Disastrous professionalism on the part of the nurse JOSEFA ESTRELLA CARPINTERO ARTEAGA, she was supposed to come to the home for an analysis and so on, she agreed to come with me by phone from 07:30/08:00. It's almost 10 o'clock and he hasn't shown up yet, I call the health center more than 12 times and when I manage to get in touch, they tell me that he must be on the street attending to other homes and while my grandmother is dying of hunger without being able to have breakfast because the shower sick person does not appear nor can they contact her from the CS. And to make matters worse, we went down to the center and he told us that he was knocking and I don't know what, NO ONE RINGED EITHER THE BELL OR THE DOOR. They made me get up early at 5 in the morning for nothing.

Terrible treatment at the entrance. I went to the emergency room because I was sick and of the 3 people who treated me... none of them seemed to want to work since their treatment of me was quite bad. I asked the girl at the entrance to make an appointment with my primary doctor and she informed me that it wasn't with her but with the girl at the table... She makes me wait for my turn as is logical and when it's my turn I tell her what what I need and as I explain it he tells me that the girl at the entrance has to do that. They throw the ball at each other and are not professional at all. Once seated I asked him if my doctor was there, to which he replied no... Once inside with the supposed emergency doctor, she "looks" at me and tells me what I have... Despite all this, she doesn't even give me a report on the emergency. I had to ask him for both the report and the emergency assistance paper. She tells me that she can't know if I love it or not, speaking to me in a despotic manner from the moment I enter. Under my experiences, it is normal that she does not know if I need the emergency assistance paper or not, but it is her obligation to give me the medical report. After leaving the medical center I made a telephone medical appointment with my doctor. To my surprise, my doctor was there!! One less patient in that center. I will request my change now. Thanks for nothing

My mother attends since she has an appointment with the nurse at eleven in the morning and they tell her that the nurse is not there but they send her to a consultation to be attended to. An hour later, waiting to be treated, she goes down to the ground floor where the infirmary is located and it turns out that the nurse who should be treating her is doing a cure (REGOTTEN). Anyway, she left the health center without being attended to and has been waiting for this appointment for 3 years. Then, I went to the counter to ask for the Covid certificate and the employee who served me with half-length hair seemed asleep, since his face expressed that he did not feel like working. The only thing missing was to throw the paper at me since I almost couldn't pick it up because it was more than three meters away. I think he could have given it to me at the table, that's what the screens are for.

Pleasant surprise to know that Dr. Amaya León Rodríguez no longer works at this center, she does not like her profession, it gives the impression that you are bothering her, always protesting about everything you ask of her and little help from her...yes I didn't make a complaint at the time, it was because I didn't cause more problems (than she did) regarding my pregnancy...I'm glad she's gone...

Terrible treatment in all areas. Patient care, administration, telephone appointment... It is understandable given the limited time that doctors currently have, but it is really necessary to lose humanity and treat everyone as if we were a burden on social security. We pay for it out of our pockets. Even those without jobs or retirees.

Disgraceful treatment by two workers... one is the one who treats you first before going to the doctor... and the other is an emergency doctor...... super rude! He even told me to go to Cádiz...they haven't solved anything for me...and on top of that he calls security like someone is aggressive or said something abnormal...that I don't want to work...what a deal lousiest!! When you go to the doctor it is not for pleasure girls! Shame is what you give for not wanting to work...and how badly you treat patients without thinking about the problem they may have and that they are the ones who can help you...ZERO empathy!!! rude and bitter 1000 X 1000!

The emergency doctor on the afternoon of October 31 closed the door on us and refused because her time was up to see my brother who had just had a motorcycle accident and the blow had been with his head. He arrived with severe pain and dizziness. They are inhuman, degrading treatment and lack of humanity.

One of the worst I have seen without a doubt, they keep you waiting outside for a long time, sometimes up to hours, and many of them talk and pass in front of you, the truth is that I don't know how they can be so unserious and care so little about the person who is there. bad.
