A relaxation space close to the city but away from its stress. My visit was last week and it was a discovery. The rooms have an avant-garde and crazy touch but provide you with comfort and warmth allowing you to have a complete rest. Plus it doesn't lack anything. The service is wonderful, it seems like you are at home because of how familiar it is. The staff is close and committed, providing a smile at every moment. They also have a pick-up and guide service to different places in the city, as well as advising you on places to enjoy the different wonderful enclaves of this island. There is a family atmosphere in the place and that is always appreciated. Furthermore, if we add the point that we are in one of the quietest places on the island and that the hotel is encapsulated so that everything is rest and relaxation more in our favor. The accommodation is very special, the decoration is fantastic. The terrace has incredible views and the kitchen is ideal. It is located in Tafira north, since the best way to get around Gran Canaria is by car, this is not a problem. In less than an hour you reach the most visited areas. The service is also a love. I don't have any bad comments about my stay at Relais Los Gitanos.

Excellent accommodation both to go to a single room as a couple or to go with the entire family and occupy all the rooms just as we have done. The experience has been indescribable, like living in a huge house with the whole family together. The 2 terraces it has are wonderful for having your first morning coffee or a mid-afternoon snack. We also booked several tours of the island guided by Adrián, an excellent guide who told us so much information about the island that we were delighted. They also have a pick-up service at the airport which makes everything much easier, especially if you have never been to Gran Canaria and don't know how to get around by public transport. There are several restaurants in the area of ​​very good quality and without going too far from the accommodation. The owners speak several languages ​​so communication was very fluid between them and us. To repeat without a doubt. Special thanks to Benjamin, the owner, a guy with such extensive cultural knowledge that you could spend hours and hours talking and learning from him, he made our stay extremely pleasant.

Very nice place to relax if you want to visit Gran Canaria. The owners are magnificent people, they make you feel like home every single minute of the day. Not far from the city and the views are AMAZING. One of the things I liked the most is that is a pet friendly hotel, I took my little one with me and they treated him as well as another client. I will surely book again my next stay in the island.

I visited this magnificent relais for the second time and every time I noticed its preciousness and cleanliness. The art that the relais hosts is comparable to a museum and the colors make the stay unique.

If resting at night without noise so close to the center of Las Palmas is a privilege and having a glass of wine on the terrace enjoying those beautiful views is wonderful, I have to say that the real landscape is inside. Each room in the house has its own personality and each corner its charm. If we add to all this meticulous cleanliness and friendly and kind treatment from the owners, they make Relais Los Gitanos an experience worth repeating.

The attention to detail is striking: everything is taken care of with taste and love and nothing is left to chance: comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, elegant shared areas, equipped with every comfort and a delicious breakfast, all combined with the kindness and professionalism of Benjamin and Adrian.
