In the wine section, they had a large dispay of Veuve Clicquot champagne in an ice jacket with a price of €49.95 displayed. At the till, they said it was €55. The girl called a manager who argued the price was for the plain Veuve Clicquot. Well then, that should be very cleary advertised. He physically prevented me taking a photo of it by immediately taking away the displayed price sign. This is false advertising. The rude and arrogant manager needs retraining in customer service. We bought it elsewhere.

Very nice shopping center, but a bit pricy.

Worst welcome we have ever seen. When you ask something to the saleswomen, they ignore you and turn back. When you take their waiting tickets, they serve someone else before you. When you tell them you are unhappy with their rubish attitude , they are arrogant and snub you!!! They are simply unable to help you finding what you wish. Never buy any book there!

Incredible shopping took place in this space ladies and gentlemen if you ever get to go to this huge shopping center where ever they have around the world make sure you go. 50,60,70% off major brands boss, lauren Calvin Klein and other phenomenal designers items that you can't get in the United States that is if your into name brand items not sure if these discounts are daily year round some places no tax and where tax applied for me anything purchased $62 and up received tax free forms and redeemed a portion of the money spent you have to inquire further on how to do it while in the stores and where to get your money back ( Euros and creditcards/Debit: visa mastercard some places may except Amex discover card$ as these cards are not popular in spain and probably other places in Europe one of the places I visited being (Gibraltar united Kingdom) only excepted pounds and credit no USD or EUROS sharing is caring safe happy travels blessings kings 🤴🏾 and queens 👸🏽 😀 😊 😉

It is always Amazing to shop from here...unfortunately just had an hour n half time..was able to cover a lot of my list but nothing for myself in ladies clothes deparment...usually pick my whole years supply but this time did not find anything suitable..what I liked was way too exorbitantly expensive ... they did not give me the said discount as I was a tourist..my friend was on another floor..very disappointing.

Great to have everything you need. Some of the baby section is absolutely exorbitant in cost and the staff aren't always helpful. The children's shoe section has great staff and very helpful.

The staff at the computer section was adorable. The apple delegate, Shonki, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer experience. Also, the prices were really good compare to the rest of Europe.

The lady in the electronics department didn’t get the point of her job! She can’t offer proper service and information but is talking like waterfall, not listening to the client needs. Even making me fool. I wished to meet her a second time somewhere else to show her that her vacuum cleaner is not working how she pretended. She belong somewhere on the field and not in el Corte Inglés. Very very bad experience!

Garage parking is free if you buy something inside El Corte Inglés. Take your receipt as proof of payment and pay zero for parking. This is something that sales person did not inform us, we realized that later on. You are welcome.

Impossible to get service, or just pay. In normal thursday queue to cashier (both in toys and sport), +/-45 min. Never again! Good toystore found afterwards around the corner.

Absolutely wonderful service from a young girl in the ladies clothing department, I will definitely go back to the shop if everybody serves you like she did. Very well done. I can only give 5 stars but the girl herself was with more than that.

Excellent and perhaps the best department store in Gran Canaria. The book store would put any mainland book store to shame! It was a pleasure to find such an old school (compared to the current mostly empty malls in the USA) dept. store that was decorated for the upcoming holidays. It is such an important landmark that many bus routes have a stop that is named El Corte Ingles!

Lovely store like all the others, but overpriced. The VAT taxes in the Canaries are much lower than Madrid, so there's no excuse for overcharging. I bought a Desigual purse for my niece, and a couple weeks later saw the same one for €10 less in the Desigual store!

Useless!!!! Tried to call them a couple of days in a row to see if they have a specific item in the store. Gave up after waiting 40 minutes each time. Good luck to any who wants to call this overrated store.

The largest and best assorted mall in Las Palmas. You can find anything you need in there. The supermarket in the basement is really good, you can also buy freshly prepared food to take away. The sports section is also very good.

It is huge store with lots of departments. I was buying items here 2 times on 2 sperate occasions. Staff of both departments was nice and friendly. I will definitely be revisiting on my next visit of Las Palmas

A well known warehouse with a lot of choices in shopping within clothing, jewelry, perfume, sporting, travel effects, +++. Do not expect low prices.

What you can expect from El Corte Ingles, the well known department store. We only went in to get a coffee but there was a form to fill in (covid) and too many questions so we left and went to a cafe!

An excellent branch of this Spanish institution. The staff on the cheese counter in the food hall could not have been more helpful. Likewise the lady in charge of the self service tills.

Excellent shopping centre if you are looking for high end Spanish produce. You will be able to find high quality wine and 100% acorn fed Iberian ham.

Corte Ingles is the best store on the island and they know it. Very high end but good to have here. The staff is not nice and actually lacks knowledge about alot of there offerings. They have an air about them I don't know. For me the best part of this store is the grocery shop in the basement and there gourmet shop across the street lovely.

I love this store as it is the only one of its kind in gran canaria high end . Unfortunately the staff is not very attentive or very nice it's seem they think they are doing you a favor really uncalled for I could go on 🙄. As someone who lives in Nyc and also travels the world do not expect the customer service to be of that standard. Still they do have lovely things .

Good department store in the heart of Las Palmas. I went there at the 6th floor to TRAVWL AGENCY, for purchasing plane tickets and the wait was so long it wasn’t efficient at all. You can definitely improve customer’s service if you want people to be buying more services. You will get charged for services fees depending on where you go. tourists is more expensive that local. Be aware!

Good mall, big enough to find fashion items, sports wearables and clothes, supermarket and other amenities. Not far from the main touristic attractions, you can easily walk there from the beach.

A little confusing that it's two buildings. In general good spread of nice products. Nice employees, very kind and helpful! Tourist card is kind of a scam. You'll get the 10% discount on the next buy, i was told differently!

As usual this is a very good department store, which we are lacking in Britain. We always visit it when we are in Gran Camera to buy items we can't buy at home.
