First time here didnt expect that much stuff here in mexico its no difrent than the US 👍👍

Seems to be a similar to a US Home Depot, but they obviously carry things more related what what the locals purchase down here. Apparently a cardboard box/moving box is not one of them. So, this became a wasted trip while on vacation. If you're looking for a box, don't go here ;)

Very similar to Home Depots in the United States, huge selection of products. Some of the workers are very helpful but others are not so friendly or helpful. Store needs more focus on customer service which is very hit or miss.

Such a disappointing experience. The manager working the floor has no customer service skills. With a cart full of things I was purchasing, I stopped in the tile section where I saw a cart of broken tiles. At other Home Depot’s I have been to they will sell or give you things like this, so they don’t go to waste and can be reused. Well not at this one! The manager rudely came over and grabbed the tiles from my hands! I asked in Spanish if they were going to be used or if they will be thrown away? He rudely told me they would be thrown away. So I ask him if I could buy the broken tiles instead of creating more garbage and so they don’t go to waste. He said no! So I said it again just to be clear. “They are being thrown out and I still can’t buy them?” He aggressively responded with “you can not buy them and they are being thrown out!” He then pushed the cart of broken tiles to the back where he very obviously started breaking the tiles more and throwing them away. Not only is this horrible costumer service but also he went out of his way to be rude and just create more garbage for our planet! He was so arrogant ! What was the point of not selling me the tile! This manager is a poor example for all the employees working there!

I had a stain on my teak wood dining room table. A woman employee helped me understand how to fix it by sanding it and applying a clear varnish. She was very kind and very patient as I speak Spanish but am not a native Spanish speaker. And I never did this before and did not think I could. I just completed the job and it is beautiful. I wish I knew this woman’s name. She was extremely helpful to me. And a man in the garden shop also helped me figure out what to buy to kill weeds. Also very patient and helpful. It is so nice when a store provides this type of customer service.

I went there a few weeks ago to see a Mexican Home Depot. Knowing a bit, I returned for plumbing fittings on a Sunday, when most local shops are closed. Open till 10:00pm, NICE ! I was in-&-out on 15 minutes, AGAIN NICE ! so short of paying more than in many small shops, I bought out of convenience.... Not really overall pricey, but spotty pricey...

Good place, not much selection , little far if you came from the other parts of the city

What they have in the USA is the same thing here, i needed to buy some gardening tools and they had all the tools i need,

Went in looking for some connectors and a hose for my new fridge. Dealt with two personnel....both very helpful and one lady spoke very good English making my task easy. Muchas gracias. Came out buying 6 items

Good selection of products, similar to what's at "home" in north America. Store manager went out of his way to help us get a taxi home (on Christmas Eve)! Kind gesture!

No place to park and out of stock on things that should never be out they do not know how to run a store

no-where near the same store as in the USA/Michigan .... smaller store, less options ..... poor service ....

It’s pretty much like any Home Depot in the United States. The workers are lacking knowledge. One difference is when you ask an employee if they have a particular item in stock, the answer will always be no. But if you look up the item, show an employee that it’s available, they will help you find it. Do not ever place an order online or for delivery. If the order is for pickup, it won’t be ready. If for delivery they will intentionally deliver broken material. I ordered a pedestal sink, delivered broken 4 times before I just took an Uber and picked it up. The delivery driver tried to leave quickly before I could inspect the sink every time and got angry with me when the sink was broken.

I always try and go early in the day, good garden center with good prices on patio furniture and BBQs!

Very clean, arranged well too. I found everything I needed and more. I was here once before, very much improved. Loved it.
