A
new
young
man
helped
us
and
I
could
tell
he
was
trying
very
hard
and
doing
his
best
,he
was
very
polite.
My
husband
ordered
a
Hot
Chocolate
with
no
whipped
cream
,
the
young
man
did
bring
us
our
drinks
,
but
the
chocolate
looked
like
dirty
water.
There
was
really
hardly
any
chocolate
and
about
a
little
bit
above
half
full.
I
noticed
it
right
away
and
my
husband
asked
him
to
please
put
more
chocolate
in
it.
The
young
man
really
tried
to
help,
but
he
went
and
told
his
manager
what
happened
and
the
mangers
response
was
,
"
that
is
the
way
it
came
out
and
the
way
it
was
and
there
was
nothing
he
or
she
was
going
to
do
about
it
"
That
was
very
unprofessional
and
not
the
answer
a
customer
is
looking
for.
It
does
not
take
anything
away
from
anyone
to
open
another
package
and
added
to
the
hot
water.
The
young
man
was
so
nervous
to
give
us
the
response,
he
offered
to
add
chocolate
syrup
to
it.
I
know
he
meant
well.
He
was
doing
his
very
best
.
I
feel
sorry
for
him
,
that
cost
him
a
repeated
customer.
The
manager
needs
to
take
customer
satisfaction
and
service
lessons.
