great. Everyone was "kind" to the staff, she needs to put the phone down and fill up empty items. HAVING to look for someone who is hiding out is not a good time for anyone.

My wife and I travel from Texas to California several times throughout the year. We drive the grueling 22 hour drive from Texas to California and we have accomplished this feat several times. We only stop for gas and food. As you get older you get wiser. We started stopping at the halfway point which is in El Paso. We found a hotel in El Paso a few years ago (Doubletree by Hilton Hotel/Downtown El Paso). The last few times we have stayed in El Paso the accommodations were unpleasant. After driving 11 hours you would expect to get a goodnight sleep. The El Paso hotel always put our room by the elevator. We will never return to the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in El Paso ever again. The hotel in Las Cruces was beautiful and well kept. Great staff with great rooms. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Las Cruces (New Mexico) is a hidden gym. We had a great dinner in town at the Haunted Double Eagle Restaurant ( That's another great place to visit if you're in New Mexico). Not to mention the Cracker Barrel Restaurant being close to the hotel. Our future stops will be in Las Cruces at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Great breakfast provided by the staff. The great breakfast gives you a great start to your day before you hit the road. This is definitely the place to stop and get some rest. My wife and I slept like babies. Very relaxing and peaceful hotel. Thank you for such a great hotel experience. You definitely have customers for life.
