I absolutely 💜💜💜 Taco Bell. I am a long-time frequent customer & fan, of their Mexican fast food, & restaurant, over many years, by now. I have ordered twice, from this particular Taco Bell location, on El Paseo Drive, in LC, since moving/relocating here, approximately (1) year ago. Take-out orders were placed, both times, & both of my take-out orders were prepared with fresh, food product ingredients, & all food items were also hot, & delicious, even after arriving with them, to my final destinations. The Manager there, whom I had the pleasure of meeting, upon my first visit there, was very kind, courteous, & accommodating to me, as their customer. As were the other staff employees, @ both of my visits there. Both of my take-out food orders, were also served to me, just in a few minutes time; very prompt service, & clean, & bright indoor restaurant atmosphere, too. Thanks again, & Kudos, Taco Bell! The cashier was a big help in ordering and got everything right the first time. Our food came out hot and had a good amount of meat except for the crunch wrap that seemed to be more lettuce than anything else.

It's taco bell, so temper your expectations. That being said, their vegetarian options are fantastic for fast food. If you haven't already, download the app. Easy to customize and order menu items. Plus there's a reward system! Taco bell in the 2020s truly has won the franchise wars.

My Beef burrito ordered was a Beefy Melt (?) And about the size of an egg roll. Only contained beef, sour cream, and a cheese sauce. My drink was handed to me with lid not sealed resulting in spillage in my car. Very disappointed and will not revisit this establishment.

You are better off eating at your neighborhood Mexican restaurant for $2 or 3 more. Bland with minimal taco filling. Typical fast food.

I almost always have to wait 15 mins to pick up food that was already paid for in advance. And when they mess up the orders and have to re make them they get upset like it was my fault they have to do their job over. Is this fast food or slow food? Some of us have schedules to keep, do better when it comes to picking your employees. 1 star.

This Taco Bell, is exceptional very clean bathrooms very good food and everyone was extra nice to me. If you want Taco bell, well go here.... You will have enjoyment.

Honestly.....being Hispanic I'm used to the more traditional dishes that we make. Growing up I used to go to Taco Bell but it got to be a so so experience. Just recently I decided to give them another try .......and my Goodness!!! What a Change!!! While most fast food places, I'm speaking of the Mega Chains have lost flavor.....Taco Bell has actually gotten better. I am so very pleased with the changes made and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating there. I probably eat there once or twice a week now.

I placed an order with the drive thru and got 4 burritos, 2 of them were cold and the other 2 were made incorrectly. I called to speak with a manager to get the issue resolved and after being interrupted while trying to explain what was wrong with my order I was told that 2 of the burritos come cold and if I wanted a replacement or credit I would have to drive back and bring the food back. I have had other instances where the food has been incorrect and they were more than happy to take my name down for a credit on the food to be replaced. I live quite a distance from this location but I stop by on my way home from work as its near my work. My orders here always get messed up one way or another and I understand mistakes happen but not working with a customer to resolve the issue and having a "sorry that's just the way it is" attitude about it is what left a bad taste in my mouth and what led me to leave a negative review. 3 stars for food because it's good but sometimes things are made incorrectly 1 star for atmosphere and service because of the manager 11/05/2023

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places. I have always enjoyed eating there, especially if I'm feeling lazy or want a quick bite. However, this location is kind of bad. The food is good, and I never have an issue with the quality or taste, but when I'm waiting close to 20 minutes for two items that I usually get in about 1-3 minutes then there's a problem. It doesn't feel like they respect your time. Had my order refunded and left. Go to the Taco Bell on Walnut if you're in the mood. It's a little better than this one.

What I ordered, using the kiosk, came out of the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time, made correctly (including getting "no tomatoes" correct which this location used to have trouble with, good improvement!)

Since its been under new management. its now been faster and great service.. its now cleaner and staff is alot more welcoming .keep it up the great work team!

These people are incompetent. Can't even get an order of two bean burritos and one crunchy taco correct. Then they can't even put one single sauce in the bag when you asked for several and then they even list it on the receipt.

I ordered through the app from the parking lot. My order was ready FAST. I just popped into the restaurant and picked it up. I took the opportunity to put some ice in my water bottle too. I like ordering through the app because I can easily add or subtract ingredients from whatever I am ordering. I didn't interact with any humans, so I have no complaints about any humans.

The burritos were good but the staff didn't get my order correct. Even after being forced to use a kiosk to order my food where there is no option for a printed receipt.

We eat taco bell everytime we need a quick bite today's experience on el Paseo was horrible from the strong odor in the chips, to the smell of the of one of the burritos and I pulled out a light colored hair from my dorito cruch taco made my boyfriend gag which made me not wanna continue eating. We order usually at walnut location but this was totally not what we usually expect go eat.

Excellent service - ordered for pick-up and was ready ahead of time. Great food including vegan options.

I felt robbed. We were given small drinks on the raspberry/cherry freeze after I paid extra to have it have it included in the meal and they’re not even topped off. Why pay extra for a drink that’s regular size and be given a not full small cup if you were out of regular medium cups just give two small in its place. You guys just took our money and we weren’t given what we paid for.

Had got the wrong order. Then when asked for salsa the gave me the wrong one. And didn't answer back at window because employee's were in they're own conversation.

My brother lives fast food and lately he wants to eat bean burritos he loves the frozen mango drink. I like the convenience and the staff is quick and polite they don't mind waiting while I get his order straight!!

They are always so friendly and polite at the drive through & they're exceptionally fast as well. The food is on point, all in all you can't complain! I like this location

Typically I love Taco Bell. Today, I don’t. Ordered a simple 5 layer burrito for my boss and they didn’t put it in the bag with the order. The order wasn’t even right on top of that! Tried calling and the phone rings busy and then hangs up. Great Thursday! (: Thanks Jonathan! Order # bc3fd9

I was there a couple of minutes ago made my order. They didnt put a Chalupa I had ordered. When I realized and told them they have missed the Chalupa. They told me I would have to go back in the morning. I just pay again to get my food. Terrible service. They didnt put the chalupa in the bag and make me pay again for it.

I ordered thirty dollars of food and went out to eat in my car and when I went in to use the restroom.. a worker asked. “Did you make a order”. I told her yes and she made me prove it just to go pee. And I have a sensitive blatter and it is painful to hold. Absolutely ridiculous

Don't bother coming or using the app... I ordered 5min before coming on the app, got here and waited 30minutes and still got the order wrong 😭😭😭😭. If could would give negative stars. Update told manager wait was ridiculous he stated... well we busy so idk what to tell you.. I stated it still shouldn't take 30 to 40minuts and he said next time don't order on app, I'm sorry. Wow!!!!

It's fast food what do you want but fast? Generally they are the fastest in town. As for accuracy hey a taco is a taco. As long as my bag had items I eat hahaha. Pretty good menu

This is ridiculous! Bought six of these and I gets this! Then whenever I call to complain I need to bring it back to get my food replaced.
