Super flat!!! Nothing was missing, everything was clean, check-in was very easy. The staff are very friendly and help immediately if you need anything. Great location!!! Only a few steps and you are immediately at the beach. Apart from that, it's not far to various supermarkets, restaurants, bars, surf schools, surf valleys, etc. I can recommend Tusity ONE to everyone. Thanks for a great time, see you again!!!!😊

I unexpectedly got to use this apartment. It was beautiful and brilliant. Next to everything you could possibly need and only a short distance from the port. The staff were exceptional by enabling me to contact them on WhatsApp and helping me aquire everything I needed. My Spanish is shamefully rubbish but they still managed to understand my needs

Having the unfortunate incident of catching Covid on my TUI Cruise, I was taken to WOW Tusity One, When I arrived Ania was so helpfully setting my Wi-Fi connection up and taking me to my Isolation apartment. The next morning Felik came to my room to ensure I had the provisions I needed, these were promptly delivered each day. The apartment was clean and roomy with a nice window where I could see the sea, After the stress of my departure from the Boat it was so refreshing to have been taken to a hotel where the staff were willing to put themselves out to ensure the best outcome for their guests. I could not have wished for a better place to have spent my Isolation in, the Apartment was large and airy and contained everything I needed during my enforced stay. If you are looking for a Hotel where the staff will treat you as an honored guest look no further than this hotel. At the end of my stay I found out Ania and Felik were the Directors of the hotel, and were committed to this level of service, for which I truly thank them.

Nice comfortable and modern, spacious apartment with everything thing required. All staff were extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure all of our group had everything they needed to enjoy there stay.
