    I always find the guard at the door, this is the third time this has happened to me, talking (about personal things) with a user and I have to wait or politely interrupt for her to attend to me.     Nunca cojen el telefono, hay solo tres personas que trabajan a la entrada y por eso tienes que esperar horas. Me habian dicho que al dia siguiente de mi visita la doctora me habria llamado para darme la receta de mis medicamientos, pero nadie ha llamado y hoy tengo que volver para escuchar escusas. La salud publica en España funciona muy mal, palabra de una chica italiana.

    Excellent health center, both the pediatrician Doña Antonia Oliva, and the nurse Doña Isabel, excellent people, very humane and good professionals. Of ten. ten, they have always treated my two grandchildren very well

    Appointments as of today are not available in less than two weeks. If you need to be treated for a health problem, which you consider urgent, and you go to Cueva Torres, which is your health center, your reference for care, the "kind people" (irony) of administration tell you that: "here "emergencies are not attended to, there is only an incident service." Wow, what is considered a health incident, where is it explained? Where is this circumstance of not attending to emergencies? They also tell you that a nurse will evaluate you, but that a doctor is not going to see you, that you go to La Feria, without caring at all whether you can get there or not, because the important thing is to get out of the way, so it doesn't matter anymore. which has been. And without caring or having knowledge of everything that will be at the Fair, which is not your health center, on the other hand, and if you need it, you should come back later. It will be later if there are doctors available (irony). What a long journey and time for someone who needs to be attended to as soon as possible. I don't know whose responsibility it is, but of course the treatment of the patient, the image transmitted by the center, as well as the information and the way of transmitting it can frankly be improved. The lack of transparency is total. You cannot put negative stars, because otherwise they would have a few. In the neighborhood they are filling themselves with glory. In any case, these reviews are not of much use, because since we are talking about administration and not business, there is no reaction from the managers, the only recourse is to make a formal complaint.     It is shameful that you call and call countless times and they are not able to pick it up. I still don't understand how this center stays standing with the number of people who are both in administration and at the entrance.

    How can you tell that it has few reviews, what they did to me today with my 6-year-old daughter is unacceptable. She left school with a strong reaction in her leg to an insect bite and they didn't want to take care of the girl because of it. not carrying the health card with me that his father had previously taken and he was on the other side of the island, first the lady at the reception tries to pass it to me, after waiting 15 minutes in the triage room a nurse appears who doesn't even look me in the face, with an attitude that leaves much to be desired and tells me that my daughter cannot be attended to because she is not on the computer, the law requires us to identify ourselves but I hope you never have a child in the family and you The same thing happens and they find inhuman beings like you.

    Pésima atención...!!!, La veladora de la entrada del turno de hoy en la mañana es muy brusca con los mayores,no tiene hábito ninguno de lo que es ser amable para un puesto que lo requiere,Le ha dado una mala contestación a un matrimonio que venía a urgencias.Este centro de salud requiere una gerencia q ponga orden.

    NO HAY SERVICIO DE URGENCIAS DESPUÉS DE LAS 15. Acudí esta mañana para un analisis con cita previa, para que al llegar hubiera una cola de más de 20 personas, de las 8:21 que tenía mi cita, acabé entrando a las 8:50 y todo porque no respetan las horas. Acudo de nuevo por la tarde después de trabajar para no perder más tiempo de trabajo y me encuentro con que el médico de URGENCIAS se fue a las 15:30 a disfrutar del verano porque ahora las urgencias son solo en horario de oficina, ¿sabes?. Me derivan al centro de La Feria... que es 24 horas. Ya recibirán la hoja de reclamaciones, servicio pésimo

    Vergüenza, no cogen el teléfono nunca y de repente se pone a comunicar. Servicio de centralita con 4 personas pero comunica todo el dia. El horario de cita médica telefónica. ¿Para que es por horario? Si cuando llaman lo hacen a la hora que le dan la gana y a veces ni llama.

    Jamás atienden el teléfono los que están a la entrada ( y son 3 ) llevo días llamando y más de 30 minutos pegada al teléfono y nada, y es asi cada vez que llamo...que irresponsabilidad y que vergüenza más grande...así nos va con la sanidad pública

    El servicio es horrendo. Más de 200 llamadas usando una app de autorellamada y no lo cogieron ninguna vez. Por fin lo cogieron a las 19:30 y lo primero que hacen es insultarme por llamar un viernes cerca de la hora del cierre. Luego mienten y dicen que ese proceso es presencial. Mutis cuando le replicó que ella misma me dio cita por teléfono el miércoles pasada. Encima, si vas a mesa y esperas la hora de cola, les ves responder su móvil personal en tu cara. Los administrativos de este centro de salud son un argumento a favor de la privatización.

    I call 012 to request a change of in-person appointment by telephone and they tell me that I have to call and request the change from the Health Center. I suppose they are unaware that this Health Center skips picking up the phone. I call and call different days and they don't answer at any time. Then you approach the Center and there are no people waiting at Information so the administrators of this Center cannot use this excuse. I tried to contact them while I was outside of Las Palmas in the month of September with a question and after calling them for a week in a row at different times of the day I had to give up.

