Amazing stay! I booked here not quite sure what to expect and it ended up being the highlight of my trip. The hosts makes you feel at home and are litteraly the sweetest people I have met. Open minded, calm, and great listeners. The room was great, bed comfortable, Breakfast delicious, internet was fast(I managed to stream a hockey game). If you are thinking of booking here... Do it. You ll be pleased. Disregard the 1-star review, they are fake reviews. It's sad that someone would try to hurt such a beautiful local business. Anyhow that is simply a new Challenge for them and I know they will solve it as they understand travellers needs like no one else. Thank you for the stay and see you in the future... Who knows 😁

Nice neighbourhood but not that close to beach or main centre. Taxis were cheap though. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Lovely, peaceful rooms with comfy beds. Private bathrooms but not en-suite, which I would have preferred. Also our bathroom smelt a bit damp.

Super great guesthouse in Las Palmas! Really recommended. We found the owner of the house not so friendly, perhaps even a bit arrogant and condescending. We met very nice people all over the island, but unfortunately we didn't really like it here. The decor is nice and the roof terrace is very nice. Our bathroom was in the hallway and accessible to everyone, not just us, even though it was supposed to be part of our room. It could be cleaner, we took a photo of a cockroach - yuck!

Everything is easily accessible from here, bus stops close, beaches, city. Yes, there are traffic noises, that's just how it is in cities. We felt very, very comfortable, it was familiar, completely relaxed. A colorful, open house with a lot of life in it. Good breakfast, lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun outside. MUCH nicer and more authentic than an anonymous hotel. The price is completely okay. We were happy here. Thank you for the good atmosphere.

Don't fall for the pictures, as the property will be closing soon, you won't be able to look at the property anymore. Everything was a bit dingy, outdated, seat cushions on the terraces were all broken and dirty, cleanliness was also poor, and there was some mold. Even for this price, this shouldn't be offered anymore.

I really enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. My room and shared bathroom were very clean and the breakfast had enough options so everyone can find something to their liking. I had rented a car and it was easy to come and go and explore other parts of the island. I felt very comfortable from the start. The house has several nice areas inside and outside where you can relax and have some tea or coffee. Alessandro and his wife made me feel at home. It was wonderfull to meet them and i will stay there again if i come back to gran canaria.

A nice and fairly alternatively furnished hotel/pension. We were warmly welcomed and everything was pretty uncomplicated. The hotel is a large old house with high ceilings. The breakfast seemed very familiar. You sit at a large table with your family (who live in the house) and other visitors. There is a delicious regional breakfast. Gladly again.

I can honestly say this is the worst place EVER!!!! TERRIBLE OUR BATHROOM LIGHT WAS BROKEN as in glass and didn’t work just hanging so dangerous.Toilet paper holder was tied up with string . It was so dusty you didn’t need a guest book you just take your finger and do a review in the dust !!! DIRTY ROOMS BED BUGS HONESTLY AVOID!!!! I WOULD RATHER SLEEP ON A DUMP THEN IN ONE THIS BAD LADY THAT WORKS THERE WAS SO NICE BUT PLACE TERRIBLE !!!!!

Well located, comfortable bed but after paying attention to the electrical outlets, breakfast included, it is very limited on many points but without really crossing the red line. Too bad there is potential...

My daughter and I have been and the truth is, we will not return again, it is very convenient location, just the avitacion, ufff they put us in the attic, very bad cleaning, very dirty, and it had a sign that for comic reasons there was no cleaning avitacion, very strong, terrible breakfast, come on, I won't be back ha hesecitio

A very,very special. But its a "place to be" for individual people, its worth Every Euro you have nice employees, PERFECT Service, wonderful rooms and No Stress if some Mistake Happens! A.,the owner,is always nice to Talk to and also has time for a nice chat. Please remind, the price is Low, but you have EVERYTHING you need (except stable WLAN :)). Bathroom and shower, Kitchen, big rooms and late checkout for a little Price. Go there, If you Like easy going. Really.

Place and host were great. It js in a quite neighbourhood bit way from the city centre, can be accessed with bus.

The guesthouse is not as advertised in the photographs. The cleanliness and general maintenance of this guesthouse is below a reasonable standard. The previous guests hair and food was found all over the room and in the drain of the shower. The room was dusty, not hoovered and we we not offered fresh towels, tea towels.or bathmat in the eight days we stayed. The terrace is a poorly decorated rooftop.woth discarded wood and plant pots around. In the bedroom, a broken window is held closed by sellotape! Really disappointed.

This is a really excellent guesthouse in Las Palmas. It made me feel warm and happy all the time. Especially excellent the human quality of Alessandro and his wife running it. Comfortable as a home, and great breakfast!

Very special and lovely furnished guesthouse. Very clean, cozy and peaceful in a safe area about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. My bed was very comfy and I slept like a baby. The owners are very friendly and social as well so I hardly recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful accommodation in a nice relaxing area, hosts are very pleasant and friendly, very comfortable interiors and sunny terraces, and plenty of handy conveniences like a stocked fridge and kitchen paid via honesty box

Comfortable and authentic rooms with all the necessary amenities. The home cooked breakfast was different each morning and super delicious. Very friendly and helpful hosts, would stay again.

We reserved a room and paid in full when booking. Unfortunately we had to cancel this. We didn't get the money back from the accommodation, even though the room could be canceled free of charge. There was no response to our contact. Ultimately we had to have the money reversed by our bank, which was very time-consuming. Absolutely dubious, so be careful!
