This place should not even be open for business. Rooms are not worth $40 a night with broken windows, bathroom sinks fixing to fall, no adequate heat or air conditioning, just run down and needs to be condemned!!!

The people there I feel so so bad for there's a lot of kind-hearted people that live there that don't deserve to live like they live people aren't cleaning up the place or there's some people showers and toilets that don't even work correctly or they overflow all over the floor nobody fixes all and they don't have a maintenance person and I think the place should be condemned and rebuilt and start over cuz people that have to go through living like that just because it's cheap living there is ridiculous.

OK, so I was at the Kilby; but I wasn't a guest. I walked over there because I had locked my keys in my car and I needed a clothes hanger. I ran into. . .some person who. . . Hey, it's a long story and I didn't think it would be. Oh yeah, my rating: don't - unless you have absolutely no other choice. There are places on the street more preferable than the Kilby. Have I ever stayed there? No. I've never been to prison, either, but I know it's a bad place. Same with the Kilby. I never did get the clothes hanger. . .

Not a place to drive into or stop for anything lack ur doors and dont roll down ur window they just come from all over trying to get u to roll down ur window

The worst rooms in the city. Nothing but drugs in this area. Visitors stay far away this place if for the city folk to run amuck. Don't be caught there. Cops watching. Stay away.

Old and ran down, but all the same after almost 50 years, it's still serving its purpose!

This place is like family on Thanksgiving we had nothing to eat we got a nock on our door and these was Kamel handing us food. Plus we owe the owner from before and he still rent's to us. There are still good people here not all are bad. And ather Motels won't work with you like this some dose.

The Kilby Motel isn't a 5 star place but we do take care of our residents and we keep the Kilby Motel clean. We're here with on site Maintenence, we accept small animals, deposits for large animals. Come by and talk with us.

It was last minute and they had none that were clean but still went out of their way to get us some accommodations. The manager Brenda went above and beyond.
