The hotel looks amazing! The beach is wonderfully close and loaded with long chairs and bars in close distance. The food is insanely delicious and abundant. And pretty much there is anything to eat or snack throughout the day. The bedroom was sooooo comfortable but the AC was not at its best for these summer days. 🫠 The activities and the entertainment staff was fun and had people moving and having a good time. If you get stomach problems, notify. They’ll help you out and follow up both with you and the kitchen staff. 🤍✨

Loved staying here. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Did one of the massage packages. It was amazing. The entertainment was awesome. All the staff was amazing. ❤️ I would like the vegetarian food to be more identifiable and clearly labelled as such. The place is very well maintained and clean. Very clean. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Calm, clear, clean water.

Service overall was good. Not consistent with the good service but decent. Could have more variety of food and switch up the options more frequent. Definitely could use less salt in some of their cooking. Vibe was good. Restrictions of how many a la carts you can eat at was unusual. I’ve never been restricted to how many a la carts I can eat at when I’ve been to any other resorts including Bahia principe in Jamaica. Housekeeping should always check the levels of the shampoo/body wash in the showers every time they turn over the room. Overall a clean resort. Friendly staff. Had a great kids pool with water slides.

Just got back from a family vacation. There were 20 of us and we all had a great time. The staff are all amazing, friendly and so hard working. I felt safe and well looked after. The beach is beautiful. The pool was always a fun time (especially the foam party). The entertainment staff are so lively and funny. The food was good, the rooms were clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a wonderful week!!!

The buffet is excellent and, for the most part, the staff is polite. The beach, pool, and activities are all nice. That said, the rooms are really average. They smell awful, look old and are dirty—especially the bath and closets—and my flatmate even claimed to have seen a cockroach in ours. We even experienced a flood after using the bath. Special mention to the lovely cats and dogs that are roaming around the resort, though!

Beautiful beach and nice garden. Gorgeous ocean view restaurant. Very entertaining evening shows, only sometimes could have last a bit longer. Nice stuff. Food and drinks were ok. You can see that the hotel is quite old - rooms definitely need renovation.

The service was great! Specially the towel service EVEN during the rain, the guy was so nice! And my favorite part was the entertainers, particularly Mr Jonas and Betty Bop. They made everything fun and their energy was incredibly contagious. Greatly recommended

Great place for vacation for couple or family. Staff is well trained and extremely friendly. Had the best time today at THE BEST foam party... Thanks to everyone for making our trip extra special.
