client
and
I
do
have
my
client
DNI

Factura
number.
My
access
for
factura
for
my
company
was
blocked
by
Administraion
of
hipef
dino.
I
already
mentioned
them
couple
of
time
about
my
problem.
And
they
said
they
will
fix
it
which
they
never
did.
Again
today
I
went
shopping
on
for
my
company.
And
after
shopping
i
asked
them
the
factura
which
they
usally
send
by
mail.
But
again
they
said
they
its
blocked
by
administration
god
sake
I
know
&
that
they
know
that
too.
Then
I
asked
to
fix
the
problem
to
staff
she
said
she
cannot
fix
the
problem
and
cannot
give
the
factura
under
my
company
name.
Which
was
ridiculous
answer
for
me.
Such
a
rude
and
unhelpful
staff
that
they
hired.
And
then
I
asked
her
to
call
her
manager.
And
they
lady
manager
arrived
and
she
asked
me
again
whats
the
problem
which
I
already
told
2
staff
working
there
who
was
dealing
with
my
problem.
And
again
for
the
3rd
time
I
need
to
explain
the
manager
what
was
the
problem
when
she
could
ask
to
her
rude
junior
staff.
And
then
the
manager
again
told
me
Administraion
blocked
my
client
DNI
for
factura
and
I
asked
her
to
give
me
the
physical
factura
I
will
give
you
my
data
she
said
she
cannot
give
physical
factura
as
well.
I
asked
her
why
she
said
she
has
no
reason.
And
I
again
ask
her
politely
to
find
the
solution
she
said
rudely
she
doesn’t
have
solution
to
print
me
a
factura
seems
like
she
is
bothered
to
deal
with
clinets
problem.
And
rather
than
fixing
the
problem
she
is
blaming
me
/
who
is
manager
there
telling
me
there
is
my
problem
not
thiers
my
probelm
that
I’ve
been
blocked
by
there
Administraion
for
no
reason
as
if
they
are
giving
the
groceries
for
free
to
me,
I
told
her
are
you
kidding
me.
And
told
me
agian
she
cannot
give
the
factura
its
not
her
fault
its
hiper
dino
Administraion
fault
blaming
her
own
company
rather
then
finding
the
solution.
And
starting
to
be
rude
with
me
what
ever
we
discuss
here
we
cannot
give
you
factura.
Then
this
manger
came
to
my
nerves.
Then
I
told
here
by
spanish
law
if
a
client
ask
you
a
factura
you
cannot
deny
not
giving
factura
for
any
stupid
reasons.
You
must
provide
factura
to
client.
If
you
deny
to
give
the
factura
its
illegal.
Then
I
told
the
mangaer
don’t
show
me
your
attitude
I
can
take
you
attitude
out
of
you
with
in
5
min.
You
the
responsible
person
for
your
store
is
not
providing
a
simple
factura
after
purchase
which
is
Illegal.
She
couldn’t
find
the
solution
so
i
found
a
simple
solution
for
her.
You
are
doing
illegal
business
either
you
give
me
a
factura
or
i
need
to
call
police
for
doing
illegal
activities
in
your
store.
Then
her
attitude
came
to
the
floor
in
2seconds.
And
her-shelf
she
knows
it’s
illegal.
Then
I
decided
not
to
make
drama
and
call
the
police.
This
is
the
last
chance
I
am
giving
them
for
wasting
my
1
hour
and
12
min
passing
me
from
one
counter
to
another
just
for
a
simple
factura.
Next
time
I
will
go
under
cover
record
all
the
conversations
that
denying
to
give
factura
and
report
to
the
police
with
proof.
And
that
time
will
be
to
late
for
them.
And
also
they
have
sold
me
date
expired
milk
which
I
purchased
for
my
child.
I
will
do
the
underground
survey
for
all
the
date
expired
product
they
keep
in
the
sale
for
costumer
to
pruchase.
Get
ready
