We had to stay here because we had the dogs with us and many hotels are not dog friendly. We were very surprised and happy to find such a nice super 6. This was the cleanest and nicest motel 6 we have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend.

Not all staff is polite I have had great experience with Alicia only. The pool is always closed and it smells so much like chlorine . Coffee is lame so watered down ! Blankets are so paper thin and beds are not comfortable. Washer was broken down for two weeks. I don’t recommend this hotel. Staff needs to be polite and friendly to make this hotel more welcoming! So many loud people no respect not a good environment for families! Be careful

The equipment room has a machine that runs intermittenly 24/7. Kept waking me up all night. Don't book a room by the exit stairwell! If you want a pool or spa...go somewhere else, this one has been shut down a long time!! False ad.

Great place to stay! Rooms are not like Motel 6 used to be they are spacious, clean, hard wood floors and the halls are clean. Free coffee and great parking. Building looks on the newer end. Every hotel in this town raised their prices because of the events happening but Motel 6 stayed true to their customers. So glad we found this place!!

*EDIT its clear from reviews, the pool is not open and had not been for months. False advertising. Dump. Internet didn't work. Pool was down for the next week with no warning and a promise of pool on website. Then she had the nerve to stop us from bed so she could complain at us about the fact the last person wanted a refund. Cause ya know, they came for the pool. The beds are so rock hard, I'm sitting here with a sore but from sitting here cause I couldn't sleep all night. Motel 6 is my favorite, has been for 4 years, this place is a Joke, and I'm tempted to call corporate for a refund and to report this dump. It's unlike any other motel 6.

The staff was extremely nice!!! Very polite and professional. The manager was working the desk and talked to her employees with respect. Saw her the next day helping house keeping. Definitely the type of manager that helps. Rooms were very clean. Area was good. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great. Road wasnt too busy expect during rush hour and just down the road to sams club. At first the rooms door jammed. Almost impossible to get in without someone inaide. They moved us to a new room, and we had the one with the pull out matress. Cleaners were new and forgot bedding. Wasnt much of a deal, except for the pool. I called a week ahead of time to make some changes. They notified me that the pool was down for maitenence but would be open when we gor there. We had a 2 day weekend reservation. Pool was down friday. Pool was down saturday. And on the last day, we hoped to maybe get an hour before wd checked out.. Still down. Also we accidentally hit the elevator door with our food and it jammed. The nice auditor with the scar was amazing and friendly, amazing customer service skills. The kind of person youd love to have around speically during a trip. All in all service was great but the quality of everything in the hotel was awful. The room we gor put into had an old microwave from what looked like the 90s when the previous ons was just a regular microwave. Also weird burns on the curtains which hadnt been replaced and mud smudged on the side of the couch.

Had a great experience there for my anniversary. Never much issue other than a creep that doesn’t even work there with a master key trying to open the door while only my wife was in the room alone. DO NOT KEEP VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM. Keep them in your car because of creeps like this

You know motel 6 is pet friendly and they don't charge extra for pets so usually the rooms aren't always clean depending on where in the world they are, it's just the nature of the beast and for the cheap prices you come to well, not expect much as far as the accommodations, you get what you pay for and all. BUT, this particular Motel 6 in Las Cruces NM is very clean the staff is hard working professional and so very nice. It felt like I was home! The room I stayed in was clean, so very clean! And at this particular motel 6 they have an agreement with Ruby Tuesday just down the block if you done there and show them your room key you will get 20% off your bill! I really enjoyed my stay there and their pool is clean and an indoor pool too! If you come visit Las Cruces, I highly recommend staying there, it's close to lots of things, clean and safe.

Well I have to apologize for the Review I gave previously. 🫣 This place is actually very nice and I Must apologize for my previous commitment. If you are interested in a good place to stay? Well this is a good choice. The staff here may be to the book but I have respect for that.🫡 it's clean as hell.

For what you would expect to be a budget motel, this Motel 6 ranks above par, especially when it comes to service. I was checked in by Susanna and she was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and actually larger than I had expected. If you are planning a stop in Las Cruces this is a perfect choice.