    Es imposible que te atiendan al tlf, ni siquiera por la tarde q imagino q la cosa está más floja. Que bien les ha venido el covid a algun@s!! Tengo una duda respecto a una vacuna de mi hija, y llamo para hacer la consulta puesto q estamos las dos en casa con covid y NADA!!! Vergüenza da

    I'm calling to ask for my doctor, so they can give me an appointment nearby because I'm leaving the emergency room. And at 7:56am the only time they catch me, an old woman tells me: CENTER HEALTH GOOD MORNING REALIZE THAT THE HEALTH CENTER IS NOT OPEN YET. It took you 4 minutes before to serve me, subnormal. If not, why do you take it?!?! Then I call after 8 am and this health center is a joke.

    Llevo dos días, llamando sin parar porque necesitamos una clave para los partes de baja, mi madre recién operada no puede ir hasta el ambulatorio y yo por mis horarios tampoco. NO HAY MANERA DE QUE COJAN EL TELEFONO, o comunica o no lo coge nadie.

    Buenas tardes hoy llevo a mi hijo de 8 año por urgencias en horario de mañana, como tiene más de 7años , a coger número, pasar por triaje y que le atienda un médico, en este caso fue una doctora por cierto muy empática y profesional, pero no pediatra, en ese horario está su pediatra en consulta pero claro el Protocolo no permite que un niño de 8 años sea atendido por un pediatra??? así es como juegan con la salud de los niños canarios y aquí no tiene culpa ni la doctora que lo atendió estupendamente, pero si la Sanidad Canaria que ocurre no hay pediatras? . Con los niños no se juegajuega! !!!por ello hay una especialidad llamada pediatría de 0-14 años, médicos que se sentirán" obligados' por Protocolo a atender niñ@s cuando no son pediatras, esto sigue ocurriendo hasta que pase algo con algún niñ@ y entonces ya quitaran este Protocolo ,absurdo que deja sin derechos a nuestros hijos recibir atención especializada de un Pediatra.Saludos

    Por qué no atienden el teléfono?? NO hay manera de contactar con el centro, al final hay que desplazarse, hacer cola y exponerse a contagios para hacer una simple pregunta. Son cero estrellas!!

    Tratan fatal a la gente como en cualquier centro de salud de la isla y después se quejan de la violencia contra los médicos. Betsabé Santana es una impertinente. Para ser el ambularorio con más casos de violencia se toman las reclamaciones a la ligera. Cuando veas a un paciente recuerda que la enfermedad ya lo está tratando mal para que tú también lo hagas.

    Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Esta mañana acudí porque soy paciente de asma, tengo mucha flema en el pecho, y ni con el inhalador se me quita la sensación de ahogo, estaba muy agobiada y con ganas de llorar. La primera cita disponible es el miércoles que viene y me informé en Google sobre dónde acudir a urgencias. Además, en otras ocasiones me han atendido aquí. Le pregunté a la enfermera o profesional que está en la entrada amablemente qué tenía q hacer para ser atendida de urgencia y me contestó de muy malos modos que allí no existe tal servicio y que yo "lo sabía" (como insinuando que fui de mala fe), que lo que tienen es un médico de "incidencias", que si aún así me quería quedar qué bueno, allá yo. Cómo pueden tener esa falta de empatía? No saben cómo se siente la persona a la que se dirigen, si esta persona es amable como fue mi caso, por qué hablarle mal? Incluso si me he equivocado no merezco ese trato. Me fui a mi casa llorando y más agobiada porque estoy sola y no me siento capaz de ir hasta el centro de la feria.

    The administrative management is very bad, I understand that the saturation of people can be a problem, but honestly there is little desire to work, especially THE CLERK who assists you at the entrance AND ALWAYS talking about personal things and waiting for her to look at her face, it is shameful Not to mention that they never pick up the phone either.     I put one star because you can't put less. It is not the first time that something related to this health center has happened to me, the last straw is the last thing that has happened to me. After a long two-year waiting list to have a CT scan for chronic migraines, I finally had a CT scan two months ago and it turns out that the results do not appear at the health center. However, the administrative staff there send me to patient care at the hospital, and after three hours of waiting there they treat me and tell me that the obligation to claim the result is the health center's responsibility, not the user's. At the hospital they confirm that the results were received by the health center 15 days after the test was performed and I have been searching for the results for two months and they never answer the phone at the center. Last week I called the last time and the administrators agreed that they would solve it without fail and that they would call me the same day to give me the answer. After a week of waiting, I call again and it turns out that they have done nothing, they have not even bothered to search... I think that the care in this health center by its administrators is very poor. Bad treatment of the patient.

    Today we went to have tests, we were surprised that pregnant and children first seems bad to me because there are older people who also have different illnesses and perhaps they don't feel well at that moment. Well, what I think is that first it has to be according to the arrival and secondly if you see someone who is not willing to wait in line, then if they do pass before, there is no problem. The sad thing is that this center always limps like administrative like the doctors and now the caretaker. I'm not going to continue complaining anymore because they won't listen, but let them know that there are ways of saying things... a smile is put on customer service and the ways are said in a pleasant way, not as if it were an order.
