This is the health center that corresponds to me due to proximity. At the moment, I have no complaints about the care of the health personnel, but I do have complaints about the general condition of the center. I don't know if it's because of some regulation, but there is never toilet paper, hand paper, soap, or almost any water in the bathrooms. All the dispensers have been empty for years. Honestly, it causes a rather unpleasant appearance of desolation and abandonment for anyone who goes there, which usually happens not out of pleasure, but out of unavoidable obligation.

I'm giving it a star because otherwise it wouldn't let me write. I go in the morning and it takes more than 1 hour to attend to me, first one consultation, then another, until I make the decision to go home due to the discomfort that I had in my body that was getting more and more, in all of this I had only seen one nurse. I return in the afternoon with the hope that it will be more agile and completely the opposite, just to attend to me it takes more than two hours, they pass me and tell me that I have to wait outside again for a test, wait again, when they do For the test they make me go out and wait for the doctor again, and thanks I tell the person at the emergency desk that the waiting time for the test had already passed because otherwise they will have me waiting who knows how much longer. We have to put ourselves in the place of others and know that it is not an easy job, but we also have to put ourselves in the place of the patient who is unwell and be a little more consistent, not spending 10 minutes in a consultation with the doctor or nurse alone, when there are 20/30 people waiting for a solution. Almost 3 hours of waiting, they should check this health center, the waiting time is unbearable.

It has been improving over the years that I have been going, although something that I think is essential to improve and practically mandatory are the bathrooms. If not, it's the broken door, it's the paper dispenser, something else, but something always fails, due to the users, yes, but they are things to take into account.

Today in the morning I went to the Tamaraceite outpatient clinic and I was treated by a caretaker who I hope many health workers, or administration, will take as an example. The very kind, friendly and polite man today was two and the doctor who treated me was very kind, but the caretaker for all people There were about 6 of us, we had to laugh, everyone who arrived was received with an attitude that even I would want in my life 💛 every day, thank you, sir.

The "doctor" and the million substitutes who have (mis)treated my mother for months should have their license to practice removed. They neither examined her well nor took pity on her pain. It took us months for one of them, in a very bad manner and very reluctantly, to refer her to a specialist... Months of going to the emergency room with paralysis in her arm and unbearable pain. And instead of checking her out or referring her to a specialist who could do an MRI, they only prescribed her millions of useless pills and sent her to rehab without knowing what was happening to her... In a test at the hospital, finally, a doctor took pity. and admitted her to have the tests done faster. Now we are waiting to see if the results give us hope that their cancer is treatable... They should be examined for human quality before giving them the title, more than one would save lives by not exercising... Psychopaths, selfish, inhuman and arrogant!

(Translated by Google) My daughters, who have not had a check-up since they were 4 months old, are already 9 months old. The nurse told me that at 9 months they had a check-up with the pediatrician, which we took them today. After waiting 15 minutes after my hour, Miss Nofret comes out and tells me that she does not look at the girls because there is no 9-month check-up, that if it is to weigh and measure her, she should go to the pharmacy, which she only attends to sick children and until my daughters are 1 year old there is no review. I don't even look at girls basically I wasted my time and with bad manners.

(Translated by Google) My doctor is always on leave. Substitutes are always different. Now the modern thing is to answer you by phone. How is an online doctor going to hide or value you, if he doesn't know you or see you? They go against the clock. Even the dentist's consultation is by telephone. They also don't keep the hours. The technical appointment time is indicative. What incentive can a contracted doctor have for a sick leave? To remove a wisdom tooth I had to be on the waiting list for 18 months and only when my face swelled up due to an infection, they rushed to extract it. You have to report what is happening. If no one complains these botches will not be solved (Original) Mi doctora esta siempre de baja.

(Translated by Google) I am super indignant with the emergencies at the Tamaraceite health center, as it is possible that every time you go you have to wait more than 4 hours. There are always a lot of people and the doctors have a lot of shit. Normally there are few doctors for the number of people that the health center attends. The emergency service works fatally for people over 70 years of age waiting from 11 in the morning until almost 5 in the afternoon without attending, waiting for lunch or anything, how is that possible 😪😪 It seems to me third world and super unsympathetic with older people , people with emergencies who feel horrible for up to four hours waiting to be seen and then being sent to the hospital and waiting another 4 hours for the results of the hospital tests.

