The meal I ordered for takeout had a cockroach inside the box. I found it sitting on the piece of chicken once I opened it when I arrived home. Went back to the branch to show them because the cockroach was still in the box and they gaslighted me saying that it must have been a cockroach from my house when I literally just opened the paper bag as soon as I arrived home so there was no chance it would have crawled in there from my house. Took us quite a while to get a refund because the manager was still debating whether the cockroach came from their place or mine even though it was practically impossible for an insect that big to crawl into such a tiny tiny hole through the box.

Had breakfast here before heading to Sky Ranch. McDo anywhere is still the easy choice for a quick bite.

People in the cashier and in the serving counter does not smile, they do not have a friendly aura.

Service has always been superb. However, i was kind sad when i had a taste of BIG Mac.. 😩 its been a long time since I ordered it. But it wasnt the taste i was expecting... did they change the recipe? Im a bit disappointed. Overall friendly atmosphere. I always feel happy here.🤗😊💝

Quality of food is very good. I like the Spicy chicken coz it's real hot.

The food is mediocre since it's a fast food chain restaurant, the service ok na din.

Super fast service for drive through. Or maybe because there were only a few of us using it, and the queue for Grab riders is longer. Still, we were asked to wait for 5 minutes for quarter pounder with lettuce and tomatoes, but we didn't really wait that long. Staff are courteous to everyone.
