You can play slot machines fine. But if you intend on playing roulette you have to produce I'd.driving licence or passport. Roulette is a minimum of 2.50 euro minimum 5 euros. There are only 2 roulette tables. No one in there even speaks basic English. You cannot for example put a 5 euro note on a number . You have to go to cash desk to change for chips. I wont be going again ...... also no pens or cards anywhere ...... despite seeing lovely pens in windows and display cabinets.

Worst experience ever...you have to pay to go inside and them they charge you for the drinks while you are betting. They do not know better, very small casino and bad attitude.

Before the menu was delicious, today my guess waited 45 min for his soup. The sandwiches were dry and chicken breast overcooked. Sorry but why open the restaurant and run your reputationto the ground. Sorry rather a disaster

Rating based on customer service Came here to have some fun for the night but were not allowed in without passports even though we had numerous other forms of ID. Thw girl at the front had no interest in even calling her manager to resolve our issue. We were just told to leave and come back with passports. Super quiet inside but seemed like an okay place other than service.

Very quiet casino and if you want spend some money on live game, you have to pay 5 € entry it is maybe reason why is the casino quiet. In other casinos you have free entry and in few of them free food and drinks. But staff was alright and friendly.

Had an excellent time there

Not quite as big as it seems from the outside. I didn't like the fact that a fair part of this casino is designated to sport betting but at least there's an area with live black jack and roulette, which balanced out. You'll need to pay a small entry fee to this area if you don't stay in a partnered Las Palmas hotel.

This casino hasn't card room. They tried to charge us for just get to the roulette or blackjack table. Unbelievable, you want spend your money on a casino game and they charge you to do it. 😂😂

Nice place, set up is comfortable. Been here few times. They have a well appointed bar and snack food as well. They cater almost all the popular casino games, I've been during day times, I am sure evening atmosphere is more bubbly.

Very good casino. Staff is very friendly and professional. Staff don't know much English, but if you ask them for help they will do they best. I found couple very good, classic slots productions like "Book Of Ra". There are also couple great designed Jackpot Slots. European Roulette does its hypnotizing job and I had amazing time playing. I feel great and relaxed after visiting. Very chill local Vibe. I recommend visiting this casino.

Wasted 500 euros almost without winning, one of slots just eat cash and pretend like it was never here. Wasted time, wasted money. Don't gamble, kids, casino always wins.

Nice place, paid parking, free entrance (with ID, for live games) free drinks, lot of slots. Service Allright. But nobody smiles only Caterina. Lot of the staff don’t talk English. Not a very big casino, it is alright for the locals.