(Translated by Google) I have called more than 30 times and they do not pick up the phone. I made an appointment 3 days ago for the doctor at 12:30 p.m. because that's when I left work and they decided to call me at 9:30 a.m. (at a time I didn't choose because I don't have coverage at work) and no matter how much I call information and they don't catch my doctor. Due to poor management of health centers, the emergency services of general hospitals are collapsing.

(Translated by Google) The management of this center should change or request reinforcement personnel for the entire health center or that they be inspected, because the waiting times are very long and unbearable, and if someone has something serious, it will get worse or die before they can. attend or do the relevant tests. Appointments with the family doctor are given at least 2 weeks and a bit later, and rather 3; the appointment to do a blood test takes at least 1 month; If you go to the ER, you have to wait at least 2 hours and up to 3 to be seen... In other locations, these terms are reduced by half and even a third less, so this health center has no name.

He ido esta tarde. Cobrar si sabemos no?

(Translated by Google) The management of the center is against supporting the measures to fight climate change, they create dislike and reaction to the fact that the population that uses the means to save fuel and emit toxic gases can access the center or comply with the rules to enter the centers or to the public transport of skateboards or flexible bicycles (that is to say closed). They recognize that it is established but without empathy towards the patient it forces you to leave her out without any protection.

Deplorable service from the emergency doctor. My partner suffers from Crohn's disease and comes in with a sudden onset of pain in his throat this morning. The day goes by and out of need to know what medication he can take without having problems with his current medication, he comes in for me. They advise him on what it can be and what he can take, they rudely offer him the injection since no medication works for a sore throat... He doesn't even know what this patient is suffering from, who comes not to get rid of the pain (but to be guided). on what medication to take without having worse problems) and the detail that you are not taking a bad medication, there you have the discharge. What a regrettable spectacle this doctor just gave on January 15, 00:15.

Today, October 30, my father has an appointment with the doctor, he is 85 years old, we arrive at the office and it turns out that there is no doctor passing the hours, a paper on the door that says that he is not there that the day will go to tomorrow, I don't know How relaxing this is, they don't provide a substitute and you go ask and no one knows anything, my father has to be accompanied and we people adapt to the times we have, you can't waste the time of a person like that and the rest of his family. . The health center is going from bad to worse, the management is fatal.

What an amazing thing this health center is, I'm giving it one star because 0, I don't know it can. Well, today I went and I had too much cough and blood came out from the force of the cough. Well, I give my health card and I tell them what was happening to me, they send me to the doctor's room (very kind) and she explained to her what's wrong, she tells me to wait seated because now the emergency room is looking at me. Until then everything is perfect but the worst thing is that I waited 3 hours😠❗❗❗ I asked why It was so late and they told me that the older ones go before and I saw a man who arrived an hour later than me and he came in before. I think it's a shame that they give me a prospantus later😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

(Translated by Google) The truth is that the center has many good things, both the doctors and the nursing team, who are spectacular, I have no complaints about them, my complaint comes to the person who is in the emergency room!! Honestly, I'm very disappointed in that administrative, I think I should put a qualified person for that position, since the lady who is currently, apart from not even greeting you, treats you badly, asks for your documentation bad way….. you see a great lack of education and professionalism on your part!

(Translated by Google) I am 29 weeks pregnant and I wish I could do all the medical procedures in the health center of the town where I live but it does not have a midwife. To start with, at the beginning, every time I went I was attended by a different midwife and when they finally leave a definitive one, I ask her any questions (I'm a first-timer) and she laughs in my face and leaves me the same as I was. They told me when I was 12 weeks pregnant that I had a blood test and that I had to do it there because I couldn't in the center of my town, I went alone because "I was going to get out right away" and wow! It was the first curve🤨 an hour there alone and dizzy because obviously I hadn't had breakfast, and then another midwife sends me the second curve and if they let me do it in the center of town, well…the last time I went it also took me 40 minutes too much outside waiting because her husband called her and they started arguing on the phone in the child's school canteen (with the door open and shouting) They also put the childbirth preparation classes on Fridays at 9 in the morning … gentlemen who are pregnant, who hardly sleep at night and make us get up early to go there because not all of us live in Tamaraceite. Every time I have to go to this center I am already nervous because there is not one thing that they do well. What a sad place, apart from the fact that it fills up the most, they are slow, the person who attends the window is from another planet, the director is not interested in helping in the slightest, they change your doctor suddenly without warning and leaving you really jxdidx, you will have to complain to user service. I don't know why they dedicate themselves to a job in which no one has the vocation to help today.
