A place to work comprehensively, in less than a month I feel like in each class I advance a little more, not only learning the discipline but also in postural correction, in my energy, in my strength, everything! Very happy to have chosen this dojo and to have Sergio as a teacher! Plus the atmosphere is incredible! They make you feel comfortable from day one! THANK YOU!

I was recently on a work trip in Las Palmas, and for my short stay I was looking for to join a dojo and train with locals. I found the Seishin Dojo, and Sergio and the class warmly welcomed me (I am an adult beginner Karate practicioner) and let me join their classes of Fundamentals, Kumite and Kata! Even not being able to speak Spanish I was able to follow the lessons, and the very friendly class members helped me if I needed further explanation. Fantastic experience to train here even for only few days!

This summer I had the immense fortune to attend karate classes at Sergio's dojo. Coming from another gym and having previously practiced a different style of karate, the adaptation process was enjoyable and fluid. Both Sergio and the rest of the colleagues were enormously collaborative in helping me acquire knowledge of the new style. The classes at the dojo stand out for their dynamism and variety: katas, kumite, technique, physical conditioning, etc. All this in a safe and highly communicative environment: doubts are raised, new exercises are proposed, etc. Finally I want to highlight the "good vibes" that is felt in the dojo and that makes karate training a beautiful experience.

I have learned a lot thanks to the teacher, and the atmosphere with my classmates is very pleasant.
