A great location and a really warm welcome. The owner was there as we arrived in the taxi and gave us his contact details and some advice about restaurants etc. I booked the top floor with the balcony. The place is really clean and with a useful stock of supplies in the bathroom including toothbrush, toothpaste, razor etc. I am used to a quiet place to sleep and there was a lot of traffic noise starting at 6am, most of this was blocked out by ear plugs so not so bad. I am not sure the owners could do much more to help block this out as the glazing and shutters were good. Maybe just some heavy curtains. The glow in the dark ceiling light may have been for fire safety but it was a bit bright. The air conditioning and blinds are easily controlled by a central control unit which is very useful. We also ran out of toilet paper on the last day, but as we were leaving there was no need for us to contact, just used the handy tissues available. A bit strange that there was a pepper pot but no pepper in it and they do not restock the coffee. Otherwise there appears to be everything you need to cook with, and great to cook on induction hob. There are shops very close by so you can stock up on food yourself very easily. The building is very secure and no need to worry about keeping a key as it's all keycode entry. The local busses are close by to get you into old town and around the island, they are also very cheap to use. The restaurant at the bottom of the apartment block is also very good. There is a food hall just meters from the apartment where you can relax and enjoy great local foods. In case you fancy something different there is an excellent Korean restaurant about 200 yards away. For a nice cocktail then try Gingers or Sunset Beach bar. I would definitely recommend to stay here and I had a great holiday in Las Palmas.

Booked for a quick gateway with a friend. The reception is missing for half a day. Our room didn't have a proper bathroom even though we payed €100 per night. Honestly I was shocked. Is it too much trouble to put a freaking door at the bathroom entrance? Is this place only for couples? There was a gigantic mirror that made the separation completely useless because you could see the "hidden" bathroom space from anywhere in the room... I mean just ridiculous. There were shampoos, razors, showercaps and other superfluous things but there wasn't a hand soap... also if you don't leave the room by 9am the maids won't clean you room and they won't come back later so make sure not to party too much at night! Won't book again sorry. To respond to your kind reply which I really appreciate, I did give notice about the hand soap and I was told to use the shampoo bottles. Also I understand that the rooms were fully booked but I would have appreciated that the bathroom condition was specified in the room description. And if it was, my bad I missed it!

Booked this little gem of a place only for an overnight. It's really clean, self catering apartment, fully compact. and pet friendly,(includes pet bed, sanitisers, bowl and treats). The location is absolutely superb, you have everything you could need right on the doorstep and you're only one minute walk to the beach. I'd definitely return, staff were super nice also 👌

Fantastic apartment. Been here twice previously (Feb 19 and Nov 21) in La Suite 17. Excellent location. Very close to Las Canteras beach, yet still in the the heart of the city.

El alojamiento estuvo genial y la atención de María no pudo ser mejor. Fue muy amable y cordial. El apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con una pequeña cama y manta para nuestra mascota. Fue increíble. Definitivamente volveremos.

Apartamento bonito, totalmente equipado y bien situado. Con limpieza diaria incluida. Precio contenido y trato sobresaliente del personal y propietarios. Incluso nos hicieron un favor con un traslado cuando realmente no tenían obligación.

Apartamento totalmente equipado, con un diseño espectacular y una situación inmejorable. Junto al Mercado del Puerto, Poema de Mar y la Playa de las Canteras. Todo muy limpio y funcional. Tanto Paula los días anteriores a la visita, como Lucas mientras estuvimos, se preocuparon de dar todas las indicaciones necesarias para que todo fuese perfecto mediante WhatsApp. Merece mucho la pena el alojamiento.

INCREÍBLE, Súper céntrico y bien orientado, a un minuto del mercado y de La Playa De Las Canteras, grande y espacioso y con un gusto exquisito y en la decoración, limpio y súper bonito además de cómodo, volveremos. Muy bien organizando con sus códigos y facilidad de parking.

Nous avons séjourné dans la marina suite pendant une semaine. L’accueil, la direction et le personnel sont au top. Les suites sont grandes et très bien équipées. Propreté et services irréprochables. Nous connaissons bien Las palmas et d’autres établissements mais nous retournerons au gran marina suites sans hésiter.

This is a hidden gem, in a fab location at a brilliant price. The room was spacious, spotless and delightfully comfortable. We were also able to check in several hours early which was very useful. The welcome package of teas, coffee, biscuits, crisps, water etc was most welcome. On top of that, there was a fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, plates glasses etc so a real treat compared to an ordinary hotel room. There is no reception in the hotel part, only next door which is open 10am to 2pm I think. Access is via a code provided by them. Put their number into whatsapp and message directly for check in details. Paula was delightful to talk with and more than helpful. I go to Las Palmas about 3 times a year so this is now my default go to place. 😁

Loved my stay here! Rooms are beautiful, the check in is super easy and convenient. Would stay here again! :)

Good and modern suites. Great location. Can be a bit loud at night. Many bars around...