You get what you pay for…that’s a hard lesson to learn especially when you are on a budget. Let Me give you a tip. DO NOT STAY HERE! I checked in after a long day on the road and was given a room. When I pulled the sheets back I found a bug (not sure of it was a bedbug) and a long hair on my sheets. I asked for another room and this one had a head board that had fallen off the wall and landed on the pillows. If there had been someone in the bed…?? I went back down to the front desk and told them I was done and was not going to be staying there. They tried to charge me. Wait for it….yes, they said that since I signed the paperwork during the initial check-in. They offered me a 20% discount on their awful rooms and hotel. Yay! I raised a fuss and said I want leaving until I received a full refund and they still didn’t want to give me a refund even though I didn’t even start there and was in the rooms a combined 10 minutes! Finally, they relented. Bottom line, gross and a sham hotel. Stay clear from this one. Not sore how this came up on Google maps: maybe because it is the cheap east hotel in America. You get why you pay for!

We checked into our room, went up to our room and right away we could hear vulgar and racial comments coming from our next door neighbors. We immediately went to request for our money back and mind you I spoke with the desk manager in as nice a way as I could reassuring her that we know it was not her fault but we were not comfortable staying there and she got real snarky real fast. We hadn’t been in the room but 5 minutes and she said she wouldn’t give us a full refund, only partial because we were in the room for more than 15 minutes which was a lie! And partial was 30%. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel because if you don’t feel comfortable or something is wrong, they will get attitude and deny you your money back!

This is THE BEST motel 6 I have EVER seen !!! Upon check in we were pleasantly welcomed. There's an elevator...thank God no stairs for these old legs. We got to the room and its so large and the bath tub was huge. Two people and a child could fit in there. Really!! The beds were super comphy and each bed had 3 pillows. (That never happens). They offer an inside pool and hot tub. Free coffee in the morning and upon check out a smiley face. If your in the area and need a motel this IS the place to go and at a reasonable price. Thank you

One of the worst hotels ever. I (unfortunately) put my mom and brother up in this hotel when they came from Wisconsin this week to visit me. The ‘pool & spa’ was out of service, the hallways stank, the AC did NOT work at all (it was SUPER hot too, mind you this is July in New Mexico), they sent the ‘maintenance’ man to fix it and he was in the room for over half an hour taking the AC apart. Wasn’t able to fix it but pretended he did and said ‘I’ll be back in 30 minutes to make sure it works’ , he never came back and it never ended up working. The lights above the beds didn’t work, the ice machine on the second floor didn’t work. An absolutely terrible place and I’m ashamed to have ever booked with them. Of course there was no refund or discount offered for the horrible experience. It’s whatever. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I stayed here 10 days. This is the cleanest motel I've stayed in in a long time! The lobby seemed to be cleaned and mopped daily and my room floor was mopped at least once. The surfaces were "sterilized' as there was a smell of bleach and in these COVID times (or anytime for that matter) that is most welcome by me! Also, the hallways seemed to be vacuumed daily. All the staff, house keeping and front staff (Andi and Yamilet!), were very nice, courteous, professional, and helpful. My biggest complaint is they do not have "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on your door. This does not make sense to me!! Front desk said they would leave a note to house keeping staff to not disturb me but that didn't work (as someone else has noted as well) and they came a knocking anyway. This is easily fixed by providing signs and should be done so ASAP. But, this is still a minor complaint based on the rest of my experience. The room I had was spacious with king sized bed! Hard "wood" floors are an improvement over the normally "years-old" filthy carpet of motel rooms and this allows for the more thorough cleaning as mentioned above. I stretch and do yoga on the floor so this made me feel much more comfortable doing so on what I knew was a CLEAN floor. This may be standard, but I also noticed that the more thorough room cleanings on Friday (in preparation for the weekend rush I assume?) were overseen by an "inspector" thus assuring consistent, quality control. And perhaps this inspection is done anytime someone checks out in preparation for the next customer?? I am impressed to say the least! The prices are very reasonable - the best I've found in Las Cruces so far, especially given the service! There is no breakfast "service" but I'd rather pay less and avoid these "buffets" that are usually poor quality and consist of unhealthy food. The pool and spa were not working but that made little difference to me (could make a big difference for those with kids). I would not have used the pool but I might have used the spa for my lower back pain - but this was really inconsequential to me. I would recommend this motel to anyone. Thanks Motel 6 Las Cruces!

