We stayed post OP and everything was perfect. The bed a little softer than we're used to. Toilet was low and difficult for us. The lobby and breakfast room was very nice. The grounds were well maintained. Pool area inviting.

Two La Quinta Inn and Suites pretty much across the street from each other, this is supposedly the better of the two. Just off freeway with a Cracker Barrel between hotel and freeway, with a Walmart that could be considered within walking distance, and a gas station nearby. Room was fine, except the metal bed frame was sticking out from mattress and the wife kept smacking her leg getting in and out of bed. And for some reason there was no stopper in bathtub drain to be able for her take a bath, had to take shower. Good location, reasonable prices, adequate parking with little noise from the freeway.

I've always done well with LaQuinta and this place didn't disappoint. The staff greeted me warmly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering all the amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The overall atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. I slept great! I highly recommend this La Quinta Inn to anyone looking for a nice stay.

I can here for my little brother's funeral and I had a very long drive. I just wanted to settle in ASAP. Checked in seamlessly. The concierge was polite and to the point. Handled our business quickly and thoroughly. Got my keys and went to my room. The room was cold, but after a little adjustment to the thermostat it was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and so hard to get out of. Although I couldn't sleep I really wanted to, I just couldn't fall asleep until 2 am. Very quiet room. There is netflix on the samsung TVs they had. So you could sign into your Netflix or other supported streaming service. I used it to watch Miss Congeniality on Netflix. I think that really helped me to fall asleep and cheer me up. Next morning I tried the Continental Breakfast and it was all carbs. I love carbs lol. But I am trying to eat healthy. I didn't see the oatmeal packets until after I made me some mini waffles. Uh oh. Can't waste it! 🤭 There were cold boiled eggs which I took advantage of and that was the only protein I saw. The rest was bagels, waffle set ups, cereal, oatmeal and sugary juices. The syrup was not real maple but a manufactured syrup. I understand the food is the way it is because it is cheaper, especially during these times of inflation. Not to worry, I got some real food elsewhere, after I enjoyed my fake syrup and waffles with a side of boiled eggs. I'd say for the price I paid and the quality I received I'm content with my rating. Thank you for the room and courtesy accouterments.

We reserved a non smoking room but the room reaked of smoke. The tub did not drain at all with very little lighting in the bathroom. The whole hotel felt dirty as well. Also, the breakfast was not great and very little space to move around others. Furthermore the push carts were failing apart and the carpet rippled while you attempted to push this thing down the hall. The receptionists were nice though. Lastly, the hotel was hard to find.

Good location right off I-10W, close to gas and good food options. Reasonable price. Receptionist warm and welcoming but new, so not familiar with hotel layout. Room is large and clean. The small fridge has a separate freezer, like a regular size fridge, which is a great design. On the downside, the desk chair is broken, the desk needs to be shifted away from the wall to reach the electrical outlet. I'm mobility challenged (which I noted in my reservation info). I was initially assigned a room at the furthest location from the Lobby and this was compounded when I was directed to parking and an entry at the opposite far end from the Lobby. The receptionist was helpful in finding me a room on an upper floor, not too far from the elevator.

Staff was amazing, clean rooms, and a great location for my travels with restaurants in walking distance and a Starbucks a couple blocks over! This was absolutely the friendliest staff and the saving grace for my opinion of Wyndam properties since I had a horrible experience at another Wyndham property earlier in the day that I chose not to stay at nor did I receive a refund. Loved this location though will define return on my next travel through to Arizona. Thank you!

La Quinta Inn is one of my standby hotel chains because I get a consistently just above cheap experience with them. I pay a little more than I would for cheaper options and I expect to get a comparably nicer experience. I don't expect 5 or even 4-star amenities. It is a consistently safe hotel chain choice. This one met those expectations. It was not a great deal but it was a fair price for what I got.

This is normally a great stay for my halfway point between Houston and San Diego to visit family. It’s also dog friendly. Unfortunately, on my last visit I had to go to the nearby Walmart to get cleaning supplies. The toilet and refrigerator were amply supplied by the remnants of a previous guest.

A great location, but my wife smelled something that didn't sit well with her. Front desk clerk, granted it was 10 pm, could have been a bit more attentive. He seemed bothered by us coming in. Breakfast was great!

I was really disappointed when I stayed at this location. I reserved 2 nights and checked out after the first night because how horribly uncomfortable the bed was. I was in pain all night long. It was like sleeping on a board. The pillows had no support at all. I woke up with a kinked neck and a sore back. The room was decent as far as being cleaned but the carpet was gross. My shoes were sticking to the carpet. It was sticky and visibly dirty with dark walkways. Honestly, you get what you pay for and this was a hard lesson in you can’t put a price on quality.

I know this is a pet friendly hotel but we all know that pet smell does not go away. As was my case. I did ask for room deodorizer. They complied. There should be rooms where pets are not allowed and should ask at time of booking. It's always a bummer that breakfast is not served until 7. I can guarantee that most leave before breakfast. Not even coffee.

We typically stay at this location when stopping between my Dad's and my house. The rooms are comfortable, the pillows are nice. I think they are in the midst of deep cleaning rooms. When I took off my shoes, the carpet was still wet! My suggestion would be, take out the carpet! That makes such a difference on the odors. I was surprised at the breakfast selection. We only had a choice of cereal, waffles, muffins, bread & bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs & apples. Almost everything chocked full of carbs. I shared my breakfast with my husband. We had a bagel, a couple of muffins, a couple of yogurts & 2 eggs. Only complaint, eggs seemed like they were peeled a few days ago. This is a large establishment with lots of counter space in the breakfast area. Seems like they could offer, sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits w/gravy......

