and
options.
Family
friendly.

bus
connection
is
horrible
and
requires
walking
through
a
very
dangerous
parking
lot
(due
to
horrible
Canarian
speed
drivers)
.
If
they
fixed
the
bus
connection
issue
by
inviting
and
having
the
city
bus
and
local
islands
buses
drop
off
and
pick
up
at
the
door
then
it
would
be
very
nice.
If
I
owned
this
mall
I
would
look
at
converting
the
amazing
terrace
spaces
and
views
to
seniors
and
family
rental
housing.
Probably
a
few
government
grants
around
for
this.
Could
also
fill
the
area
with
medical
centers
if
you
had
this
in
place
population.
Despite
this
mall
being
on
the
edge
of
the
most
densely
populated
Valley
in
the
EU
it
has
absolutely
horrible
connectivity
to
the
local
community
and
city
unless
you
have
a
car.
To
attempt
to
walk
here
you
place
your
life
into
your
own
hands
at
the
amazingly
poor
sidewalk
connections
and
very
dangerous
very
fast
roadways.
To
bicycle
here
is
almost
a
death
sentence
and
if
you
were
to
try
to
navigate
to
this
mall
by
walking
with
small
children
you
can
expect
to
have
a
high
heart
rate
as
you
try
to
keep
them
from
being
hit
by
stupid
speeding
cars
or
wondering
off
poorly
planned
sidewalks.
Sure
the
connection
issues
may
not
be
all
El
mirador's
fault
or
issue
however
they
should
have
a
serious
tax
clout
to
tell
the
local
authorities
to
do
better
and
fix
better.
Highly
recommend
door
to
door
bus
service
and
better
sidewalks/
bicycle
connection
to
the
community,
local
parks
and
over
Las
Palmas.
Good
Mall.
Better
Mall
if
safer
to
access
without
a
car.