I will NEVER stay here AGAIN!!! AS MUCH AS I PAID TO STAY HERE, I COULD HAVE JUST STAYED AT A MUCH BETTER PLACE! They don't have complimentary breakfast, they don't have extra blankets, their pool and hot tub were "out of service", had to get my keys unlocked multiple times, the person who stayed above me had me up all night. You could hear EVERYTHING! IT WAS THE LONGEST 3 NIGHTS AT A HOTEL!!! AS MUCH AS THEY ARE CHARGING THEY SHOULD HAVE way more amenities to offer their guests! I say the "8/10 rating" they so called got is so FAKE!!! WAIST OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY, AND WEEKEND!!!

VERY pleasantly surprised! Motel 6 hasn't had the best reputation the last few years. Iwould nave had booked myself here but the hotel the company normally books us at was full (at least for non-smoking rooms) and I needed a place close to where I was working. This one, at least, was actually beautifully kept (for a Motel 6). It's VERY clean, the rooms are more than adequate for a good night's rest. Q!

The hotel was fine for our purposes. I'm sorry that they were having issues with their pool. Was hot with a very strong smell of chlorine when you first go into the lobby. Our room was at the end of the hall where the pool was located so the smell was with you. Also there was an exit door by our room and it was the most nosiest door when others went in and out. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and talkative. Unlike the women who was there in the morning. I asked for a Do Not Disturb sign as my guest that was with me wasn't feeling well and we didn't want to be disturbed but housekeeping. The clerk informed me that Motel 6 does not have D o Not Disturb signs. She said that she would notify housekeeping not to disturb us. It didn't work, I still had to answer the door when they very loudly knocked! It would have been so much easier and better for my guest had they had signs to hang on the doors! The hotel itself was just fine, but maybe some of the staff need more training in the people skills. I got the feeling that possibly homeless people were staying there. I have no problems with that, however they should not pander and solicit from other guests.

Albeit be light on aesthetics and high end amenities, the staff was great, it was clean, has a large indoor pool with a small spa and the general street appeal / appearance was in line with the 5 other competitors all within a 1/2 mile radius. Oh yes, pricing ran over $70 less than other 2 star motels. A senior discount of 10% is given to AARP members.

The room was clean, bed comfortable along with decent pillows, and plenty of clean towels were in the room. I had a dog with me so I was able to be on 1st floor.Room had a microwave and mini refrig. which was very convenient. Parking lot is very big so if you had a trailor you would be able to use the lot.In addition, this motel has a swimming pool and spa which is inside and kept clean in and outside of it. I personally saw every morn that cleanliness of pool was checked and ingredients added to pool and spa. When swim hours ended surrounding areas were wiped down and cleaned.Personnel were friendly and professional. The only suggestion that I have is to bring a blanket with you because bedding was not too warm. I did use the heater and ac which worked perfectly, but am used to a heavier blanket.

This is/was the nicest Motel 6 that I've been to yet (I've been to a lot now). The price is reasonable, the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and gave us everything we needed. Additionally they have guest laundry, vending machines and a pool & jacuzzi. Definitely recommend staying here.

One of the cleanest Motel 6 I've ever been to. My dog stayed free as well so that was a big bonus. Rooms are average for a motel but it's not a suit right. Was a nice, clean room and was well worth the 80.00 for a good night sleep. Good security as well so your car is safe 👍

The room (resident w/ pets) was clean. The bed was acceptable and gave us a good two night rest. The sink, toilet and shower drained well. All shift Staff were professional and outstanding. The coffee was a great bonus and appreciated. I've stayed at many Motel 6's (based on our pet), This Las Cruces Motel 6 was overall, OUTSTANDING. We will reroute (in South New Mexico travels) to go out of our way to stay at this particular Motel 6 again.