Location is good, avoid the homeless. Rooms was okay except bathtub was stained. Carpet was still wet from cleaning, service needs to be addressed for our vending machines and water after hours. Need a rest spot from the highway so we chose the hotel pet friendly yes awesome.

The staff/front desk were very attentive and kind, but the manager at this location, Leigh Castro, was not very helpful. She would not address a person directly even if they were standing in front of her. Very dismissive attitude. We are Wyndham rewards members, which allows us to have early check in. We called the hotel the night before to verify this early check in time and they still made us wait an hour to be able to have our room. Then they accidentally put us in a room that wasn’t clean yet. The maids were much kinder and more helpful with letting us know which rooms were available than the manager was. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable which was great! It’s a nice place to stay, but it unfortunately has poor management.

Location is great, can be a little challenging to get to. Staff is excellent! Room was nice and clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. They are pet friendly. Did not hear any dog barking. There are security cameras for the parking lot. I have no idea if the cameras work or not. Always remove any valuables from the vehicle ie: USB cables. Regardless if the hotel is a 1 or 5 star. Never leave anything in the vehicle to give someone a reason to break into the vehicle. Yes, there are homeless in the area, it’s not that bad. I’ve seen worse. As previous reviews indicating that the hallways and room needs remodeling, which I do agree. That’s going to be up to the owners. If they do remodel the building, you know that the price will go up. There’s a Walmart that is in walking distance

Had a horrible experience here. My husband and I stopped for the night on the way home from purchasing a vehicle. First room only one working light, it's OK get moved to another room and had problems with the heat, but we managed to get it working. Wake up in the morning to find out someone broke into our car and stole the title. Go through the hassle to file a police report so they can look back at cameras only to be told there was a truck and a bush blocking the camera and that whoever it was came from the side where no cameras reached. Again worst experience ever!

Staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The carpet in hallways is in desperate need of replacing. I would stay there again as it was a good value.

Last night my wife and I stayed here in Las Cruces, Checked in 8:15pm I believe. We left around 7:30am that morning to go home. When we got home noticed our car was broken into and stopped very important papers out of my glove box. We just bought a car and the papers was in the car. of course cameras didnt get the person on camera and we parked out front next to the handicap. now we are going throgh a big mess of getting our only car legal bc we arent safe no where. you think that this kind of hotel is nice enough that your car is safe…ITS NOT SAFE HERE!!!!!

Get to room. Smelled nasty. Found feces on curtains and wall. Urine smell was nauseating. Got room changed. No feces this time but urine smell again. Curtains has dog; ok hoping it was animal, urine on them.

We stayed for two weeks in April while truck was in shop. All staff were very nice, food was passable, but inside the hotel was very dirty. Example; there was a Qtip on the floor in the hallway the entire two weeks we were there. Corners of the floors for black, furniture was grimy and sticky. Outside was filthy, especially the dog areas.

For the price, this place should be nicer. The smell alone is terrible. The furniture is old and peeling. The walls are yellow. It’s just not in good condition at all. Housekeeping did a great job, I have no complaints with the cleanliness of my room which I guess is what matters hence the 3 stars. It’s just really dingy and old and smelly and depressing. Reminds me of an old abandoned mental hospital on the second floor where I stayed.

Right next to the amazing Mesilla. And close to the Las Cruces downtown! Amazing rooms, room for smokers available. Nice breakfast with the best waffles ever. Will come back soon!

The hotel was a real disappointment. The room was very dusty (see "clean me" on top of the TV). Seems to have had a water leak in our hallway. Breakfast bagels were stale. Lots of contractors running around doing stuff. Old school noisy HVAC. Needs to be remodeled.

Location is great. People are nice. The bummer is mainly the rooms. Old, broken bath tub, not good smelling towels and goes on. Rooms definitely need attention for the price they are charging. Breakfast is just OK.

This hotel is conveniently located near the freeway which made it a perfect place to stay during my roadtrip. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. Our room had 2 beds and was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the free breakfast served in the morning was simple but had some great staples and held us over until lunch. Overall, I had no complaints and would recommend it to anyone stopping through Las Cruces.

Please don’t rely on the 5 star reviews. I wish i could give this place zero stars. The room was not cleans, sheets had stain on it. The entire hotel smelled like cats and dogs. There is a certain smell in the air of this hotel, that feels dirty and that gets to your throat. I wish i had seen the room and hallways before i paid for it. The bathroom was disgusting. I needed a room just to stay the night, it was the worst experience. Please do not waste your money, I really wish if i could have gotten a refund, i would have checked out from this room in 2 mins.

Like most motels motels nowadays the carpets were filthy and you are afraid to walk on it. The hallways smelt terrible also. Just make sure not won't go inside.. The room however was fair. Doubt seriously I would stay there again!

I know the price is low and expectations should be low BUT our room had lots of bugs, dirt, mold, and bed bugs. There were feces and urine on the walls. Please see pics.

Great experience for one night. I was skeptical because of the location next door to Walmart and the homeless crowd panhandling. I didn't have any problems though. Would come back. Prices were on the high side. $90

HUGE remodeled room and very nice staff. Continental breakfast was good. Nice place to stay. One issue, the tv's were small and therefore I had to sit on the front of the bed to see it. But that is minor.

We picked this hotel because a review said the beds were comfortable. That was not what we experienced! The mattress was hard and we hardly slept. It would be nice to know in your ammenities section if the mattresses are rated firm, soft or in between.
