My family and I came for dinner this past Sunday evening. The hostess didn't seem to be happy to be at work. Bummer because she is the first person we see when walking in for dinner. Our server, Dylan, however, was super friendly and very attentive. I ordered a steak and asked for it to be cooked medium, and it came out well done. Wasn't very tasty at all, but the 2 broccoli sides, shrimp, and the parmesan sauce were really good. The house salad was amazing. 4/24: I ordered the Whisky Bacon burger. It was ok. Didn't have too much flavor like I was expecting it to have. Fries were cooked perfectly. Side salad with Ranch was great. The server, Chris, was kind and attentive. We also ordered an appetizer of the Boneless Wings. Those were good!

The service was very good. The new bowl dishes they have are pretty good. I had the grilled chicken and spinach fettuccine. It was a pleasant surprise. The only thing missing from the dish was garlic bread.

Horrible customer service. Went in last night, greeted by the nice young lady at the front. We were seated after a small wait...then that’s when we were hit with horrible rudeness from the waitress. As soon as we were seated the waitress came over, very hostile, raised her voice at the young lady that sat us, demanding we get up and sit somewhere else, and that she was not going to serve us. Is this how you treat your customers? Why would management put up with behavior like this? The manger, was not any better. If I was treated the way she spoke to some of the employees, i’d walk out, not a leader at all. No wonder the waitress felt like she could just demand we move seats.

Bartender was in a bad mood and was very rude. We got our table after getting a drink at the bar and was yelled across the restaurant that we didn't pay. And stated her bar, her bills. Revipts have QR Pay. Server at the table was very pleasant, and was very friendly and personable.

Local Applebee's restaurant, I got the all you can eat Bone out wings more like chicken tender bites. Which are pretty good, the do have about 6 flavors to choose from. The service was slow, due to short staff. Oh yea make sure you ask them to bring fries with the wings!!

The host didn’t even acknowledge that we where there when she saw my family and I, she just said follow me without even saying a hi or anything . We waited more than 20 min but nobody really care to even offer us at least something to drink. It was a big bummer because we wanted to celebrate my sister graduation here! I honestly think that they really need to work on their customer service 😬

It was ok after they fixed it but I wouldn’t come back

Went with my brother and his grandkids for lunch since I work down the street from you. The hostess was very friendly when she greeted us and took us right to our table. Our server came right away and took our drink orders and gave us time to look at the menu. All of our dishes were very good,but what always makes a meal even better is the great way our server looked after us. We are already making plans to take the rest of our family back again for dinner soon. Thanks again!

Are you kidding me, this plaice is a joke, doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The manger tonight is so unprofessional and rude! Having her customers wait for 30 minutes when there are 22 tables open, absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, I have been here many times and this manager not only treats the customers badly, but the employees as well...cussing and yelling at them. I feel so sorry for the young ladies at the front. It is so disorganized with her poor manager skills, get someone else in there. Next I come in and I see her working, I will leave.

Big crowd of people at the front door, took a few minutes to figure out what was going on, it wasn't a wait, just slow hosts. Food was excellent, service was attentive. The bourbon street steak was ordered medium rare, served on a hot metal plate, it was almost medium before I got it. Still tender tho! Gotta wonder when they stopped serving a salad and vegetable with steak. Overall, a good meal.

We came for a friend’s birthday party. It’s packed even at 10:00pm. The environment and atmosphere are very good. The staff are nice but need better service. We did not get enough utensils 🍴. We have to ask for napkins. Two drinks we ordered are not available here. But they did not tell us till later we asked again if they have the two drinks.

We had been traveling all day and were ready for an early dinner. The restaurant wasn't busy yet. We got seated right away and drink orders taken. We were both ordering steaks and the waitress suggested an option that was actually on the 2 for $32 for the same steaks as we were getting but we also got a salad and it was cheaper than how we were going to get them. I ordered my steak rare. My husband ordered his medium rare they were cooked perfectly. Draught beer was ice cold

I want to say thank you to the waiter he did an amazing job,, About your food you really need to work on it. It is terrible every plate that we receive between the hot wings boneless were saltier than sin. The other product was your mushroom and steak terrible very salty. Your employees need to pay attention of seasoning their food at monsieur is OK it could get better. Need a new concept but overall food was terrible did not like it. It does not feel fresh at all.. You also need a lot of training on your bar. Those people really do not know how to mix drinks the proper way especially the way. There are shown on the menu. There's so great and delicious and then you get a drink that's all messed up. Price value was too expensive for what we received

A true american institution. You can't go wrong here. We came with a party of twelve. Short waiting time. The tables were prepared and we were ready to go. The food was good. The service was quick and friendly. Everything was done right. Which is not too common when with a large group of people. Recommended!

So we have enjoyed the food at Applebee's for a long time BUT the last few times we have sat by the windows we have noticed that the shades are getting more filthy. They are so dirty I ran my finger on a small area and it just caked up on it and I had to go wash my hands sorry but the shades look so bad like they haven't been cleaned in years, and the windows are pretty bad also so I don't know if we will be going back any time soon. That to bad because the waitress we get is a nice young lady and does her job well.

My husband and I had the soecial, $1.00 for 12 shrimp with steak entre.....DELICIOUS. Steak cooked as we requested. The shrimp fantastic, and the mashed potatoes, perfect. We both had the Bourbon Steak. Wonderful meal and the cost was great for all we got. Thank you Applebee's for a great date night.

Curb side pickup was a little slow. The burger was good until I found that part of the cheese still had the paper divider on it. You can see it in the picture attached.

Alex was amazing!!! She did a wonderful job because she was fast, funny and friendly. The food was also good. I have the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and my fiancé had the 4 cheese macaroni.

Service was good food was great. Accept one of the waitresses that attended me kept coughing like if she recovered from a cold. Or something. Attenuation all managers from applebees just keep your sick emplyees people at home so the can recover!

Arrived at around 6:30. A little busy. Thought we'd need to wait but were seated right away. Ordered and food served soon after. Overall, this location was fast, and the food was great. Our server, Mike, was outstanding. Friendly and professional. Table 12. Thanks, Mike.

Arrived at 6 pm when order was supposed to be ready. Was advised they were waiting on the salad. I had a bowl and burger as well. At 615 the salad is put on the bag and given to me. My hot food has been sitting on the counter for the whole 15 minutes while waiting for my cold salad with grilled chicken. When the food came out I expressed my complaint and asked to speak to a manager about my cold food. I was told the manager was cooking. Two minutes later the same server informs me that she's still busy if I want to wait. My hot food is cold already and she thinks asking me to wait is the solution. No discount or other compensation was even offered. The server at the pick up counter couldn't ring me up fast enough to try to get me leave. Very disappointed and probably won't be back.

I ordered a couple of weeks ago via online so I can pick it up curbside. The food was ready on time, and the staff were always friendly with a smile. Plus, their 2 for $20 special is a great deal..and great food too!

I ordered from doordash for my order which was the classic combo and an extra side of mozzarella sticks. They COMPLETELY left out half of the classic combo (the spinach artichoke dip, chips and gave me 3 wings). I called them and a hostess tried to tell me she made sure it was all there and as I told her "well it's not apparently" had me speak to the manager, DANIEL. Sadly, all they did was blame Doordash saying there should've been another bag knowing it came all together and brushed it off saying that I can just pick up the order again. On this part, it is not doordash's fault this is THE RESTAURANTS fault with how they do orders since they have a tendency to mess up. Disappointed how they brushed it off and blame another company when it comes from them. Not ordering from there ever again.
